Error message: iecont.dll and iecontlc.dll are missing?

Original title: where to go when the file version and iecont.dll iecontlc.dll are absent?

need to know where to recharge the missing files

If you research Information System, Internet, Internet Explorer, Versions of the files settings and these folders are listed as not available:

iecont.dll
iecontlc.dll
ieuinit.inf
MSENCODE.dll

The files listed as "missing" in your resume generally lack on all systems and have nothing to do with your problem not specified.

They are part of Outlook Web Access that if you do not, you will not have installed (most people aren't and don't).  They are not yet on the XP installation CD.

Note to the SUPPORT ENGINEER all THE "experts" hired by Microsoft:

These files are not covered by the Windows File Protection and run sfc/scannow will not replace the.

Please know how the auditor system and XP files generally work and stop suggesting your ideas with your links to KB articles that you have not tried yourself to see if they work, don't make sense, don't work, will never work and wasting time.

If you need to learn how to work the System File Checker and why your ideas are ridiculous, I'll be happy to explain it - once again.

  • How to fix the error message: xerces.dll is missing

You try to view a dvd, but when I go to play the dvd, I get an error message: xerces.dll is missing.  How can I solve this problem?

Try to play the DVD on another computer and check.

Xerces.dll error message can be caused by corruption in the Windows System.

Check out the link to use the System File Checker (SFC) tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files in Windows 7.

SFC/scannow is a very useful command that you can use in any version of Windows. When the SFC (System File Checker) command is used with the/scannow switch, the tool analyzes all the important files of Windows on your computer and replace if necessary.

Missing and the corruption of the operating system (like many DLLs) files are probably the main cause of the major problems of Windows. In view of this, plus the fact that the SFC /scannnow is completely automatic and very easy to use, the tool should usually be your first troubleshooting step.

  • Error message: "Preflight.dll is missing or damaged.

    Hello

I am currently converting a bunch of thesis PDF to PDF/A 1 - b through Action (batch processing). Some of them will resist conversion: Acrobat displays an error message: "Preflight.dll is missing or damaged.

If I do it manually (open the PDF document and then "save under"-> "PDF/A"):

-for 3 of them, I still get the above error message

-for the other 3, I managed to create a PDF/A 1 - b version, but when I open it in Acrobat and browse the document I have a popup telling me "cannot retrieve the embedded police xxxxxxxxxxx. Some characters may be displayed or printed incorrectly"[house translation of the french to English ;-)].

3 fonts seem to cause this problem:

    RRTVUI + Calibri italic

    ALONFR + Calibri

    SAPTZM + Calibri

Note: I use a PC with Windows XP and Acrobat Pro XI v. 11.0.3

As I understand it, PDF/A - 1b standard requires that all the fonts that will be embedded in the PDF file. But what happens when the author of the document used a font that I don't have on my computer? This means that in these cases I will not be able to create a PDF/A 1 - b version for archival purposes?

This is even more disturbing in one of the PDF/a 1 - b with police problems, I realized that the original text has been changed (some '%' characters are not displayed at all).

At the beginning I intend to archive only the PDF/A 1 - b version of the thesis, but now I realize that it is much more complicated than I thought: some PDF refuse to be converted (for some unknown reason), and some are modified in the process!

Can you please help me to know:

-Why some PDF documents cannot be converted to the format PDF/A 1 - b ("Preflight.dll is missing or corrupt")

-a way to tackle the problem of fonts?

    Thank you!

Yes and Yes. You must incorporate (rules of PDF/A) and therefore, you must have. It doesn't seem to be a way around it.

It is certainly not true that every PDF can be made for PDF/a.

  • Error message: "CARDS.dll is missing from your computer", when reinstalling Freecell.exe

Original title: Reinstall Freecell.exe and CARDS.dll

I permanently deleted freecell.exe from my computer at home about 3 months ago since I played him too much. [It is not in the Recycle Bin, but permanently deleted.]

It may be slightly addictive, see.

Now I want that he return!

I copied freecell.exe of my employer's computer to my home computer, but whenever I click on the icon, I get the message error "CARDS.dll is missing from your computer."

I looked for where I could get this dll on the net file, for example, Microsoft, but only get directed to sites who want to scan my registry until they give me the download, and I'm just wary of them and their peers.

I guess my basic question is: how to find a good copy of the CARDS.dll file and put it in the right place on my home computer.

I have my original purchase recovery discs, but I hesitate to start with there rooting.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Error message "ONCoreFoundation9.dll is missing".

Since the installation of PS CC2015, when I try to launch it I often (but not always) get the error message "the program can't start because ONCoreFoundation9.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.» I spent half a day removing and then reinstalling the program but still get the message. I should add that I'm using Windows 7 64 bit with 12 MB of memory. The only way I can get rid of the error message is with the Windows Task Manager.

When I start thesystem I get 2 errors in netdolst.dll and qWaves32.dll are missing, how and where can I download free others these files, the computer works fine except that when I start the system is very slow, and then displays error messages I tried the system restore, but this does not seem worked either I don't think restore points do not appear to contain everything that I never really use the restore of the system but like I said system works well except that I am living in a retirement home and cannot afford these packages fantasies you can send me an email to * address email is removed from the privacy * I'd highly appreciate your help as soon as possible because I am one of those who dislikes computers I would prefer to give me error messages can you send me instructions instead of put in place on the forum you can do it too if you want to thank you for your help, I am not an expert in computers, so I need a step by step instructions

qWAVE.dll (without the "s32") is a legitimate file for Vista and Windows 7 but not XP.

Searches on Google for "qwaves32.dll" and "netdolst.dll" increase only highly questionable links.

When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.  Given that you know on torrents (and downloaded them?) increases the likelihood that you had (or still have) malicious software on your computer.

First of all, download, install, update and run both of these free analysis tools:
    MalwareBytes AntiMalware
    SUPERAntiSpyware

Do not run the scans at the same time.  They can take some time, so start an and then go for a non computer chore for awhile.

If the scans does not solve the problem (and they can't, because the actual malware dll file has already been processed), then download and run Autoruns.  Click on the "Connection" tab and look in the column 'Image path' for the dll named in your error message.  If it is not displayed in the connection tab, click the "all" tab and use the file > search tool.  A characteristic of the search of Autoruns tool is that you must move the selection under the element line "found" before you "Find Next."

Once you find the line with the file in question, either "delete" or (if you want to be safer) uncheck the box.  The latter prevents the line running, but you can reactivate it later by removing the check mark.

  • Error Message MSVCR71.dll

I have always used the Internet Scrabble Club to play Scrabble online when I got VIStA.  My new computer has Windows 7.  I am able to download scrabble and use it immediately.  However, when I close and try to reopen, it displays the error message MSVCR71.dll.  How can I solve this problem?

If you are missing this DLL (should be in \Windows\System32), download and install it. DOWNLOAD: do a Google/Bing search. Installation: Copy the file to the directory above, open a command prompt (right click "run as Administrator"), type 'cd x: [system drive] \windows\system32', and then "regsvr32 msvcr71.dll" (both without the quotation marks).
