Dismiss the appeal

Hi Apple,

I'm from the India. After buying iPhone 5s, I saw there is no option didn't call me elimination on screen lock without notice. I get daily during the call of advertising of 15 times that I don't need to remind.

I don't want to use my power for the elimination of the call button. If I use the power button / stop for the elimination of the call can be button / stop does not work in the future.

I'm excited to buy the iphone and its phone, but I am very disappointed in the elimination of appeal on the lock screen.

Please consider my problem and I hope you understand.

Thank you

You can give feedback to Apple here

Also - your concerns about the power button are not supported in practice - people use the iPhone for years--most of them without problems

The other thing you can do is the following

When you receive a call, it's an ad - go in recent and block number - at least it won't bore you for these same companies composing the return

    Hello

    I just bought a computer with a copy on win 7-64 bit but no disk or the appeal record

    I have a commercial version with two discs 32 & 64-bit, the appeal record which is not used and not activated.

    I want to install my copy so I can reinstall if necessary.

    I want to do it WITHOUT a format due to other gear that is on the disk hard drive which I want to keep - Win Office with no. disc either.

    I'll be able to do this.

    The Win Office software is a 'install x number of copies on computers with a single disk' type of product.

    It should be simple, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

    Also, perhaps, there is a way of advertising just the tender without having to install the drive, I'm not sure.

    You can only do this if your personal copy is the same edition installed on the computer, if not, you will need to either do an Express of the edition currently installed upgrading if the edition installed is less than the edition that you have or that you consider doing a custom installation.

    How to make an Express Upgrade:

    Click Start, type Anytime Upgrade, click on the option to enter a key, enter the key of Windows 7 edition when asked, click Next, wait while checking the key, accept the license agreement, click on upgrade, wait while the software upgrades, (it may take 10 minutes or more depending on the if updates are required) your computer restarts automatically, after the reboot, Windows 7 will notify its update of the computer, the computer will restart once more automatically and will be completed the upgrade, a window will appear notifying the upgrade was successful and your computer is ready to use, click Close, you should be upgraded to Windows 7 your files, programs and settings retained.

    (Please note that Anytime Upgrade only upgraded to a higher edition (Starter > Home Basic > Home Premium > Professional > ultimate).) You can not downgrade.

    If it's the same edition, simply change the product key:

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: slui.exe 3

    Press enter

    Enter your product key, and then click next to activate via the Internet.

    I'll be able to do this.

    If the machine is already preinstalled with a copy of Windows 7 and its active, what really is the problem?

    Why is it necessary to have the certificate of authenticity in hand? If the machine doesn't work and does what it's supposed to as expected and you can install your applications and use them, then you need not to worry about the COA.

    The certificate of authenticity that normally found in the compartments of battery or memory of your laptop or at the bottom of the laptop chassis. If this is a desktop computer, you can look at the side or at the top.

    If the COA sticker is damaged, you must use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows 7, it will be exempt from the need to use the product key to activate your installation of Windows 7.

    Option 2:

    If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling. This will exempt the need to also use the product key.

    New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

    This is how the recovery partition is accessible to most popular brands...

    For Dell, press F8 on the keyboard until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears on the screen.

    For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

    For LG, press F11 directly after switching on the device

    For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

    For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

    For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

    For Samsung, press F4 to the power upward...

    For Fujitsu, press the F8 key directly after the power

    Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"

    Sony VAIO, reboot and press "F8" or "F10" repeatedly until the screen "Advanced Boot Options".

  • Dismiss the iOS 10 Timer

    Does anyone know of a way to change the style of the iPad in iOS 10 timer notifications? In earlier versions, a timer at the end of the notification was similar to an alert HTML he had an OK button visible on the background. This allowed quick reference of the notification and, especially, to silence the alarm.

    In iOS 10, the notification style that I see has changed. It is now a close notification (height) with no OK button visible. I have to slide down on a gray bar very close to expand the notification and get to the OK button. Not only the Act to expand the notification process takes more time, but the fact that the gray bar seems to require a precise contact to accomplish the clamp which means a dismissal which previously took less than a second now takes five or seconds while I try frantically to extend the notification to the OK button.

    I searched through notifications, hoping I could change something of the style, but there is nothing here of clock, alarm, timer, etc. A research in "timer" parameters, "the clock", results etc. in no topics found.

    Try to swipe through the Notification to open it.

  • Problem with dismissing the dialog box

    Hello world

    This is my first post here. Sorry if the question is very simple...

    I need to download an image on server. I display a dialog box to confirm if the file should be downloaded.

    Everything works well except that the dialog box is dismissed after that the whole process is over. I know I'm missing something-related threads. pls help me to understand.

    Here is my code:

    public void fieldChanged(Field f, int context) {
        if (f == addButton) {
                        FileSelectorPopupScreen fps = new   FileSelectorPopupScreen();
            fps.pickFile();
            theFile = fps.getFile();

            if (theFile == null) {
                Dialog.alert("Screen was dismissed.  No file was selected.");
            }
            else {
                UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeAndWait (new  Runnable(){

                    int confirmationResult = Dialog.ask(Dialog.D_YES_NO, "Do you                    want to upload?", Dialog.YES);
                    if (confirmationResult==Dialog.YES) {
                             status=1;

                    }
                }

                }
            }

    My problem is that the I selected YES the dialog box only after the call to webservice licensees are completed and the image is published on the server and the screen is refreshed with the new image.

    Let me know what I'm missing.

    Welcome to the forum!

    Correctly, you start the process of network on a separate Thread.  Then you attach the wire event for this Thread by using the following instructions:

    t.Start ();
    t.Join ();

    So you give up the thread of events not until your networking activity has finished.  It does not block your event feed so that your application will become unresponsive to the user and as you noted, activities requiring feed event, such as the removal of your dialog box, cannot occur.

    You must reprogram your treatment so that the activity of the network as a completely asynchronous operation.  You can't wait on this.  You should get to tell you when it has finished.  I suggest that looking at the observer model during the implementation of this process.

  • BlackBerry software to dismiss the message 'installation link blackberry' for good

    Dear users, dear devs,

    I would like to get rid of the 'installation link blackberry [dismiss]' message for good. I get this message when you plug in the device (Z10STL100-2/10.2.2.1609)

    -to my computer: link it works fine, the backup done regularly

    -to my car to load (USB mount function available here)

    I don't get the message connection to a standard USB charger.

    I don't know about the link, and I don't want to be bothereed more by this message. Anyone has an idea about any solution?

    Kind regards

    Try to hold the power for 10 seconds, this resets the phone, without loss of data occurs, it's just a reset.

    If the above does not help disable the BlackBerry link on your phone then restart it, then turn it on.

  • The appeal

    I'm new to Skype. I've just created by Skype to go account and received a USA access number. A fundamental issue: when I go to the Denmark next week and wants to call home to the United States, can I get a new access number to the Denmark? Thanks to all those who want to help.

    Hi Yes you can update your location in Skype to go to Denmark, however, you will still need to be very careful because of roaming charges if you use a cell phone to US.

    So you might get charged a lot of money to call the access number for the Denmark using your US cell.

    The best solution would be to use the Skype app WiFi to call for the United States during your absence unless you have access to a fixed line Danish, in which case ring you your access number and then enter a phone number (your cell us) and PIN, and then be able to make the call via Skype to Go.

  • The appeal of LabVIEW VI of Python

    Hi Ppl,

    I'm calling python LabVIEW VI using LabVIEW ActiveX or the LabVIEW run engine of ActiveX that can be enabled in the advanced options of the application builder.

    The problem that I am facing is: I use the VirtualInstrument.Call () method to run VI and pass parameters to and from the VI's. When you use this method, I am able to pass arguments to simple controls easily tables e.g., Boolean numerics

    However when I tried to transfer data to a cluster as in the attachment data 1. jpg in this form I get errors:

    Python code:

    ...

    ...

    #Parameters

    Channel_1 = [1,2,3]

    Channel_2 = [1,2,3]

    Data = [Channel_1, Channel_2]

    Read = 'TRUE '.

    ParameterNames = ("Data", "Read")

    Parameters = [data, read]

    VIPath = "Screw LabVIEW C:\Users\Sathish\Desktop\Calling of Python using LVRTE\Complex Data.vi"

    Reference #Get VI

    Application._FlagAsMethod ("GetVIReference")

    VirtualInstrument = Application.GetVIReference (VIPath)

    Front #Open VI in hidden mode

    VirtualInstrument._FlagAsMethod ("OpenFrontPanel")

    VirtualInstrument.OpenFrontPanel(True,3)

    #Call VI

    Print ("VI\n LabVIEW call")

    VirtualInstrument._FlagAsMethod ("Call")

    VirtualInstrument.Call (ParameterNames, Parameters)

    ...

    ...

    ...

    Error Msg:

    VirtualInstrument.Call (ParameterNames, Parameters)

    File ""> ", line 2, the call"

    com_error: (-2147352567, "Exception occurred.", (0, zero, zero, zero, 0,-2147352571), 2)

    However, the same code works for the second data attachment 2.jpg

    What I gather is that Python is not able to distinguish a data type of table 2D in a cluster having subclusters with the same number of elements, as in our example, a high-level group with two subclusters with 3 numeric characters. Is there a way to solve this problem. How explicitly I tell python that's a cluster and not a table?

    Thank you

  • The appeal of VI

    Hello

    I created a menu with different buttons. Each button pressed, will open a new VI. It works perfectly on my PC until I work within the project.

    When I make the EXE file on another machine, all the paths to the files are no longer valid, of course.

    I was wondering, is there a way to fix this? Everywhere I go open the application I want the button to open the correct VI, without specifying the correct path each time on each machine.

    Currently I have manually specify the path:

    simo28 wrote:

    Hello Yamaeda,

    I don't understand, what do you mean by drop the vi in the function call?

    I used this method because I saw on an online tutorial, but it is probably better the suggested. I just open the correct regardless of VI on PC I have the application will run.

    Concerning

    Instead of calling the access path to the monitor.vi of heart rate, drag the file from the Explorer and drop it into the other vi.

    See the attached files.

  • BlackBerry Z30 receives a call (how do you know the appeal of) city

    Hi, I would like to know if it is possible when you get a call to be able to know that the city of the calling number since like the iphone does.

    Form1.getInstance () is called from startApp() * and * whenever this happens, a new instance of Form1 is created and set as the current i.e. display.setCurrent (new Form1()). Iwould think calling incoming call pauseApp() and when call ends, startApp() is called again.

    I suggest you use System.out.println see entities (Form1@1234abcd and Thread.currentThread ()) in lanceApp and other "reminders".

  • Doubt about the appeal of Blackberry Maps

    Hello.

    I'm developing an application that uses Invoke to call the Blackberry Maps appwhile by the way some places defined by the user.

    My question is this, citing Blackberry Maps will cause my original application of 'freeze' until I close BB Maps, or it will not interfere and my application will run in the background while I use BB maps?

    Thanks in advance.

    Your application will be in the background and will no longer receive events from the user interface, but you can always perform a treatment from other threads.

  • Programmatically dismiss an appeal

    Hi guys,.

    I am writing an application that needs to reject a call (because calling a special number is just a "notification" to do something else). I am using the callIncoming for this method and simulate the click on the meu item 'Hang up', like this:

    public void callIncoming(int callId)
    {
        UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeLater(new Runnable()
        {
            public void run()

                try
                {
                    Menu menu = UiApplication.getUiApplication().getActiveScreen().getMenu(0);
                    for (int i = 0; i <= menu.getSize() - 1; i++)
                    {
                        System.out.println("menu " + i + " :" + menu.getItem(i).getOrdinal() + " - " + menu.getItem(i).toString());
                        if (menu.getItem(i).getOrdinal() == 69632)
                        {
                            menu.getItem(i).run();
                            System.out.println("blocked call");
                        }
                    }
                }
                catch (Exception ex)
                {
                    System.out.println(ex.getMessage());
                }
            }
        });
    }

    It works almost well with the Curve 8300 (except for the fact that I still need to close the dialog box 'Missed calls' that appears when I end the call). However, it does not work with the Simulator "BOLD".

    Debug information shows that he finds the following menus:

    menu 0: 4096 - help
    menu 1:70912 - join the Conference
    menu 2:71936 - Mute
    menu 3:77824 - Notes
    menu 4:77840 - back to the phone
    menu 5:1266752 - activate speaker
    6:16982272 menu - Options
    Menu 7:16982273 - status
    Menu 8:268501000 - Switch Application
    Menu 9:268501008 - close

    I tried to use the overloads of invokeLater who takes a delay and the 500 or 1000 specified as a delay, but nothing changes. Even in this case, the executable runs immediately and I get the menu items - there is nothing to 'hang up '!

    Can you explain why is that and a workaround?

    Thank you very much in advance for the help.

    The "BOLD" doesn't have the 'End call' option in the menu.

    I don't know if this is true for all versions > = 4.6.x, but this is true for "BOLD" with 4.6.x. (can someone confirm for other devices on the > = 4.6.x?)

    You can not use this trick more.

    It seems to be:

    (a) RIM did not have this possibility to the developers (their people might have seen discussions of this forum explaining the thing) or

    (b) the policy of the RIM changed for another reason.

    personally, I like having this option in the menu, but it was rarely used.

  • The appeal of Smartphones blackBerry screen icons

    As soon as I make a call with my Style icons such as speaker, etc. are not displayed. This just started a few days ago, I didn't change any settings (unless inadvertently). Has anyone else seen elsewhere? Thank you.

    Pull your battery when your phone is turned on and then slams re insert it again.

    Let us know if that does the trick.

  • How to limit the appeal of Web service method when the page loads?

    Hello

    I have an a choice selection list that is populated using a web service method. There are several different lists on the page. When a page loads, all of these methods of service web (methods are inside the POJO class) are executed.

    I would like to limit the call to the web service methods. The call occurs even if the component is not rendered. Basically, all methods in the page links are executed during the loading of the page. Is there a way to limit this behavior?

    More time is consumed during the loading of the page. Can someone help me on this?

    JDeveloper Version: 11.1.1.7.1

    Thank you
    Malenfant.

    You can play with the value of the condition of discount for links - see for example:
