  I had a problem with my PC so I uninstalled Adobe Reader, thinking I can re - install later.  Now I find that I am not able to download and install Adobe Reader because of my operating system.  If this can be true?

  I was hoping to get advice on Adobe.com to learn where to find an (old version) Adobe Reader download and how to install it again on my current PC.

  I just downloaded MagicBerry so that I can get my SMS on my PC. It works well for backups, I did a long time ago, in the IPD format, but fails with most recent backups. So I want to use an older version of the desktop software so that I can get an RPI update to open with MagicBerry.

  I'm trying to open an old After Effects project with CC2014. He says that this is impossible! He told me to open an older version and it re - save again. O do not understand the logic, but anyway

  How old is the version you are trying to open? AE can only look back a few versions. It is important to keep your archive updated projects. So I have every 6 months as a regular maintenance point for my company.

• Tried to download the latest version, but my computer does not support. While trying to install it replaced my old version and now have no firefox

  For months its been my firefox browser is out of date, saying tour so, today, I finally managed to update but when trying to install it, it removed my old version and when I tried to install the new one it says it was not compatible. So now I have a version that does not work and if I remove I don't have Firefox at all. I stress because everything (100) my favorites where on the old version.

  I tried and tried to find an older version, but either they are either not compatible or the file does not exist. I'm a bit of a technophobe so I know what else to try.

  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).

  I downloaded the Firefox 20.0 version and copied the download file by choosing to replace the old version of the Applications, then restarted my mac.

  Hi julie, it means that you have two firefox icons? If so, you can remove one.

  Downloaded VLC Web Plugin Version 2.0.5.0 and rebooted and restarted Firefox.
  Firefox Plug Ins still shows the old version 2.0.2.0.
  When I check that Firefox to version the most recent says 2.0.2.0 is the last and I'm updating.

  When I open VLC as a standalone it happens in version 2.0.5.0.

  Why Firefox is not incorporate the correct version?

  Version 2.0.2.0 shown in Plugins is the version of the Firefox Plugin, not the version of VLC. To see the version of VLC, open VLC then help > on. The Plugin version 2.0.2.0 has remained constant on the latest VLC updates few and probably will not change until a revision is made to the Plugin, if necessary.
