Let me explain better: I'm home, I stop to work for lunch and before going to lunch, I put the PC to sleep. If I come back an hour later, he went into hibernation in its own right, despite the hibernation is disabled.

  You can find it in the control panel-> Power Options

  There is a link to the advanced settings. Select this check box.
  There should be the option to enable / disable the hibernation
