  So, I downloaded the trial version of first 14 elements, and now I'm trying to activate it to get the full version. I followed the links on the command prompt, and it took me to an order page, I filled. But after entering the product key, I give myself all that I get is, "this serial number is not valid. What gives here? Does take a while to process? I was under the impression that it was easy to convert the trial into the full version.

  After talking with tech support, I learned that gave me a key of Windows and not a Mac key. Which is a bit stupid that they would direct me to the version of Windows, but at least I know the answer now. For someone else on Mac, double check that you have been sent to the right place.

  For Photoshop elements 13, activation is done by loading the editor. If this copy is not enabled, you will be asked to sign in and provide the serial number. Who must activate it for you.
