This problem may occur because of the presence of errors on the hard drive.
I suggest to run the disk check and see if it helps. Please follow these steps:
a. Click Start and type cmd in the start search box.
b. right click on cmd in the search results, then click on run as administrator.
c. type the following command at the command prompt and press ENTER.
Chkdsk /f /r
Note: When running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.
Where /f fixes errors on the disk and /r locates bad sectors and recovers readable information.

You say that you can not even start in Safe Mode, so method 1 will not help you, method 2 will not help you and 3 method will not help you.

I was doing a winpeshl.exe.error when starting "the application was not properly initialze (0xc0000006). "Click to complete the application" when I click ok it reboots. I can even recover the system, tried F8 startup, alt/F10, F2, launch repair system, Safe Mode and all the rest and still get the same error. System specs are Acer Aspire 5920, Intel T5450 processor, 2 GB ram, 160 GB of HDD, windows vista edition Home premium. I am currently under the memory diagnostic tool windows, but it is said that the test results will be displayed again once you log in, but I can't log in to view them. Everything works fine from a remote machine, but if I want to start a virtual machine in the console via vmrun, I get this error message:

Any suggestions how I can fix this problem?
The problems seem to stem from the fact that you don't have the "vix.libdir" parameter in your global configuration file. Usually, it is located in/etc/vmware/config by the presence of a line like:
vix.libdir = "/opt/vmware/vix/lib"
If you add to that, vmrun needs to start working.

Finally, I fixed this thing of Babylon, okay, so what I did I installed the entire program (Yes, you read right), then I uninstalled with Revo uninstaller. I thought, it couldn't be worse than what it already was going and reading about the same solutions, didn't really help me much he me frustrated just because Babylon remained as my search engine. Now it is off, YAY, the whole thing with cookies hidden ect... Revo uninstaller saves my sanity...

Hello
I recently tried to install Cool Edit Pro 2.0 on my Dell laptop. After that it's over, I went to open the application, but the error which read "wmvcore2.dll is not found" message popped up. He suggested I have reinstall the application, so I did, but nothing helped.
