  Don't know if it will help, but it can't hurt: try to clear the app data and cache: go into settings/Applications/manage applications. Press menu, select filter, and choose 'all '. Then scroll down until you find MP3 store, and then select. You will see buttons for clear data and clear the cache. Hit them.

• How can I disable a default amazon mp3 downloader?

  I tried to download a MP3 of Amazon and stupidly installed Amazon MP3 Downloader. I can't seem to get rid of it, or remove automatic default for MP3 downloads from the firefox options (applications). Files won't download properly with Amazon Downloader although they (via another computer) will download very well if Amazon Downloader is not installed. I'm not very technical interested so I'm just going along in circles. What is a plug-in and how to remove it (if that's the problem)?

  Thank you. I tried that and it seemed to uninstall. Unfortunately, when I went back to retry the download, it still gave me the same default option. In the early hours of this morning, I discovered the plug-ins and how to disable them. That does the trick! Hurrah!

• Amazon MP3 files appearing as [] (1.2.26)

  I bought Steve Martin, 'the Crow' (banjo music) on Amazon MP3 store.  I noticed that the artist, album and the songs were all appearing as [] (rectangular box) on the "rocket".

  After several attempts to rewrite the tags, I used mp3tag.  I don't know exactly what I did that made the change, but I changed the setting in the Options of the tags > "ID3v2.3, UTF-16" MPEG "ID3v2.4, UTF-8", then 'Save tag' on all files. ""  Now, they appear correctly on the "rocket".

  Weird, but I'm happy to have found a workaround.

  The tags are probably delivered to Amazon by the label, then maybe label homegrown little Steve Martin sent weird tags. Bet when the album is re-released on Rounder people will have less problems.

  As long as you use mp3tag, you must assign to ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1.  UTF (Unicode) tags are not as reliable in the Sansa.

  Wasn't sure how to list this, but this is the problem:

  Received the e-mail with a $5 credit to use on the downloadable Amazon MP3 player.

  Went to the to use. Amazon said that the credit has been taken. Wen buy a song and he told me I had to pay.

  Then I sent to Amazon and have not YET heard back from them! Just on principle, I will not do business with Amazon. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Wanted to update that after posting here, by some miracle, someone at Amazon had for me! And solved the problem!

  We have recently submitted an app for amazon and now have the following problems:

  The app has been accepted by amazon and shows on Amazon.com in the category ' Apps for Android. In addition, it is visible/available in the amazon appstore app when I install it on an Android (e.g. samsung galaxy tab). But unfortunately the app does not appear when I search in the appstore on the kindle fire HD 7 "(it was primarily intended for the device). The file apk (v25) works very well when you slide manually on the kindle fire HD.

  Aside from that, it is strange that the app on amazon.com page shows me the message that I am not eligible download the app due to geographic restrictions (I live in Germany and Amazon it lists as a country caught in charge). On the contrary, I can download the app on the device from samsung (via the appstore app) with a German amazon account.

  In the manual I ve of DPS read Amazon first assesses the application for approval in the Appstore, and then it evaluates to the fire. This could be the reason? It s about 12 days since our application has been accepted by amazon.

  Note:

  We use a separate account of DPS to our kindle folio.

  We chose the "Amazon Appstore for Android" setting in App Builder and "restricted renditions" are disabled.

  Version of DPS is 25 (in folio and kiosk).

  Try to clear the application cache.  Press Menu-> settings-> Applications-> manage applications-> Menu-> filter-> all-> MP3 Store-> clear data-> OK.  Empty cache seems to fix problems in some applications.  I would also restart the phone after that.  I hope this helps.

  iCloud is a completely separate to your Documents folder, so at least you did drag the files to the folder of iCloud has no way he as magically put everything in iCloud.   That said, iCloud keeps a local copy of everything you put in your computer, so even if it's in icloud it is also locally stored on your computer.

  Thanks for your question.  The Game Center app has been removed since iOS 10, but you can still manage your Game Center settings.  On your iPhone, tap Settings > Game Center.
