Dynamic lists for recommendation using CSElement

Hello

I want to know what should be in CSElement to create dynamic lists for recommendation.

If I create just a list with two columns as asset Id and the type of assets that will suffice?

Dynamic list recommendations requires a list named " AssetList " and 2 columns 'assetid' and 'assettype.

We can use any method to generate this list.

Looks like my CSElement

I used the most basic that is hard coding as

And it works.

Thanks nice to point me the finger in the right direction.

    Depends on the number of images. How are they involved?

    With a small number (e.g. 10-20), you can simply use a page element to register the handset img reference items and she as a substitution string in the region existing HTML. For more information, it would be preferable to use a report.

    On the approach of page element:

    1. create the point P81_IMAGES of the page as an element of the display only. The value of the Condition Never element so it is not included in the rendered page and the security attribute point escape special characters No.

    2. create a page process before header (sequenced to run once the collection created if that is done at this point in the process):

    begin

      :p81_images := null;

      for img in (
        select c001 src
        from apex_collections
        where collection_name = 'CO_IMAGES')
      loop
        :p81_images := :p81_images || 'Slideshow Image '
      end loop;

    end;

    3 refer to the value of the element in the HTML source of the region

    &P81_IMAGES.
  • Cannot use the #A01 substitution variable # in dynamic list

    Greetings...

    I want to generate a dynamic list on the page.  The list will contain an indicator that specifies whether or not the entry in the list is in fact hidden from the user.  If it is hidden to the user, then I want to apply a particular to this entry from the list class when rendering.

    The dynamic list has the following SQL code:

    SELECT null lvl,

           menu.menu_nm label_value,

           q'!javascript:$s('P32_MASTER_MENU_ID', '!' ||

              menu.menu_id || q'!');!' target_value,

           null image,

           null image_attribute,

           null image_alt_attribute,

           case when menu.hidden = 'Y'

                  then 'class="hiddenNode"'

                  else null end attribute1

    from ( select 'N' hidden, vis.* from std_vw_apex_menu vis

            union all

           select 'Y' hidden, hid.* from std_vw_apex_menu_hidden hid ) menu

    where menu.menu_ty = 'MAINMENU'

    order by menu.sort_order

    I then use a list template with the following as the entrance to the "current": list

    <li class="active"><a href="#LINK#"><span #A01#>#TEXT#</span></a></li>

    ... and list the following as the "Non-Current" entry:

    <li><a href="#LINK#"><span #A01#>#TEXT#</span></a></li>

    I see in the rendered however page result is that substitution does not, as it is shown in the following snippet:

    <li><a href="javascript:$s('P32_MASTER_MENU_ID', '18893191201');"><span #a01#="">Education</span></a></li>

    We are on ApEx 4.2.1.  What I'm doing wrong as I've seen other threads indicate that it is possible for dynamic lists to use substitution variables, as in their list templates.

    Shane.

    I found the solution to the attribute replacement does not not in the models of dynamic lists.

    I have a laptop DV6t - 7000 Quad Edition CTO with intel core i7-3610QM processor clocked than Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.  It is compatible Widi and running version 3 of the Widi software.  The HP Web site lists an update for Widi (version 4) and when I try to install, I get "Installation interrupted.  "Platform is not compatible with Intel Widi or the application is in use".  Does anyone know how to get around this problem?  More information: if I do a check of updates after launch Widi version 3, he sent me to the Intel site and said that there are updates for my Intel HD 4000 Grapics and my wifi adapter.  These two are later than those listed on the HP Web site.  Intel also recommends the ly use drivers that are approved by the OEM.  Well, I'm using the latest drivers that HP offers.  So, on a whim, I tried to install the updates from Intel, and alas, they would not install saying that they are not approved for my hardware.  So, how did someone use their Widi?  Or maybe the better question is someone bothering with this?  It looks like we have other options such as Apple TV, etc. CromeCast.

    UPDATE - corrected a problem.  I finished downloading the soft pack for widi update from the HP website and tried to install one more time and I got a message saying that the graphics driver cannot find or load the necessary components.  So, I then downloaded and installed the driver of graphics soft pack listed for my machine.  Installation was made on top of the existing one and then I went backand tried one last time to run the update pack soft widi (version 4.2).  This time it is installed without problem.  It seems that something happened to my graphics driver.  My system embedded chipset Intel Graphics HD 4000 as well as a higher onboard NVIDIA GeForce GT650M / 2 GB GDDR5.  I am pleased to report that all is well again.

  • creating a dynamic list within a static list

    Hello

    I use 5 APEX with universal theme and so I have the static navigation on the left side menu.

    I have the following in the list:

    Orders

    It is a static so each link to a page of the list.

    So I have a dynamic list that creates the list commands. How can I "attach" it in the static so that the parent is the link of orders in the static list?

    If none of the entries in the list are dynamic, then the entire list must be dynamic. See using lists/Navigation Menu to universal theme APEX5 for a similar scenario.

  • Lists/Navigation Menu using universal theme APEX5

    I'm migrating my APEX to APEX5 application. I would like to use the new features of menu list/Navigation in the universal theme (so my menu items is displayed in the left navigation panel). I have a combination of static and dynamic options, and I don't know how to do this. My parent menu ('Reports' and 'Forms') options are static, but my choice of menu SUP for each will be the dynamic page navigation elements that will come from a SQL stmt. It would be a type of tree structure as below. Can you get it someone please let me know how to do this? Thank you!

    'Reports' (level 1 - static)

    "Report1" (level 2 option menu sub - dynamic)

    "I2" (level 2 option menu sub - dynamic)

    "Occurs3" (level 2 option menu sub - dynamic)

    "Form1" (level 2 option menu sub - dynamic)

  • By comparing the dynamic fields of objects using equals and hashCode methods

    To compare the different objects of the same class with their content as jobTitleId, classificationId, deptId & classificationId had to be done and do a few steps later, using Set and the map. I was able to do it by simple substitution of equals and hashCode methods of the object class and was able to read the information (as in the map below).

    Map < LocationData, list < LocationData > >

    The following is the class I used (its been shown you so that it can be called for my problem statement):

    Class LocationData

    package com.astreait.bulkloader;

    public class LocationData {}

    String locId, deptId, jobTitleId, classificationId;

    @Override

    public boolean equals (Object obj) {}

    LocationData ld = (LocationData) obj;

    return this.deptId.equals (ld.deptId) & & this.jobTitleId.equals (ld.jobTitleId) & & this.classificationId.equals (ld.classificationId) & &

    this.locId.equals (ld.locId);

    }

    @Override

    public int hashCode() {}

    return deptId.hashCode () + jobTitleId.hashCode () + classificationId.hashCode () + locId.hashCode ();

    }

    }

    Problem:

    I am already known to which all the fields of this object, I need to make the comparison.

    IE I have to use the variables named classificationId, deptId, jobTitleId & locId etc.

    Need:

    I need to customize this logic such as names (classificationId, deptId, jobTitleId & locId etc.) fields can be learned, dynamically, as well as their values. So, as far as I understand, I've made use of 2 classes (TableClass and ColWithData), such as the list of the ColWithData is there in the TableClass object.

    I think what will happen if I substitute the same two methods "equals() and hashCode();"

    as the same thing is possible.

    TableClass class #1

    Class TableClass {}

    The list < ColWithData > cwdList;

    @Override

    public boolean equals (Object obj) {}

    Return Boolean = false;

    I need to have the logic must be set such that

    all dynamic fields can be compared

    return return;

    }

    @Override

    public int hashCode() {}

    Return int = 0;

    I need to have the logic must be set such that

    All dynamic fields for their individual codes can be found

    return return;

    }

    }

    ColWithData class #2

    Class ColWithData {}

    Pass the string; Here, the jobTitleId, classificationId, deptId, locId or any other information fields more may come.

    String data; The corresponding data or value for each jobTitleId, classificationId, deptId, locId or any other more fields.

    }

    Please let me know if I'm the procedure in the right direction or should I do a different approach. If it is allowed to use the current approach then what should be done to equals and hashCode methods?

    Finally, I need to make the map as: (is not worried how I give you, but may be considered my goal sought this logic)

    Map < TableClass, list < TableClass > > finalMap;

    I'm sorry for that. Although the problem is resolved, on my side.

    ORDER BY
        6

    The examples in the list wizard have 7:

    SELECT null,
           ENAME label,
           null target,
           'YES' is_current,
           '#APP_IMAGES#del.gif' image,
           'width="20" height="20"' image_attrib,
           ENAME image_alt
    FROM  emp
    ORDER BY ename

    Although the target column is not used in a list of courses standard Wizard because it is not clickable, the column must always be included or the values of the column will be compensated. APEX sees your is_current as the target value column and your null image is_currentcolumn. It is advisable to include all columns and alias them:

    select
        null level
      , progress_name label
      , null target
      , case
          nvl(:appl_tab_name, 'PROJECT') = current_tab_name then 'YES'
          else 'NO'
        end is_current
      , null image
      , null image_attrib
      , null image_alt
    from
        csrsr_req_wizard_nav
    where
        form_number_id = 3
    order by
        6

    Also note that there are no application APPL_TAB_NAME element in this application, which will have an impact on the results of this query: nvl (: appl_tab_name, 'PROJECT') assess so always at the "PROJECT".

  • How to create a list for the tabs 2nd level

    Dear Experts

    I created a view
    CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE VIEW  "MY_VW_TABS" ("APPID", "PTTARGET", "PTTABNAME", "PTTABLABEL", "TABNAME", "TABLABEL", "TABPAGE") AS
      select pt.APPLICATION_ID APPID,pt.TAB_TARGET PTTARGET,pt.TAB_NAME PTTABNAME,pt.TAB_LABEL PTTABLABEL,t.TAB_NAME TABNAME,t.TAB_LABEL TABLABEL,t.TAB_PAGE TABPAGE
    from APEX_APPLICATION_PARENT_TABS pt,APEX_APPLICATION_TABS t
    where t.tab_set = pt.TAB_NAME
    and pt.APPLICATION_ID=t.APPLICATION_ID
    order by pt.TAB_NAME,t.TAB_NAME
    I need to create a dynamic list based on this view of the * 2nd level tabs * (of my model of two-level tabs page), to be used in a region bordered on page 0. However, I found that the code in the list should be as follows:
    select level, labelValue label,
           [targetValue]            target,
           [is_current]             is_current_list_entry,
           [imageValue]             image,
           [imageAttributeValue]    image_attribute,
           [imageAltValue]          image_alt_attribute,
           [attribute1]             attribute1,
           [attribute2]             attribute2,
           [attribute3]             attribute3,
           [attribute4]             attribute4,
           [attribute5]             attribute5,
           [attribute6]             attribute6,
           [attribute7]             attribute7,
           [attribute8]             attribute8,
           [attribute9]             attribute9,
           [attribute10]            attribute10
    from ...
    where ...
    order by ...
    Now, I have two questions:
    (1) how to use the view above to be used in the code of dynamic list?
    (2) is a good way to create a list for the tabs 2nd level?

    Best regards
    Mahmoud

    Are you sure that you view is correct?

    >

     where t.tab_set = pt.TAB_NAME

    Should be

    where t.tab_set = pt.current_for_tabset

  • Dynamic lists and sublist HTML problems

    I need to create jQueryUI accordion region based on the list of the APEX / model list. The list will be loaded with the SQL query that contains information of list of level:

    SELECT "level" select_level - 1 or 2
    select_label label
    select_target target
    OF custom_menu
    ORDER BY menu
    select_level

    I created the list using < h3 > the main entrance level element template and < a > elements of level 2 data.

    Model list (current and non-current):
    < h3 class = "selected" > <u > #TEXT # < /u > </ h3 >

    Model sublist (current and non-current):
    "< img src =" ' #IMAGE # ' #image_attr #= "" style = "vertical-align: middle;" margin: 2px; margin-right: 4px; ' > #TEXT # sublist

    To do Jwho accordion, I wrapped my sublist with the < div > elements.

    Model sub-list before lines: < div >
    Model sub-list after lines: < / div >

    Unfortunately, this does not work very well. It seems that the APEX does not print sublist after excerpts from lines < div > but handles sublist elements correctly. In the end, my links are not wrapped with < div > and jQuery UI does not know how to handle the HTML code. It takes only first elements sublist and creates the accordion content.

    You can check it out for your self and see the http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=4550:1:0 code:

    Workspace: ilijasic
    User name: demo
    Password: demo

    First list uses the expected list model and used the patched list template

    I found a way to solve this problem. Again, I made a list template in which I entered in < / div > < tag div > during entry of the main list but this solution works only if I'm sure that each main entry has child elements.

    My question is: why the APEX does not print tags sublist < div >. I must say that this model works well if I use a static list. It seems to me that APEX does not know how to handle parenting using the dynamic SQL list.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello Ivan,.

    problem solved. Watch http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=35669:1

    I cleaned a model a little and added tags list.

    Marko
