Edit a PDF OCR
OK, so I tried my best to find it and the response, but I found nothing. I have a colleague who tries to change our OCR had the documents in PDF format to remove any imperfections on them like a line down on the side of a bad copy, etc.. We are using Acrobat Pro XI and it uses the change based on the painting. Now, here's the question that we touched, OCR PDF begins about 2 MB with 37 pages, after that she changed and painted the stakes, 36 pages, the size of the file is more than 15 times, it is original, which actually about 35 MB give or take.
So we need is a way to remove errors and imperfections in the areas of the margin of the document without using paint and massively increase the size of the file. Any suggestions?
The type of installation you talk whatever appearance. If you use the form of searchable OCR text, you can not change the look, the text behind the eyes. To be able to change the imperfections and others, you must use ClearScan for OCR. Then the text on the screen is what you get, not behind a picture. The rest is transformed into a collection of images that you can now select and remove. Care should still be used as the selection of objects often selects more than you think it would be.

Newly installed Acrobat Reader DC will not edit a PDF file
I downloaded Acrobat Reader DC in order to be able to modify a PDF file. However when I click on the toolbar 'Edit PDF', no tools are displayed. When I click on 'Tools' and under 'Edit PDF' select 'Open' a blank page opens, (not a page with the document for editing). I tried with a few documents. Sometimes the document desired "flashes" for about 1/4 of a second when I select 'Edit PDF - Open', but then it disappears.
I said in the first post.
"Adobe Reader cannot edit pdf files. When you click on edit, just asking you to purchase the full version of Adobe Acrobat. If you have purchased, you must download, install it and use it to open and edit your pdf files. »

I have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro CD but when I try to edit a PDF file I get the box «Read more» It takes me to a link to register DC Pro, and when I connect it says I have DC, and I have yet to edit a PDF file...
You're still using Adobe Reader instead of Acrobat. Make sure that you have Acrobat is installed and that you actually use to open your PDF files.

I have Acrobat Pro DC subscription but is not letting me edit a pdf file?
I have Acrobat Pro DC subscription but is not letting me edit a pdf file?
Hi toddb52522515,
I assume you are using Acrobat Reader for iOS/Android/Windows Phone, because you posted your question on Acrobat Reader mobile forum. If this isn't the case, please let us know.
With the Acrobat Pro DC subscription, you pouvez use the 'Edit PDF' function to change the text in a PDF document on a mobile device, if the following conditions are met.
- Your PDF document to edit. (Some PDF documents may not allow editing due to permissions and document encryption.)
- You are registered under the Adobe ID with which you used to purchase the subscription Acrobat Pro DC.
- You are using Acrobat Reader for iOS on iPad. (The 'Edit PDF' function is not taken in charge on an iPhone. In addition, please note that Acrobat Reader for Android version 15.3.1 or older did not support the 'Edit PDF' function again.)
The information above explains why you can't edit a PDF document?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!

I'd like to edit a PDF secure document did not change the text, or the layout at all I would do is highlight the text. How can I do this? With the help of Adobe Acrobat DC 15.9.20077.160923
You know the password? Otherwise, the security policy does not allow adding comments in the file, then there is nothing you can do about it.
