  I'm having a problem with my webcam on Toshiba Satellite A350, Win7 Professional 32-bit. The webcam no longer works. Camera software allow me to open camera - keeps saying "Webcam is either disabled or has failed.» Please check your webcam settings '.

  Camera is not listed in the Device Manager to an unknown device.
  I used to use the camera without problems (rarely, but), and found out that now it doesn't work anymore.

  Any ideas?

  It is not easy to say what the problem is here.
  You don t all that may be responsible for this problem?

  What you can try is first to roll back the OS to an earlier time just to see if something will change.
  Otherwise, try to reinstall the webcam software. You can download it on the Toshiba support page.

  I'm not sure how it happened exactly, but one day, all of a sudden, my webcam does not work! I've never had this problem before considering that I took of many photos & videos on this subject. But one day, when I tried to open the webcam, it wouldn't let me take pictures or record video. It's just a black screen and at the bottom it says "no supported webcam not connected."

  Check the Dell website to see if there are any software update of the devices on your computer.

  In Device Manager, under any category you saw an ad for Dell webcam?
  If this isn't the case, I suggest that contact Dell because the material has been incorporated into the laptop.

  My apologies, I did not read in your 1st post.

  Maybe it's because you haven't shared enough memory in the DISPLAY section. Try to 32 MB and activate 3D acceleration.

• HP7510: Cannot fax using HP7510 because of the error message "not connected to the network.

  I have problems with efax.  He has worked in the past with no problems.  Now I get a message that the printer is not connected to the nework anything.  I can print wireless.   I'm trying to use the GPS feature in Microsoft streets & trips 2011. I connect my Garmin nüvi 40 to a USB port and it says "device not connected" when I click on Configure GPS. The USB ports on my work computer and I connect the GPS and use it to download/download photos and today I updated maps of garmin.com. It was no problem. However, Microsoft streets & trips 2011 is unable to see the GPS device no matter which USB port I use.

  Anyone know anything about this?

  -Run the Oracle's EPM System Configurator (all Instances)
  -Select Hyperion Foundation-> the common settings and configure the Web server
  -Click next and deselect ' use SSL for Java web Application Server Communication (requires manual configuration).

  My HP desktop computer has windows 7 - I can't get past - error message "user profile service failed to connect ' & 'impossible to load the user profile'!"  By clicking on the ICON that displays windows closes and repeats the error message read... a new user account must be defined the user upwards and copy the previous settings account - but I can't get there.

  You can try the following.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

• WebDAV session no error but not connected

  I am very eager to get running with webDAV. I see two main use cases:

  (1) cRIO pushes to a remote WebDAV server log files

  (2) cRIO acts as a webDAV server to allow remote clients to access files

  "Why" is in both cases, because it's a safer way to transfer files, particularly with active HTTPS.

  My first step was to set up a WebDAV on Windows 7 server (one of the many how - to of)... After some tinkering (I put the virtual shared folder in C:\ProgramData\ as for example my desktop does not read/write accessible by the default windows WebDAV server), I was able to connect to the windows ' DAV Server from a browser with (in my case) http://192.168.1.40/cRIO/ where the name of my virtual folder is cRIO.

  My next step is to try to access this window ' folder DAV of the cRIO (on the same network), and this is where I am stuck.

  It seems that the "open session" will happily blow almost anything and not report an error, even when I sent entries as a username = name of user domain\username and password empty or even an incorrect IP address...  This makes troubleshooting and learn a new interface rather like playing hide-and-seek blindfolded.

  I left the last set of "inputs" that I tried as default values, except for the user name and password (for obvious reasons).

  Long story short, I can't understand why this (code below) will not work?  for any idea or suggestion would be appreicated!
