What should I do when I'm "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. And then "you don't have sufficient access to uninstall iTunes. Please contact your system administrator. »
I am the system administrator and I never put such a thing. This also happens with Google Earth. Can I uninstall some programs.
I am also unable to remove the label ony read the iTunes folder, it goes through the motions and yet reading single tag is still there after.

Hello loudube,

Thank you for using the Microsoft answers Forum.

You are currently part of a corporate network or in a domain environment with your computer? Have you recently installed security software that will prevent you from uninstalling the software? Did you recently changed permissions on the computer in an attempt to lock or maintain another account to access certain files?

You could try to take ownership of the folder that contains the files that you want to uninstall. To capture, use the instructions below.

1. right click on start, choose explore.

2. navigate to the folder that contains the program you want to remove.

3. right click on the folder and select Properties.

4. Select the Security tab, and then select Advanced.

5. click on the owner tab.

6. click the button change.

7. Select your user account from the list of users.

8. click on apply.

9. click OK to save the changes and exit settings.

Repeat the removal process via the Add/Remove Programs utility in programs and features to see if worked.

Let us know if this helps you control and remove the programs concerned. If you have other questions about this process please let us know.
