• Ability of DPS App for Iphone and Android?

  Hello. I know this question may have been asked in a number of different forms. But it's been a while and I hope that the likes of Bob Levine or Bob Bringhurst may be a cool idea for us all DPS supporters.

  My company is a Subscriber professional edition of DPS, and we are also subscribers creative cloud. We would like to produce simple editing publications (Apps, essentially) for Android and Iphone phones. Is there a chance that it will become a feature of deployment for DPS?

  Supported single-folio applications on the iPhone is on the DPS roadmap. I don't know about Android, but I don't think that single-folio support for Android tablets is a priority at the moment.

• How can you choose insread iphone ipad app from the DPS app generator?

  Hi guys

  When I select Create from Indesign to create my application iPhone app, it goes to the app DPS constructor and then set to default iPad. How can I change to create an app instead of the iPad app? On the left side on DPS App Builder, I see the iPad and the details of the App. According to the guide of the Adobe, there is another screen that you select the type of application (iPhone and IPad).

  Do not use the command Create App. DPS App Builder from the Applications folder. Then log in with an account that has the role of DPS App Builder. You need a Pro or Enterprise subscription to create an application that works on iPhone and iPad. Create an application for both, not separate apps.

• Problem with DPS App Builder and iPhone

  Anyone else see a problem with launcing is a 'DPS App Builder"App on the iPhone 4S. The app will launch, shows the splash screen and then close. Closing the application or the phone and launch new doesn't make any difference. He arrived with version 22 or 23. The same app launched on an iPad 2 has no problem.

  Ok. I built a new version of 22 App from scratch rather than update the 21 to 22 version I already had my DPS App Builder. This time it worked, no crash at launch on the iPhone. Also downloaded an edition in the sandbox and it worked fine.

  I would caution anyone to spend 21 to 22/23 with this new version of the App Builder. Take the extra few minutes and build it from scratch.

  I was wondering, is there a way to filter the applications inside DPS App Builder?

  Maybe it's a suggestion for the developers of DPS App Builder, but I would like to be able to filter and sort the apps for iPhone by device name and application target.

• transfer the app from iphone to itunes library

  Hello world.  I have an ios application that are not re - download in the app store specifically TUBE DOWNLOADER (D/L) by Apps2be. I don't know why this particular application has been removed in my itunes library.   I got a new Ipad pro and I want to install this application.

  Now, I always have in my iphone app.  Is it possible to transfer this app from my iphone to itunes library?  Or maybe a way to transfer this app from iphone to my new ipad pro directly using a third party mac app.  Moreover, the two devices are running in ios 9.2.

  Would appreciate any help and suggestion. Thank you and happy new year!

  New "App thinning" with iOS9: to make smaller applications, they are been customized for specific hardware when you download Apple directly on a device with iOS9. Applications downloaded directly to an Apple device may no longer work on any other type of device. Apple has decided there is no point of synchronization to a computer, because each device should ideally get a customized version directly from Apple. If you want a backup copy on your computer you can transfer a version non-diluted directly from the computer store that has you need may be transferred to any device-i (but will take more space).  You should have transferred the app at a much earlier stage as part of a regular backup procedure.

• DPS app rejection

  have seen a few posts on the web about applications rejected by apple with messages about issues on the iphone 6 and 8 of ios. Does anyone have a solution to this. ?

  I have updated to the version v32 and rebulit ny app Viewer but continue to get a white screen when I discover the .ipa devleopment on my ipad. So I think it means rejection by apple again.

  After waiting 10 days for them to watch it, then found out, they were closed for Christmas, and when they finally looked at was rejected... equal to the total of very angry customer.

  If anyone has a solution please can you let me know...

  HOORAY! Finally got it work.

  I could go through all the various variations, I tried but will not bore you.

  The solution was quite simple that I completely deleted the folio, deleted all trace of DPS App Builder and created a new folio, then the app. I had created new files as well mobile configuration, but I don't think that was the issue.

• Direct payment on devices Android - DPS App Builder

  We already have a direct payment demand based on Adobe DPS - library and store SDK released to the Apple store. This app works perfectly. I needed to build the same application for android devices and download on the google game shop.

  If I have Choose iOS as target my device in the Adobe DPS App Builder, then I select Multi Folio with the right type of App in the details of law I can configure our server right custom as the URL of the Service.

  But if I chose Android as target device, there is no option to configure the server to custom so right if I build the application and test on the Tablet, the application displays all folios, because it has no connection with our server of right.

  In the generator of the App on the first page after you select Android you must choose "Multi sheet entitled" in the drop-down type of app. You can configure the settings of your direct payment.

  We are enrolled in the professional edition. We strive to publish our application for the iPhone and the Android market.

  We have read the manual extensively and think we are all right

  ... but we have a problem by creating a FREE multifolio app.

  When you click on Create app in InDesign, we are transferred to the DPS App Builder and it is the default window, we get:

  

  This window gives us only one option: iPad

  As you can see there is a folio in this window.

  The folio was published under the same Adobe ID as the title ID and the ID DPS App Builder. All the same.

  But we want an iPhone option. So, we hit Cancel and click NEW instead. Then we had this window:

  

  Well, now we're getting all these options! Yahoo! We looked at the iPhone and iPad, when you click on the button NEXT. Then we had this window.

  

  We saw immediately that he was no folio associated with this option but went ahead anyway. We have put in all the files and all the stuff and produced the app.

  We downloaded the developer .ipa file and put it on the iPhone.

  The icon appears, the splash screen appears. And then, we see this beautifull VACUUM window. The folio iPhone do not occur with the mulifolio application.

  We are not at this news. We understand the process.

  So we have two options: 1. we give up something (I hope) or 2. There's a huge loophole DPS App Builder (that we uninstalled and installed again, several times)

  Please, please, is it something that everybody knows? The time factor is huge!

  PS. We used v. 28, creating the folio.

  It's not like understand you the process.

  A multi-folio application is just that - folios are housed in the Service of Cloud Computing from Adobe and available for download. They are not cooked in the app and subsequently not included in the viewer somehow generator.

  A simple-folio application where folio is cooked within the application itself and not downloaded from a server of the user of the application. It is not an option available for the iPhone, sort through DPS.

  DPS supports only simple editing on devices iPad applications. Any level of subscription of DPS you buy, we do not support a single edition on Android (or iPhone).

  Try a simple Reset: press and hold the Power and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo.

  BTW, I have still a few iPhone only apps that work very well on my iPad with iOS 9.3 2 Air.

  I just tested the Toshiba Remote app for iPhone (to control my TV Toshiba (40TL938F) 40TL938.
  There are a few thing that bothers me, and I'd be happy to help toshiba improve this application.
  Do you know who is responsible for the app?

  A few example:
  -no compatibility with the iPhone 5
  -a touchscreen navigation (touchpad) in toshiba tab places would be useful
  -a tab with a keyboard azerty for writing in the web browser (rather than toshiba to!)
