Don't let me download apps, gives error message

Well, Ive looked through the forums, and I can't seem to find anything. I would really appreciate great personal assistance. Do not give me links to other users questions please. I keep seeing the same thing of the moderators on "privés for screenshot yada yada yada yada. I just bought this computer off a friend and reformatted it. Ive set up my accounts etc etc, but when I go to download a new application, it says that I need to check my gmail account, so I go to gmail, click on the "Check this email" button, then it takes me on the site account.live.com, where I'm already connected and he says exactly,

Hi JoshLiden,

You may have connected to a microsoft account when you go to activate the account.  Try to go to http://mail.live.com and if logged in, try to click logout.  Then try to reconnect to the new account that needs verification, then click the check again from gmail.

    I understand that your iPhone is getting the error "Failed to download" when you try to download apps from the App Store. I'll be happy to help you!

    Apple Services, stores and iCloud - it's the first thing I check. If the service is 'green', the issue isn't with the Apple servers.

    The next thing to do is to log out of the App Store, restart your iPhone, and then reconnect and try again:

    1 log out by clicking on the app from the App Store

    2 scroll to the bottom of the screen, enter your Apple ID and choose "Disconnect" (you will be asked your password to confirm your intentions)

    3 hold the sleep/wake button (power) button until you see "slide to power off".

    4 turn on your iPhone once it is completely shut down

    5. tap on the App Store app, do scroll down and reconnect

    6. download a free application to see that the problem persists

    This problem normally occurs when the files of Adobe to launch Lightroom do not have read/write permissions.

    Please follow this article changing the error modules and grant permissions to required files

    Here's a double thread Lightroom: "an error occurred when attempting to change modules."

    Now that you have gone though the resolution of the problems already

    You must make sure that Adobe files have read/write khakis.

    Follow the steps below to: -.

    • Go to ~/library/Application Support/Adobe = User Library directory [ not to be missed ~ symbol ]
    • Also, go to the folder /library/ Application Support / Adobe = system library
    • When you open GetInfo option for Adobe folder.
    • Make sure you click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in user account and Director of user account, if it is not added.

    Both must have read and write access to prevent these issues in the future.

    Important:

    • Once you added as currently logged on user account and administrator user accounts and provided access for reading and writing.
    • Make sure you click on the gear icon and select apply to closed.
    • Lock dialog box and close the Get Info .
    • So that all files present in the Adobe folder will have read and write access.

    Whenever I try to access itunes on my pc with panoramas of windows, it is said that the required folder cannot be found. When I tried to uninstall itunes on my computer, it would give me a message saying could not access network location % APPDATA%/. I can not download a new version of itunes because I get the same message. My itunes worked fine until a week ago, when it started all of a sudden gives me this error message. I saw in a similar forum to try to download a utility program, clicked on the link, but just couldn't do it anymore, because I got the same message.
    Any ideas on how to find this APPDATA program or to remedy this situation?

    OK... I just fixed my itunes and firefox... everything works FINE now
