• Printing problem via an ERP application published on vWorkspace 8.0

  Hi all

  I am facing problem with the published ERP application. I'm trying to take the print then a bass line is missing on the printed page.

  Is there an option in the management console vWorkspace where we can change the print settings.

  If I change the printer (% of normal size to 95%) setting, then it works fine but it is a manual task on all printers so customer want a few settings on the published application.

  Hi all

  I published an ERP application with vWorkspace .we 8.0 are able to successfully connect to ERP via the web url but the problem is that once we export any file in EXCEL (Option of ERP) then it does not open using the end-user Office great program.

  Can anyone suggest on the same.

  The really easy way is when you export the Excel document, export it to a fileshare that is accessible from the local computer.

  You can then simply open this file from file sharing and associations of local file will open it in the local excel for you.

• How to make impression on the DMP printer via Puslished ERP solution

  NET use LPT1 \\printserver\myprinter

  I do not have your app so I ran the following dos command to test back print

  print /D:LPT1 c:\mydoc.txt

  This fine all worked.

• ERP requires a dedicated server to Oracle Database access?

  Recently, I checked a database that had a problem due to CPU and memory constraints. When checking the database, I have seen that the server will run in dedicated server mode. I figured that it was the cause of the problem and proposed to change this shared server mode. But according to admin app that won't help and also for the ERP Oracle database must be dedicated mode. Because I'm not admin app I just wanted to ask - is it true? How to configure ERP is not to request a dedicated database service.

• How can I make the ERP Oracle connection same powers as company IDs?

  I have to run business with Oracle ERP authentication authentication.

  We have the same credentials for our company interrnal (Gmail and Helpdesk, Jira) Portal, but we have different credentials (username and password) for ERP, as these two password are kept in two separate systems.

  Please suggest me how can I do ERP Oracle qualifications from the society Gmail (AD) identification information so that if we change the passowrd of gmail, then with the same password society we should be able to connect to oracle ERP.

  We are unable to perform such a LDAP authentication through recommonded EBS with SSO and OID integration solution. As for the SSO and the OID, we will require OAM, who is the licensed version. We are 8000 + employees and it will be a huge cost to society. So we dropped this idea.

  Our idea is the following:

  We will define a password hardcoded to the LES for all users to identify the user is a valid user for Oracle EBS.

  When click on Login , happen internal authentication LDAP that identify this same password hardcoded as a password valid internally and then the user is able to see the Oracle ERP homescreen.

  Please suggest me how can I do the LDAP using the OPS (JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0) authentication.

  Is it possible to do this?

  Assume that POC, we have 2 fields username and password, and properly integrate into our company AD, this means that if I put my AD company credentials, it should allow me to login in there.

  Please suggest how can I do this? is there an API for it? Also suggest me another possible solution for ERP Oracle credentials identical to that of AD.

  First to write all your calls of dbms_ldap in the procedure a pl/sql. Do not call dbms_ldap api functions separately in java.

  Didn't test it, but it should work.

  I'm new to FDMEE. I am comfortable with FDMEE, but not obvious with the system tables.

  Is it possible to integrate data from all the other modules are engaged in other than the GL tables Oracle ERP.

  I just want to know if it is possible to integrate data from the inventory module in Oracle ERP.

  Then you must follow the instructions in the section Customizing ODI to load data from a custom Source to the Administrator's guide.

  To configure the topology of the ODI, I recommend creating schema dataserver/physics/logic for your EBS server and not reuse the EBS_DATA_SERVER that is used for pre-packaged EBS GL integration. Then you can reverse your view or any table you use in the ODI Interface

  To fill the IO Table you can use the open Interface adapter model: AIF_OPEN_INTERFACE

• (Network installation) When P3010n HP printer is turned on, open custom ERP system.

  A new range of printers HP P3010 network is installed and works very well on all workstations and software with the exception of our ERP system, exact MAX.

  When the printer is on, everybody with the driver/software Print P3010 installed on their workstation cannot open MAX, but when the printer is on, MAX (ERP system) opens up very well.

  What is a market network printer has to do with opening a program?

  Is there a utility program that runs when the printer is turned on that may interfere with certain applications to prevent them from opening?

  SOLVED > open program, but wait after 5 minutes or more.

  The solution is to disable the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) Protocol in a Printer Port configuration.

  This prevents the port to authenticate every time that you accessed.

  I read on many forums that 4 GB is sufficient if ERP is installed on the single user/single PC. Another OS 32-bit read only up to 3 to 3.5 GB of RAM. What are my options with 32 bit OS to increase the RAM.

  Yes, 4 GB would work for your personal use and you manage to run a forum 12.1 with this amount of memory. That's not counting the amount of memory required for the operating system.

  We recently install merge 11.1.2.1.0 and database 11g.
  Scenario:
  server database: (192.168.1.100)
  platform: Windows server 2008 64 bit
  product: oracle 11g database.

  I have successfully install and configure the configuration of forms. my application is running on the same application server.
  URL to access the application:

  access to URLS on the application server, but also the client having operating 32 bit xp
  After insatlling the java system.
  
  But if the same url access on the database server and clients with window7 64 bit, access does not after installing the java7 64-bit as well.

  first uninstall all versions of jre.
  then install only 32 any jre-version higher then 6.0_35.
