Documents not to scale

Hello!

I need the pdf documents to my client. If I understand correctly, I need to go through a Word document. But Word documents are still not nationally.

OK, I can put the image in Word, but this isn't an option (because we have hundreds of slides with weekly updates).

Any ideas how I can produce correct documents quickly and easily?

You will need to create a custom "PrintOutput' format file and, every time you publish a new Captivate file, you will need to update the PDF version of the document.

    Hello, I have a question about something that I met several times and can't seem to find an answer to. when I copy something of Illustrator and place it in Photoshop (like a SmartObject), I want to set the actual size, rather than adjust to the size of the PS file. For example, say I have a PS 100x50px file. In Illustrator, I create this file PS elements. I have a component in artificial intelligence that is 100 x 50 with text down. If I copy and paste that in PS, it will not match exactly because the text gives a little extra space above and below and it actually copies as say 100x50.74px and is therefore biased (or scale truly wrong, proportionately) when pasted in the PS file. Of course I can resize manually, but it is inefficient and unreliable. It seems that there should be a preference somewhere where you can choose to paste to adapt or stick to actual size, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone help or is it still possible? (seems like it should be) Does make sense? Thanks in advance!

    An excellent question. I remember the time to make a document larger than my Clipboard until I found this wonderful setting.

    Go to preferences > General > uncheck Resize Images in Place.

  • Satellite X 200: The cloned on my TV image is not to scale

    I have connected my x 200 laptop to my TV plasma via HDMI cable.
    After much deliberation, I managed to find a way to get the sound through the TV.

    However, the image appearing on the TV is slightly out of scale. that is the picture on the TV is slightly too big, so all four corners are missing.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I m not a X 200 owner, but I guess this unit uses the graphics card from NVIDIA.
    So I think that this problem is only related to incorrect settings in the nVidia control panel.

    I can't provide you with a solution exactly but I would recommend to check the settings in the control panel-> Nvidia Control Panel-> video & TV.
    You can change the view Advanced through the unique options.

  • scanned document not to transfer on the desktop after put 10.11.2 updated

    HP Officejet Pro 8610 scanner can be controlled by OS X but scanned document does not appear on the desktop as shown on the details page.

    Update.  File can be found in "All My Files" but it's not the location that was requested on the scanning.

    When I open the HP AIO Printer Remote application on my computer and press on Print Documents under controls, I see only PDF files. This means I can't print a document that is on my computer from the application, unless it's a PDF file.  I can open the document and print it from there, but I'm curious if I should be able to see all documents types (ie: MS Office documents) in the Windows application.

    HP AiO Printer normally Remote for portable devices. Many of them do not use Microsoft Word. If please install full feature software and driver on your real computer.

  • LaserJet Eprint error message: printing delayed Due to print some documents/not connected

    It's so good that I get an email telling me my eprint status - but it's so frustrating error messages are not correct.  The printer is connected, the printer does not print other documents!

    How did someone else solved this problem?  It is usually intermittent, but at the present time, it is constant.

    I'm the office for a small business Support Analyst. I have a Windows XP Pro machine running Office 2010, when you delete a document office he died does not appear in the Recycle Bin.     Welcome to the HP Forums.

    I see that you experience a problem when you attempt to preview Adobe.

    I've seen similar problems with Adobe in the past.  I suggest you check the Adobe website to see if updates have been added.  If you did the Windows updates recently, you can try to do a restore of the system on your computer.

    My 7520 printer uses the photo and not the General black cartridge when printing on plain paper documents. The black general still full but my photo cartridge runs out of ink.

    My apologies, I didn't know that your prints come out in blue print when you have a totally black cartridge. It is a problem of print quality with the printer or something in the settings of your computer.

    I suggest to try the steps in the guide below. You have already tried some troubleshooting, try so the steps that you have not yet tried, I understand:

    The streaks of ink fixing, faded prints and other common print quality problems

    If you're still only able to print in blue (no black print), so I recommend you call HP to let them know. As you mentioned you have only had the camera for 3 months, it is likely under warranty and you might need a spare part or unit.

    I use Windows Vista Home Premium and Yahoo mail. When I try to download a Yahoo document file, I get an error message saying not supported. I tried a few fixes on the Web site, and an error message came that I have not installed 'word'. I installed and working "Microsoft Works Word." Please help, thanks.

    Works and Word are 2 completely different programs.

    You should be able to open any program, even if you can't dictate in all software. WSR only works in TSF software (Text Services framework) compatible. First of all, you should see if you can dictate in other software such as Word or Notepad. Make sure you have open WSR before any other software. If WSR works in other software but not Epic, contact Epic, and whether it is compatible to TSF. If this is not the case, your best bet is to buy and use Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

  • Word document not on the window when I click on 'new', while displaying the file

    I display the contents of a folder. I want to create a new doc 'Word' in this folder. I right click on the folder on the left lower corner of the window, then click 'new '. It does not display "Word document" option. How can I add this in the option "new"?

    One of the simplest ways is to repair your installation of Word.  Perform the following steps:

    1. Go to control panel and select programs and features
    2. In the list, find Microsoft Office and choose 'Edit' and then 'fix '.

    Google, I get My Documents is a great link.  I don't want it.  I want just a common to my file system perspective, not from different perspectives depending on whether I use the command line, Windows Explorer, or other tools/apps/environments.

    I guess c:\Users\me\Documents is the reality on the ground.  How can I make sure that I always see this view no matter how navigate the file system?  I'm in a locked-down environment, no access to the registry.

    You should not see "My Documents" anywhere on a Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 of Windows computer.  If you do, it's because a file from an earlier version (Windows XP, 2000) has got inadvertently copied on your computer.

    If you happen to see anything that says 'My Documents', you can right click and rename it to its own name.

    Nerdy details: 'My' is bunk if the file hidden / system called Office. ini so requires.  The desktop.ini file is this specification in any OS after XP, but if you copied your documents during a backup or something, the desktop.ini file may have been replaced by the XP version, which could cause the 'my' Word will be displayed.

    All of a sudden when I run action in CS4, a box pops up that says "the"previous document"object is not currently available."  My picture will automatically close and sometimes saves a copy of the image.  Can someone please help?

    The action dealt with more than one document.  If something caused the document according to the current document, that the action has to be closed. Photoshop will automatically change the active document to the previous document.  Then when the action attempts to return to the previous document it will not be one and you will get this message that the previous document to is not available. You back in history of your documents to the point just before you play the action.  Then only thanks to the action step to find where things go wrong.
