Error in update for creative cloud

I get an error A12E1 once again... This is the 2nd time.  I made an app doesn't boot... no good.  The last time, I sent an email to you and it has been resolved in this way because I'm not a computer wiz.  How many times will the updates fail & what should I try then to resolve this issue.  I'm starting to regret ever opt in this program.
