  • Keys do not work in the native text editor (field Textbox)

    Hi all

I'm porting an application for one of the blackberry device, in that soft key mapping I used the api to the RIM so that I can map LSK button Menu and the RSK to return key. But in the field application TextBox is also there, when I open the native text editor (Textbox) and try to input by keyboard that none of the keys work.

Can anyone suggest a few ideas for the keys work in the native text editor.

Note: This problem only occurs when I use some RIM api.

Your method keyDown() "eat" all the key events. You should return 'false' for all the events that are not managed.

  • Is it possible to recover the deleted text messages to blackBerry smartphones?

I was wondering if it is possible to recover the deleted text messages?

    Nope.

  • How to disable the status text without using Status4Evar

I want to disable the text of the status bar with pop down when you hover over a URL. The reason is simply because I think the annoying blinking, if I want to see where a hyperlink I used to look at its properties.

The most common solutions seem to be edit the userChrome.css file (this has no effect for me), or use the Status4Evar addon. The addon works, but it is another problem and flies the way of pop-up downloads down to the left, as shown here: http://imgur.com/XyLkX30

I also tried "Bar of the Addon (restored) but it does not delete the text of State.»

    Is there another way?

    Thank you.

Does your code in the file work?

    #urlbar *, #FindToolbar *, #search-container * { font-size:15pt!important; }

Can you post the entire contents of the userChrome.css file?

    • Create the folder chrome (lowercase) in the .default < xxxxxxxx > profile folder if the folder does not exist
    • Use a text editor like Notepad to create a userChrome.css (new) file in the folder chrome (file name is case sensitive)
    • Paste the code in the userChrome.css file in the Editor window
    • Make sure that the userChrome.css file starts with the default @namespace line
    • Make sure that you select "All files" and not "text files" when you save the file via "save file as" in the text editor as userChrome.css.
Otherwise, Windows can add a hidden .txt file extension and you end up with one does not not userChrome.css.txt file
  • Disable the limit text 70 characters on my iPhone 5 c?

When I get a text of a person on an iPhone-no, it is broken down into 70 pieces of character and I am charged with 70 characters instead of 160 characters (I don't have unlimited messaging).

Apparently, this has nothing to do with the carrier and implies a kind of framework in the phone... perhaps something involving "special characters", but I have no idea how to solve this problem in all environments.

Any ideas on what might be happening would be appreciated.

Once the characters in the UTF - 16 extended together (Emoji) are involved, each character takes two times more data, and you are therefore limited to 70 characters.

You can export LLE_DEPRECATION_WARN_LEVEL = NONE to disable the warning message.  Settting LLE_DEPRECATION_WARN_LEVEL = ONCE will cause the message to be registered only one time per process.

  • I disabled the update text layers

I disabled the option 'update text layer' that appears when I open an old file thinking it would automatically make some option I took (I wanted to update automatically without having to tell him to me). Unfortunately, it is not updated as I thought it would be. My question is how to activate the option 'update text layers' in order to start by clicking the stupid update button once again and get my text appear to be correct.

    Thanks in advance

    Go to: Preferences > General.

At the bottom, select: reset all warning dialog boxes.

You must not have it go up every time if it bothers you.

When you get a text layer with a bit of caution sign in the corner of the text layer

miniature, just go to layer > type > refresh all text layers.

  • How can I disable the Google Maps message "Google has disabled the use of maps API for this application? This as Microsoft tries to crush Netscape?

In the last day or two (8 August 2012) each time I start Firefox (14.01.01) I get a pop up that says "Google has disabled using the maps API for this application. He directs me to Google Maps terms & Conditions, but does not provide a solution to disable the pop up. I tried to disable Google Maps as an Add on Firefox, but still not the context menu.
It is easy to fix the problem or is this an attempt by Google to force me to Chrome, much like trying to crush Netscape in favour of Microsoft's Internet Explorer?

I thought about it. It is not the browser itself. It happened that I had two pages that open when I started the browser (at home and at work) and it was one of them who had a Google map. They have had to fix their Web site.
Sorry Google, to think that you were an evil Empire!

  • How can I disable the pop up message "of making Yahoo your homepage in Firefox" which keeps coming back?

When I disabled Java and upgraded all the State of plug-in, made Firefox MSN my homepage and I wanted Yahoo. Now the message to my Yahoo home page keeps coming back when well even Yahoo is now in a State of the home page.

The "Internet settings" in the control panel are just for Internet Explorer, so that you can put those aside for the moment. To check and change the home page of Firefox, you can use the page Options, as described in this article: start-up, homepage, tabs and download settings.

Where do you see this message? If it's on Yahoo itself, you can ignore it or click ignore. Sites have no idea of your current home page, because web pages are not allowed to read the settings of your browser. In general they just continually make themselves known, and if tell you them to be quiet, they remember that setting a cookie.

  • How can I disable the auto off message Office?

need to leave the Office response

Usually, configure you it via webmail.

If you set up in thunderbird, then you would have had to leave your computer connected to your user account, Thunderbird running and connected to the internet. Not really a very safe option if you are not at home with the computer, so why people set up in webmail.
You have set up a message filter and created a Template e-mail so he could use.
so if there is no email template and Message Filter to disable in Thunderbird, then it is not Thunderbird, it is the server.
Suggest you connect to webmail and check your settings.
