Error U44M1P7. without success in the updated Adobe CS6 solve this

Creative cloud shows an update for CS6 when I do the update, it fails with an error U44MI hope that you have already suffered from my last few hours 5

I have a lot of hours with adobe on that today no right of appeal.

They had me uninstall CS6 and do a reinstall.

Again when creative cloud shows that I need to update the same.

I've been with 5 different people and no one can solve the problem.

Initially, I followed the instructions before you contact Adobe and remove CS6 adobe extension manager. I had made a mistake and did the CC first extensions Manager, then the cs6.

Is there a problem in the program of creative cloud and should it be uninstalled then reinstalled?

Also every time I have told me no support because I'm not a license. Having said, I have CC have been subscribed and also have licenses for CS5 and CS6

They finally found my license but all the tech in a first time: stated that they have no record of a

As you can see I've been going through support with no recourse
