  We run an office with the help of a couple of Asus computers laptop running Windows 8.1.  Both were running creative cloud very well with Acrobat applications and Photoshop very well until 2.0.0.74 update came.  A system is updated very well and everything works as usual, the other will update absolutely not a reason any.  She starts, gets to 100%, then shuts down without other alerts or popup windows.  When we try to start it again, it requires us to upgrade to 2.0.0.74 again in an infinite loop.  He also don't serve us Acrobat or Photoshop in the meantime, so we're stuck testing of versions that are about to run out.  We tried twice to use the 'help' of Adobe chat and have gotten nowhere.  I'm about to completely uninstall the CC and install it again, but except that, I'm out of ideas.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
