  He was going on with all the images. Using chrome, I disconnected and then reconnected and still had the same problem. I have signed in using firefox and had no problem.   I recently reinstalled Vista on my laptop and I noticed that the function key options are no longer available for brightness settings, lock computer and tastes. If anyone has a direct link to the drivers for that would be great, I thought that I had all of the visit by Toshiba but apparently not.

  In addition, scrolling does not work on my touchpad. I downloaded the latest synaptics drivers and installed and nothing helps... Any help on that would be appreciated also.

  I cehcked mouse options and those who appear to be good. There no options in the Panel "touchpad" however... maybe something there?

  Sounds like you are using Chrome browser? If so, disable browser plugins you have installed (Pinterest, for example) and clear the cache of your browser. Or use another browser.

  Try to go to safe mode with networking Mode to download the file.

  Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box

  Type msconfig > OK

  Click on the Startup tab

  Check secure boot

  Check the networking

  Click on apply, Ok

  Reboot and Windows will load mode safe mode with networking.

  I was able to fix on my own libraries. I deleted the default libraries for MS and then created my own libraries. MS Default libraries reappeared at some point, but I just ignore them and use the ones I created and never have a problem. Seems Microsoft should fix this, but for me it's fixed!
