  I run a local search in the search box in the top right of the email. There are three messages. I click on any of the three messages and message list screen is displayed, but the message is not listed.

  Is it possible to determine where these three messages are stored? They apparently still exist somewhere, but I can't find them.

  I can look for other keywords, and the search function works fine. Somehow, these three messages are stored somewhere dark.

  First of all, please note that you mean a computer, not a cpu.  "CPU" means "Central processing unit". In modern personal computers, the CPU is a relatively small chip, an integrated circuit.   If you know the location of the file, I recommend you start in safe mode and then remove the file and check. If you are able to delete the file, then start in normal mode and try to uninstall the program.
