  Hi all

  I know there are requests for information about Lightroom CC and his inclination to hang after the display of the failure, but I do have a solution.  I've logged on and in the application of Office CC countless times - nothing.  I renamed the folder to SLStoreold and SLCacheold names - nothing.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop CC application - still nothing!

  I'm working on a Mac with Yosemite.  Photoshop and Bridge work perfectly well, but Lightroom did not work at all.

  I solved the problem with the help of the support. Apparently, it was a problem with permissions on the folder to Adobe.

  You can try the following:

  -create a new account on your Mac.

  -Log on to the new account

  -Start Lightroom

  If Lightroom starts, then you have probably a permission problem. You can try to contact the media or chmod 777 your ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder.
