  Reset the Eraser tool.  Click on the gum and choose Reset tool.

  After the upgrade to a RoboHelp 10 to RoboHelp 2015 project, all the themes of the project are deleted when the subjects are then updated. The project is a document linked FrameMaker - updates as planned, but when I update the headings, one of two things occurs:

  1. Links are broken and all the topics appear in the 'Broken links' folder, or
  2. All subjects simply disappear.

  (Running Adobe Tech Comm Suite 2015 on Windows 7, 64-bit; RoboHelp being updated to v12.0.2.384; FrameMaker, set updated to v 13.0.2.433.)

  I had a few successful update of the subjects if I update separately each 'chapter' in the book, but if I use the option "update all the ', the results are as shown above. And, as you can see, the results are not compatible. This happened with two projects that I have converted in 2015 of RoboHelp.

  I find no information about it in the forums. Screenshot below is included to show the effect of ' update all ' in a project.

  I appreciate any assistance with this annoying quirk!

  I tried your steps exactly but it works very well at my end.

  Try this: in the project folder there is a file named .cpd, delete this file and re - open the project in RoboHelp and then update the book connected to FM.

  Try it and tell me if it solves this problem.

  By default, when you install Photoshop CC (2015) it allows to uninstall older versions of Photoshop CC you have installed.

• Toolbar and the disappearance of Presets

  I've never asked about it, but I managed to do this several times over the years. I have this habit of flying in my shots and sometimes press a key or a series of keys causing the bar to entire tools and presets window to disappear.  So far, I have reset each window to display my actions, history, etc. and on tools in the scrolling window to make them appear again together. The question is twofold: who am I accidentally hit my keyboard to do everything that they disappear at the same time and is at - it a keyboard shortcut, I can use to bring all of this again?

• Mail disappeared for a month in 2015. I tried the repair and reconstruction of the index file. Still missing but now emails have sporadic several copies.

  The Inbox file is currently 1.9 G, upward of about 0.85 G in September of this year. Probably due to a large number of parts attached. I have noticed that emails for 3/2015 for most missing although I find answers, etc., in the folder "sent" for the same period. The gap may occur after the last operation of compaction.
  I tried both the 'fix' and deletion of the msf index option and rebuild. These emails are still missing, but now I have sporadic cases of multiple copies of an e-mail, 8.

  Inbox included 2013 as part of the day and I just moved the files from 2013 to a folder to archive but have not yet run the compaction on the Inbox to eliminate those emails that I fear that I could also inadvertently delete emails 3/2015.

  Cannot open the raw file from Inbox in Notepad... get a too large file error, but it opens in wordpad even if research is extremely slow and basically unusable. Any thoughts?

  More information on the compaction. It is recommended to leave Thunderbird cela automatically by setting a threshold (e.g. 1 MB). See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Compacting_folders

  DELETE LUMETRI LOOK in this "UPDATE" is a big problem for me. My images for 2015 are there, the few that I had, but these changes have also disappeared.  I just finished editing a wedding so 625 edits is GONE! Anyone know what happened? Are they in some file somewhere?

  The presets are in 2015 from CC. I'm sorry. On the PC version of Premiere Pro CS6, however, there is the effect of the Correction of the lens, which is used in the presets. If you are on Mac, you can use Photoshop or After Effects to correct the GoPro.

  I'm not quite sure that the presets are backward compatible, but they are not available for download anywhere where I am aware of.

• Presets saved file disappear!

  In 2015 CC PS I build a major project involving a large number (500 +) of collages with multiple pictures and text on each page. I have set up a standard background file (A3 landscape), which I saved as a preset. The route that I used is File > New > (fill in the details, size, background color, resolution etc. including naming the preset) > save the preset. How to reopen this page/file pre-defined, as he disappeared completely? I did it several times with the same result. Even a search of my entire hard drive fails to find it!

  It's a pain that I have to reset all the background details page whenever I want to generate a new page on which I can drag the images (of the bridge) to form the collage page.

  I'm likely to be dim but can someone help me?

  Please try to reset the preferences of the PS, but please first make sure that you create a back up of all your preferences

  To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

• Timecode overlay disappears in PP 2015.3

  Whenever the TC Overlay is enabled and I do an edit, the TC Overlay disappears later. We tried it on two different machines with the new version of PP 2015.3

  There seems to be a bug, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyone else have the same problem?

  It is an open question that is under review. Thank you for the report.

  Possible workaround (until the correction can be made) is to select an item in the timeline panel, go to the effect controls tab and select query text (the very top of the list), then click on out of it (this can also be achieved by double-clicking on the clip in the program monitor and clicking outside the clamp (, but you could move the location of the frame clip in this way). It must redraw the overlays.

• 2015.5 have not migrated presets

  When the upgrade since Photoshop CC 2015 to 2015.5 he has not transferred the new Document size presets. The installation Panel expressly provides that the presets are transferred to the new version.

  Someone else can check if preset of Lumetri ' 2 band"works or not? It seems to work only with a LUT of selected entry. If he works in a project very well before the update.

  The preset you are referring to is probably not in the list of presets. This seems to be a bug. It probably should be eliminated for the current version. I'll try to find out what happened.

  The reason is that some predefined settings are deleted in first Pro CC 2015.3 (10.3) they caused problems with some images. You can use previous versions of Premiere Pro for these presets. I'm sorry.

• 2015.3 mac - video disappears, executives dropped during playback

  Looks like Adobe precipitated another set of applications that were not ready.  My problem is different and less severe than the others, which is why I started a new thread.

  My sequence monitor goes black occasionally and regularly during playback.  Quit and restart the application bring him temporarily.

  I also have a jerky video playback on sequences that played well in the 2015.2 version.

  Related issue: bridge CC 2015.3 crashes at startup.  Bug report page is an endless loop.  Forum messages flooded in constant crash reports on Mac and Windows.  No option in the Setup program CC to roll back to 2014 CC or CC 2015.2 CS6 does work, however.

  Kevin, I'm almost 100% certain my KPs are caused by the NVidia driver from the Web, I posted above.    I am not as convinced the CUDA latest driver is a culprit as well, but when I installed it, got a KP and immediately back to a previous version, I have not had since.

  My crash logs have NVidia in the first 10 lines, which to my knowledge, are usually the extension or the processes involved.  I don't remember see GPUSniffer on any of them, but I can keep an eye on, if it happens again.

  BTW, I've worked on Pr 2013.3 for these last two days, and the question I posted on seems to have disappeared.  No black screens and frames do not fall on the playback of the sequence.  I don't have an explanation why.

  Hi all!

  I've just updated Photoshop 2015.5 CC version.

  I am currently working on a design that needs cutting contours.

  So I picked all the areas belonging to the background of the image and then click on the "select and mask" to refine the edges and then clear my selection as I usually did.

  But instead, my selection disappeared...

  My steps were:

  1. Selection of the areas to clear with "themagic wand tool.
  2. Click on 'select and mask' (output parameters: output to the selection).
  3. Click on 'OK'.
  4. Selection has disappeared!

  I have provided all the tools to their default settings, but nothing has changed.

  I tried to close and reopen the case, repeat the steps to delete the background, but I always feel the question.

  It is a big problem for me!

  I hope that there is someone who could help me/us with this!

  I actually asked the new workspace me first thing after update, because I wasn't getting.  It's different enough that you need to learn everywhere, I'm afraid, but it is definitely an improvement when you become familiar with it.  See Julianne Kost guide below, but I suspect that you may need to adjust the sliders that control the opacity of the background.  Or simply click on the transparent part to start the selection.
