When I try to restore my ipod has put all my apps on it hangs whenever he tries to load my music. I get an error code - 20. In my view, it is a problem of windows 7 but do not know how to fix it.

  After some thought, I think I understand what you're trying to do.  You connect the iPod to the USB port on the computer and then try to copy music from PC to iPod, that correct?  If so, then Windows 7 is to identify the iPod and her assigning a drive letter, is that correct?  You can then open computer (aka Windows Explorer) and see the iPod than what appears like a hard drive, is - that correct?  While you try to copy and paste from the PC to the iPod music files, is that at the time?

  And then when you make the dough to the iPod, it gives you a code 20 or Windows give you code 20? Will there be another message?  If so please post them here.  Have you tried to copy the other files on the iPod?  If so, does it work or is it something specific to music?  You can copy this music to other USB devices like a flash drive or MP3 player?
