  Hi Mike,.

  While the implementation of the links, if you choose to open the file in a new window then you will not experience this issue, then you can simply switch to the file view and previous bookmark will remain as it is.

  I tried to do this by using the search but it will find only them, if they occur as a long chain, that is to say "Here's the answer" rather than how they occur in the document it is to say "Here 's" a bunch of information that leads you to 'the answer'. The search feature so standard did not help.

  Then I tried to do this by using the tool to delete (obviously not the application of writing!) because it allows me to search for multiple words or phrases, however it is not highlight what page both are found. I tried to turn on the preference to enable deletions of comments and even if it meant that I could then go through all the comments, it's still not faster than my document is more than 1,000 pages, which meant there were too many total comments for me to be able to easily identify which page had both.

  Any ideas?

  There is no built-in way to search for two strings and limited to show only the results that appear on the same page.

  It can be done by using a custom script, however.

  I am trying to create a template of evidence brand for my company.  I need to define an area on a form in which I can put another document PDF (file art).  The screenshot below shows what I'm trying to achieve.  I need to use the area of blue light set to be able to import/place a PDF, centered proportionally to fill the area.

  The other parts of the shape can be editable fields, I just need to set the area so that the art can be placed proportionately.

  Create a button that is large, larger than this area. In the Options tab of the button Properties dialog box, define the layout of "Icon" only and set scaling options according to your needs. You can manually set the icon of the button on a page of a PDF document, or add the following to the mouse event to the top JavaScript code:

  When the button is clicked, the user will be asked to select a page in a PDF file to use for the icon of the button. A more involved script can be used to solve the problems of importation as well as resetting the icon empty. Acrobat users will also be able to select the file formats (for example, images), but users of Reader (11 & DC only) are limited to PDF format.

  This restriction applies only when you combine files using the CreatePDF online service, not when you use Acrobat.

  I solved the problem by uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader CD and reinstall the older version of Acrobat Reader XI.

  When I create a pdf file in Acrobat Pro XI and attach it to an email (Outlook 365), the email will not send.  He will sit in the Outbox to always generate an error in the transmission.  When I create a pdf file with another program (for example pdf Complete), he gives and sends fine.  I have Norton 365 and off Scan outgoing emails and disabled the Norton Spam filtering.  This problem started in the last 2 weeks.  Anyone has a solution or have seen this problem?  Thanks in advance.  Curt

  By by the way, what is the size of one of these files (in KB or MB)? Too big files will BE rejected by godaddy with a message.

  I was able to solve it.

  In the registry, the .pdf is looking at Acrobat.Document.15

  

  Looked at the reg path and saw that the "Print" was pointing to Acrobat acrord32.exe rather

  Changed to point to the drive path.

  

  This fixed the problem.

  I provide a USB that contains about 4 GB of various PDF files in different folders. I would like to have a link/button in a particular PDF file that would combine several PDF files to another folder in a single PDF file to view or print. This USB key will be used on Mac and PC. Users will be responsible also for all of files on a tablet or iPad to take meetings. I am able to do this if I know the absolute path to the files, but not when the path is a parent. Did anyone done this before? Suggestions?

  I use Acrobat 9 and Office 2007.  I'm trying to convert 100 Word documents into one PDF file.  However, Word is not supported.  In acrobat, I go in the preferences and then convert them to PDF, Word is not listed.  I have excel and powerpoint, but not Word.  In any case as Word support documents?
