Error 1935 installing Adobe Acrobat Professional XI

Hello

I tried every fix and referencing also a fix on the Adobe's Site (Error 1935 |) Install | Adobe Acrobat, Reader | Windows) but nothing seems to solve my problem.

Please advise on how can I fix? I was surprised, it there was no option to chat to speak with a technician or engineer. I need to have this resolved.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise

New Installation (newly imaged PC)

Cannot install Adobe Acrobat Professional of XI due to the Error 1935

Hi Chris,

Please follow this now:

STEP 1:

Remove all components or products of acrobat and then try to install

Cleanup Utility tool run windows install to remove acrobat existing on the computer content

Download the tool windows install cleanup utility and install it. exe http://download.Microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.

Launch windows install cleanup utility from the start menu.

Select the Acrobat products in the list and remove it.

Restart the computer for changes to take effect.

Download Acrobat and install successfully

STEP 2: If this does not, then manually remove and reinstall .NET Framework.
