  I don't expect someone to answer this, and if nobody does then I sell my printer and move my things to a more friendly atmosphere and -based on the client vendor.

  I installed Windows 8 Preview of consumers and various other software and peripheral products.

  The HP Photosmart B110 printer as a wireless printer works fine but Windows 8 does not detect it as a scanner.
  I downloaded the software "suite" to install the software and the configuration of the scanner part but the package has NO option to install when I run the software - there is only one option - output.

  I just installed an upgrade to LR4 of a disc, which is version 4.0.  I'm trying to download the huge file update to 4.3, but it is ridiculously slow.  Windows 7 tells me that it will take over 12 hours, even if I use a DSL modem through an ethernet cable connection for our router.  Is it because it is 8 pm EST, Sunday and your server is busy?  Windows tells me the download runs at 11.5 KB/s even if panel says that my internet connection zone is running at 100 Mbps.  Download this file of massive update is ridiculous at this speed.  I should try later (like 03:00 or something that absurd)?  I'm not impressed or happy about it.  Your Web site can not do better than that?

  Yes that is what I was doing.  But when I tried again about 9: 45 a.m. EST this morning, it worked, even on my Wifi network (yesterday was terrible, whether it's on wifi or when I connected via an ethernet cable directly to the router).  Today, the download is about 180 kb/sec and took a little over an hour.  Installation went without a hitch.

  Don't know what was the problem yesterday, but it may not be my computer or the modem/router. Either your server was really slow last night or my ISP server was really slow last night.  I guess that morality should not try big downloads a Sunday night
