  There is nothing to do about this step, just make sure that you download the patch appropriate via the site Web of MOS and complete the rest of the steps in the README file.

  Entry database of bugs is the internal name of the site hosting for Oracle/bug fixes.

  First check that you have the valid oraInst.loc file, if you do not (also oraInventory folder)

  which seems to be the home of the oracle of a 11.1 database. Have you set the environment variable oracle_home to your installation of forms home before calling opatch oracle?

  For OPTIONAL in 11.1.0.7.0 support, you need the following patch

  Patch 7600122: SYNTAX of BRACE, VIRTUAL MODELS, NETWORK INDEX AND HINTO SUPPORT FRAME

  Support for filters SPARQL in SEM_MATCH is not available for 11.1.0.7.0. You need version 11.2.0.1.0 or later for the FILTER support. With 11.2.0.1.0, we recommend that you apply our latest game patches:

  Patch 9819833: TECHNOLOGY SEMANTICS 11 G R2 FIX BUNDLE 2

  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  The file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFIlm.AEXOLD is located in the path of 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 of

  Local disk C

  Program Files

  Adobe

  Adobe Premiere Elements 13

  Plug-ins

  Commune

  NewBlue

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  A few days ago my themes worked well in Adobe Captivate 7.  I created a custom theme and now I see again the themes preloaded in the themes Panel, but when I click on a theme, I get the same error message "Failed to apply the new theme" any theme choose what project I am, or if it is a new or existing project.

  When I go to the slide master it shows some pre-series either.

  I checked my Adobe Captivate theme folder and it seems that the only thing there are skins now (although I'm not sure of what was there before).  I don't know how simply disappeared.  I even tried to uninstall / reinstall the product and for some reason, it does not.

  If you are on Windows, it is pretty easy.

  Close Captivate

  Right-click on the shortcut and look at the properties.

  Opinion on the properties is a button to open the location. Click it, and Windows Explorer opens.

  Starting location in the Solution Explorer, open the folder Utils.

  Double-click the CleanPreferencesWin.bat file. (Note that you can not see the part .bat, according to your settings in Windows)

  Now close the dialog box and restart Captivate.

  Internal server error means that there is a problem with the server and nothing worng with your account.

  No doubt some temporal problems of the server recommend you simply wait until this problem could be solved.

  Start by making sure that the project in logic settings are set correctly - I think that the lexicon only supports 44.1 or 48.

  If it is software used to Setup place the lexicon make sure you that the sampling frequency is set to the same logic.

  Sometimes that power and the lexicon solves the problem...

  If none of the help above - make sure you use a multi-out or comprehensive audio device (OS X)
