  I have a search page that shows the results of the query at the bottom in a table. The user right click and select 'change '. The user is taken to an edit page. The edit page is a view of AllEmployees object, and it shows the first record. I want the edit page to display the row of data that the user has selected on the search page. How can I do.

  What version of jdev you use?
  In the version one (or more) were a mistake where right-clicking does not trigger the selection of the line.
  The next question is are you using the VO even to the (results table) and the edit form? If this isn't the case, you must configure the VO, the edit form is based on the game in row, power to the key of the selected row in the table of search results.   I'm trying to recreate what I did on the portals of the OAS in Weblogic/ADF. I have JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0. What I do seems to be a little different than the tutorials: I need something like the tutorial master-detail, but instead the details appearing on the same page, it should appear in a popup. I managed to build the part table/popup. But when the popup appears, it displays the wrong record. Here are the steps I used to create this page:
  
  After you create the ADF Fusion Middleware project:
  
  1 create templates for the tables I need.
  2. create the JSF Page.
  3 drop panelCollection on the page.
  4. remove my data to see in panelCollection control and choose the Table read-only ADF. Select the sorting and selection options.
  5 change table properties: selected = DisplayRow, EditingMode = clickToEdit
  6 drag the Popup on the page.
  7. remove my data from view in popup control and choose the form of the ADF. Select the send option.
  8 drop showPopupBehavior on the page. Name of the popup. The value triggerType to the 'selection '. (triggerType "click" works, too)
  9 deploy.
  
  The table is displayed. I click on a line. The pop-up window appears. The form of popup displays the first record in the table. I click on any line.
  
  I just bought the merger Oracle 11g Developer Guide, but were not able to answer this question yet.

• Element of the selection list appears when the cursor is placed

  I need when the user places the cursor over a selection list, it should display the list. I need to implement this approach to all the selection in my application list.

• Action written in CS4 does not work properly in items 11 - contexts the 'selective' layer

  I created an action with the help of Adobe Photoshop CS4, and that it works in CS4.  When I save and load the action in 11 elements, there is a problem with the selective color layer.  The selective color layer is revealed in the stack of layers with the message whereas it cannot be edited b/c it was created in the full version of Photoshop. However, the layer itself has no changes in color/inside.

  In Photoshop, the selective color layer makes the photo look pink.  When I run the action in Elements11, selective color layer doing absolutely nothing to the photo.  I don't have the turned eye "on" to display the layer, and it is on the correct merge options & opacity (normal, 100%).

  If I run the action in Photoshop, save the file with all the layers created by the action and reopen the file in 11 elements, THEN the selective color layer shows its correct pink color.  But when I run the action as an autonomous action in Elements11, is not.

  Can anyone offer help as to why this is happening? Is there something special I need to do to make the action work in 11 elements? My understanding is that he must RUN and create the layers correctly, although some of them cannot be changed in Elements11. However, as it is, is not creating them with the appropriate color.

  selective color layer is not supported in PSE11. So any stage to edit would result in the error message saying that the layer can not be displayed.

  For your case, I believe that the recorded action starts by creating a selective correction blank adjustment layer and then tries to change and thus translates into a mistake.

  

  Even the effort to apply the effect by using result of adjustments of image by mistake as the "selective" command is not available.

  I would try to find another way to apply the effect, but I don't know if there is a way to apply an adjustment layer that is not supported by PES

• Tabular returns lines based on the selection list

  Howdy-

  An element of the selection list is used to select a job title.

  The tabular presentation returns lines of documents to be considered annually by the title of the post.

  A single column in a tabular form (the number of the document) is defined as a link so that the user can open and read the document.

  It works beautifully.

  But...

  Some job titles return a row of five documents, still others return more than a hundred, so when paging is used to move to the next set of lines in tabular form, updates the selection list and the selection is lost.  I have the Page Action selection list element when the modified value to Redirect and set the value, but the Type of Source is static that may be my problem.

  How can I use pagination while maintaining the value of the selection list?

  I have a report region based on a "body of the PL/SQL function returning a query'which SQL is generated on the selection of a value of an element from the selection list, select action list is"Redirect and set", but this causes the entire page refresh rather than just the region report." I tried to update the report using only a dynamic action on the item list select (Action now reset to 'None'), but now the report does not appear on the choice of the list. Can someone suggest a solution that will allow me to update this report without refreshing the page? I use APEX 4.2.2 and the syntax of the statement is as follows:

  Strange that you do not get an error when you run your 2nd selector.
  In any case for this kind of thing, see the HTML code of your tabular form and tell us what triggers, the element can be useful. Or better create an example at apex.oracle.com.
  In any case, I see two errors:
  (1) is there any html element "not selected" instead, the LOV in the APEX element has the select tag
  (2) you can not write a. val() inside a selector that you must place it after your selection.

  So I'd like to rewrite your code to:

  I can't find a simple/direct method to determine the index of the selected item in a list box.

  I feel I'm missing something, but I can't seem to figure out who (if any) returns an index number if you use it with the recall of .onChange for a ListBox control.

  The following code implements that I need, but is not particularly efficient or elegant and can get confused if you introduce multiple lists to check.

  Any suggestions to reproduce this behavior, even with the best code would be appreciated.

  I'd give you the first selected item, even if you only have a single element selected, for all selected items to loop through all the elements in the selection table.

• A report on the current record of another report on the same page of filtering

  I have a report on the same page and form in an APEX application. The interactive report is used for sorting/filtering etc. and the form is used to present the data for one record at a time, but also to allow updates in the selected fields. This was done using the wizards, little 'edit' is click on the button to change the shape of the selected record.
  
  I also have (or want to have) a second non-interactive report on the page, which contains some records according to the record of the main report that is currently selected and appearing in the form.
  
  I tried to make a simple 'SELECT fields WHERE the link field is equal to the main report', but he doesn't always says no data found.
  
  Basically, I need to be able to have a query for the second report which says "SELECT those fields WHERE the site is equal to the site displayed in the form.
  
  A click on the button 'Edit' of small pencil/paper on a report, this set some ActiveRow or something like that I can use to filter the second report?
  
  As you can tell from this post, I'm in my childhood skills database and any literature/advice on how to do this (outside MS ACCESS...) would be appreciated.
