Display problems using Firefox with Windows 7, 64-bit

Hi support them

I have a new desktop computer running Windows 7, 64 bit.
When I use Firefox version 3.6.8 to view my Web site, it displays everything out of alignment.
If I use IE 8.0 it shows very well.
If I use my laptop which is running Win XP site displays fine with IE 8.0 and Firefox.
So I guess it may be a problem with Win 7, 64 bit and Firefox work well together.
Is there a ready solution to help solve this problem or I have to wait until Firefox came out in a 64-bit version?

Reset the page zoom on Web sites that have bad air: "view > Zoom > Reset" (Ctrl + 0 (zero))

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Zoom_text_of_web_pages

See also the font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages and font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages and change use the sites of fonts and colors

If you increased the minimum font size then try a lower setting (default is none) as too high can cause problems that you described.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > Minimum Font Size
Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

In Windows XP, I could save an image in png format, and then open it using firefox, copy and paste into an excel spreadsheet. But I can't do this in Windows 7. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?

    Kind regards

You should be able to select another program to open the PNG image and then find the Firefox program folder and select the firefox.exe program.

If it does not the Firefox program appears in the Windows "Open with" list next time temporarily to set Firefox by default, then replace it at a later date to the preferred program.

  • Using Firefox on Windows 10 with Google as my home page.

Using Firefox on Windows 10 with Google as my home page. Since works with Windows 10 bezel image and question box, but there do not show. Is it because of Google, Firefox, Windows 10 or a joint problem? Have looked for a solution and tried many suggestions but nothing works?

    Thank you, Rob

    My apologies to you Fred.

The fault was all my decisions. The desktop of Windows 10 had been configured in white using my Visual problems.

It is turn caused the faulty display of Google in Firefox.

A test in the normal Windows theme shows the Google logo and question box frame correctly. This is perhaps why MS do not offer a standard white desktop computer in W10.

    Sorry and best regards

  • Problem installing flash player 11.0.1.152 with Windows Vista 64-Bit

    Hello

I can't get Flash Player to install on my computer with Windows Vista 64-Bit - is not serious if I try with Firefox, Opera or IE (usually, I use Firefox).

The download is not a problem, but when I run the .exe downloaded, the file disappears from my download folder and nothing happens - not to mention that the launch of a process called install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih_3.exe, which does nothing. The usual installation popup never appears. After that I can not try to start the installation again, until the deactivation of the process via the Task Manager ("that one instance of this application can run"). No matter if I try the download and installation with or without 'McAffe security more' btw - same result.

I have never had such a problem before - Flash Player 10.3 has been and no problem to install and use.

I tried all the measures proposed in the troubleshooting section on the official website, including measures for advanced troubleshooting (uninstall the old version, run as administrator, disable the software firewall, disable antivirus, etc.). Nothing helps.

I have never had these problems with my laptop running Windows 7 - just my desktop computer with Vista 64-bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi vijaysampath, please make sure first that the date, time, and time zone are set correctly on your system. If this does not solve the problem (or it is already set correctly), a possible solution depends on different factors:

    • What is the error code indicated under Technical Details on the error page?

in case the error code is equal to sec_error_unknown_issuer, please try to add an exception on the bottom of the error page to verify the certificate, as shown on the attached screenshot:

    • What information about the issuer of the certificate contain?

Please take these two pieces of information. Thank you!

Is there a single main heading/section of this site for people who want to use 64-bit Firefox on 64 bit OSs?

For example, one of my clients is interested in deploying a 64-bit Firefox on Windows 7 64 - bit OS, as I can deploy a 64-bit IE 9 browser.

Is there a production version of a stable 64 bit Firefox for the 64 bit OS that is easily downloaded?

I've lived in Shiretoko (64-bit) and its predecessor (Namoroka), and I see that there is work going on Aurora.

Unfortunately, I found no browser 64-bit stable production which takes full advantage of 64-bit and Windows 7 operating system processors.

  • Cannot use RDP with Windows server 2008

Original title: a user cannot RDP

    Hello

I have a windows 2008 R2 server with 5 licenses of Terminal Server. I set it up so that users can RDP to the server using RDP and access other machines via VNC, it's not connetced to a domain or whatever it is.
All users can connect using any OS - Win XP, Win 7, but a user cannot get to their place of work - I can connect from home, of Germany, etc. using the same user name and password, but they can get on the server but their access is denied.
They can telnet to the IP address but can't.

    Hello

I broke out an old computer and was about 6 years old, updates to do. now that those who are in fact, can't the Wi - Fi to connect to save my life. I messed around online looking for a solution and have yet to find one. It seems that my problem has to with Windows wireless zero configuration.

    enumqueryservicesstatus:OpenService [sc] failed 1060:

Assuming that you have spelled correctly when you ran the SC Query command (wzcsVC no wzcsCV), see http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_xp-networking/wireless-zero-configuration-service-not-installed/5d798c92-58db-4567-94c4-7c5c0a16becd

Is there any kind of emulator-type of a solution to synchronize?

I ask because I don't have a data plan and need the cable to maintain contacts and calendar on the terminal entrances.

No, with Win XP as an operating system, you can only use version LR3.x.

    From 4.0 win7 is a mandatory prerequisite.

Ditto for Mac: they also need a minimum version of the OS for LR4.

  • conflicts of Outlook and firefox on Windows XP 32-bit

    Problem reports and fix:
Latest Firefox on Windows XP 32-bit.

Earlier, Microsoft Office updates have been applied in the past months.

There were a lot of problems where Outlook and Firefox seem to share the same video address space, parts of Windows Outlook appeared in the windows of Firefox and vice verse. It's a pain. I needed to have one or another stop for each other at work and then things got worse than that, Firefox crashing very often. So I did a system restore to the 01/01/2015, which has removed the MS Office updates. Then Firefox and then didn't start because he didn't like the system restore. Reinstalled Firefox on top of Firefox [uninstall] and it starts now.

Now, Firefox and Outlook work well. Will not apply to MS Office updates as MS is not stable or worrying questions about Windows XP.

The problem has been fixed. You are implying that restored system restored a video driver update and that was not the case. Yes, the video display problem in question, but it doesn't seem to be a video driver issue.

I posted with the solution so that it would be here if someone had a similar problem. I don't know why you trying to tell me how to fix something I said has been set.
