• Adding ports to a vlan on interconnection of fabric (end-host Mode)

  Hi all

  I have a problem, I have created vlan 99 and added the ports and port channels to the vlan on the fabric of the ucs interconnections and saved the configs.

  To my surprise, that nothing has changed, they are still on the vlan 1 (the default).

  OK, now you must give us more detailed information?

  What is your OS? ESXi?

  And maybe, depending on how your host is configured, you should make 99 Vlan as vlan native!

  In the window of maintenance last night, I was going to spend one of my systems UCS switch FC FC end-host Mode. The intention was to be able to reach the storage systems via an external FC SAN, instead of the current situation where storage is directly attached to the FIs. The UCS system in question is redundant fabric 6248UP of interconnections, blades are all of the B200M2 or the B200M3, and infrastructure (UCSM, FIs and IOM) running version 2.2(3a).

  The plan was relatively simple. First of all, I would like to change FI B mode end-host FC. Once this has been done re - I would record vHBAs the blades attached to the fabric B in my storage system, so that they could access their storage via the external SAN. Then I go through all the blade servers and ensure that they had access to storage multipath healthy and tolerant, how I would like to repeat the process for FI.

When they came again, both of them had changed the fashionable end-host FC, which means that none of the blades had access to their storage volumes more. So there is nothing to do but to return the change. Yet once, two FIs restarted at the same time and they both returned to the top in switching mode of CF. A few hours later, after have rebooted most of blade servers and cleaning applications having failed, we were in normal production.

  So what I was asking here why on Earth the two of my FIs restarted at the same time. Is this a known bug? The user interface would certainly think one can ignore at a time as I had planned, because the CF implemented end-Host Mode action link is on the page of each individual FI in UCSM (under hardware-> connections-> interconnection fabric A fabric / B). (So the action Set FC Switching Mode of link, incidentally.) Also, when I click on this link, I get a warning saying local ' are you sure you want to set the mode of end-host FC? If you select Yes , the fabric of interconnection will restart and this application will disconnect'. Note the use of the singular here; the warning refers to an single fabric of interconnection, which is perfectly logical that the change was requested only on one two FIs.

  This Eizo has a normal resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. I expect not to see a lot of benefits of using the GPU. You really see the advantage to screens that are at least 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) or more. On small screens, you can see some benefits with smoother updates if you ONLY use the base sliders to develop. If you use brushes, turning on the GPU can actually slow you down a bit. In most cases, loading images in develop is also slower when you activated! There are a few illustrative notes to an engineer from Adobe that you can read here: notes for Lightroom CC GPU (2015) in order to better understand what is happening. Currently, in most cases, I recommend leaving off the coast. I think that Adobe is trying to improve and have more cards supported, but it is not yet completely there.

  I use one of the few programs that won't run on Windows 7.  I would like to know when Microsoft will stop support for XP so I can recommend to my employer when I need a Windows7 compatible program update.

  And why you wait until then (2014), it's tome to upgrade your application and OS both. My advice is to move forward and not wait. If a program does not run in Win7 and then use it in XP Mode until your app Publisher write a new application compatible for Windows 7.

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  I use Adobe products for years and, in general, is that Adobe produces some really useful tools for users of computers and productivity.  Thereby, ever time I get notice of an 'Adobe Flash Player' update I have to answer the same questions during the update / install process.  During the installation of the installation application ask if I want to install the toolbar 'Google', and the default value is Yes, then I have to uncheck the box before installation or I receive the software on my system I do not want or do not want.  In addition, towards the end of the update, the installation application provides three options on future updates:

  (1) download and install automatically

  (2) ask before installing

  (3) never install...

  And each installation I have to uncheck the installation of "Google Toolbar" and tell them that Adobe 'ask me... ' "before you download and install future updates.

  Is it possible permanently disable toolbar Google and by default my response to the update download and install question to always be 'Ask Me' first?  Adobe's witnesses crossing the machine during this process, so please do not suggest that it is not possible.  Adobe simply needs to modify the setup package to find these cookies and apply preferences users for the installation process instead of constantly trying to push unwanted applications and choices to the user.

• Satellite Pro T130 - problems in sleep mode after you install the update wireless

  After installing the 3G modem & updates on day of Wireless manager from 29 September, my laptop began to have trouble waking sleep mode. Most of the time I had to hard stop. I solved currently the changing options issued for the "sleep mode" in the Panel, for the most part by turning off the advanced features (hybrid sleep, sleep, sleep network adapters usb). • Phone stuck in recovery mode after reboot during the update

  I tried to update to iOS 9.2 when I leave my phone in my room and went to get some breakfast. When I came back the phone seems to have already completed the update, but when I try to turn it on it goes into recovery and invited to connect to iTunes mode. When I connected to my computer iTunes doesn't detect all recovery devices, and it's the same thing when I put the phone in DFU mode.

  Rename the ClassicApps folder to any name - now classic works.

  Apparently the classic mode update don't like files in the root ClassicApps folder.  Instead, he wants the files in the \ClassicApps\PALM\Launcher folder.

  You can configure the computer to boot and check if the problem persists. It will start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs and helps eliminate software conflicts.
