Error code: 0x800106ba met whenever an attempt made to open "Windows Defender"...

Error 0x800106ba code occurs whenever I try to open Windows Defender in order to turn it on. I tried all the remidies available without success, including an uninstall of the tools of complete security and then reinstalling them. This, too, has not remedy the problem.

Is there a solution to the problem?

    Kaspersky does not automatically turn off Windows Defender. However, it is recommended that, as usual, Windows Defender real-time protection is not enabled when Kaspersky is installed. Its a similar situation with Windows and Kaspersky firewall products that have built in firewall.

    This is because they have their own advocates. 2 defenders running on the same computer is redundanr as well as to create conflicts.
    In short, if you have one of the above, you don't need Windows Defender.
