  If I understand you correctly, you want to disable or delete the user (UAC) of your computer access control.

  You can turn off the UAC, but do not remove it completely from your computer.

  You can let on that it is one of the security features of Windows Vista.

  To turn off the UAC:

  Go to control panel > user accounts > manage another account > at bottom of the page delete the control on the use of user access control.
  It should ask you to restart the computer to complete the process.

  Sorry, my mistake. You're right, you do not see the menu system default items in makeMenu. Instead, you override getMenu, call super.getMenu () and then search & delete. The ordinal is 268501000 (it's a hack, because this number may change).

  I think you should resolve your question a little differently. I suggest that you add your own Application Switch menu only if the OS does not provide its own, as the point provided operating system will work better.

  Yes, if you know the names of the menus AND they are beyond the real "arise", then you can indeed use them the same way.

• Can not eliminate the remains of old Ad-Aware, even if it appears on add or remove the page.

  I am installing new security software, but it will not be installed because there is something left in my system of Lavasoft Ad-Aware and says it's incompatible software.  My search engine is nothing, even in hidden folders, and the only place where I found nothing is in addition / deletion, where there is a line called Ad-Aware, but there is no button Delete, and trying to right, or make a left click on it has no effect.   Well, this isn't really sound like you have a XP problem.

  The problem is that Lavasoft does not uninstall correctly/completely.

  You can visit the Lavasoft forums for and describe your problem here - you uninstall, but it still doesn't appear in Add/Remove programs.

  The second problem is that Trend Micro does not seem to move when there is a competitor product installed.

  People of Trend Micro may have a way to install their products while a competing product is installed, but that leaves you with a Lavasoft entry in Add/Remove programs you don't want or need (which is embarrassing).

  Lavasoft has made a program with Revo?

  If you know what triggers Trend Micro to think about a competiro product is installed (where is it?), then perhaps you could remove that.

  I know how to handle what appears in Add/Remove programs from the partial uninstall and remove items in the Add/Remove Programs list, but maybe it's not enough to satisfy the installation of Trend Micro.

  Another idea is to reinstall Lavasoft, reboot, and then use the Lavasoft uninstall instructions to see if it will remove completely.

  It is unlikely that it would help because this menu item displays a dialog box. If automate you, you will automate all display of the dialog box.

  Try these steps and check:

  1. Click the "Start" menu click "programs".
  2. Click on the "Accessories" folder and the "ease of access" select.
  3. Click on the "accessibility", click the icon "make computer easier to see.
  4. Scroll down and uncheck "Activate the magnifying glass" and press "Save".
  5. Restart your computer. Magnifying glass should now be disabled.
