  Hallo

  I bought an add-on modules Adobe for Adobe Muse. It's a Widget called background music player.

  "Where to go" says that it is downloaded in my "Downloads" folder, but it didn't happen! It does not show in my Cloud creative application and Adobe Extension Manager is not help me at all. I tried to restart, reinstall, resynchronize etc etc and nothing works! How can I get this file as a .mulib so I can install it on Muse? Help me! I'm going crazy!

  Just helped on my client with the same widget. If you have still not managed to install the widget, then try these steps and I'm sure that you'll be able to see the widget.

  • Make sure you are connected to creative cloud applications. (to on safer side sign-out and sign in CC app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications )
  • Ensure that File Sync is on in the cc app below are the steps to do so.
    • Click on the gear icon in the upper right of the creative cloud desktop application and select Preferences.
    • Click on 'Creative cloud' > files > Select on
    • 
  • Now on cloud Creative addons page https://creative.adobe.com/addons and click on "all your purchased or shared item '
  • This will show you a list of your purchased Widgets.
  • If the poster already installed widget and then click 'Remove' and then click 'Install'
  • Now you should be able to see the. mulib or .zip file in your downloads folder.

• Can I purchase a perpetual license for Adobe Muse?

  I was very excited when Adobe first announced the availability of the applications create Cloud; but my freelance web design work is often limited to 3-4 months of effective work in the year.  With that being the case, I was wondering if Adobe can offer a perpetual license for Adobe Muse instead of paying a monthly subscription of $14.99 or $179,88 / each year.

  I'd rather have the option to use Adobe Muse whenever I need; rather than overpay in monthly installments.  This method of subscription for the Cloud Adobe discouraged me to use applications like Adobe Muse and animate because it is too expensive.

  Any consideration made to the grouping the Cloud with the Master Collection applications / or possibly a perpetual license for a single cloud app?

• Animate edge export animated .gif?

  Hi everyone, I just started to use Edge animate and completed my project. My deliverable final I'm looking for is an animated gif with all that it contains.  Edge can do this? I think I'm going to blow the mind of my provider, if I try to send them a file HTML, Javascript and images all separately.  Is there a way to export a single file?  If this is not the case, can I import my file Edge animate in another Adobe app where I could do?  Thank you.

  Animate publishes in HTML only, so no you can't export a gif file. For your customer, have you thought to upload your project to a web server and send the link?

  Hi everyone, this is my first ever post on Adobe CC Forum

  So Im designing a blog with Musexpress based on Wordpress. I use a lot of plugins, including the gallery and they all work very well. I use shortcode pages to show these plugins.

  However, when I want to view the slide show, more precisely, it's never comes and gives the empty space. I suspect it's because the script is not loaded?

  I tried to insert the php code through the muse, instead of via the page of wordpress shortcode. But still unable to view the slideshow.

  Can anyone help?

  I've worked with Adobe muse for a bit now and I'm willing to take my site to the next level. I'm specifically looking for Catalyst Business webCommerce packing. I just want to know how it is difficult to incorporate things like an interactive calendar, a login to members section, an eCommerce shop, etc. Do you need to be a genius to coding or can you get by using just the absolute basics? I want to be able to design the buttons myself and displays things of muse, is - it possible or do you need to do it all by code?

• Issue of metadata for Adobe Muse

  This is the newbie yet, I was wondering if someone can help me with the metadata features in Adobe Muse. I don't know what should go in the section of metadata for < head > HTML in the Page Masters vs what should go into the HTML code for the < head > section for other subpages? (Home, about, ect.)

  My understanding is that for metadata of subpages, you enter your Description, keyword, and then in HTML to the < head > area, so you must enter your Google Analytics code like this:

  My situation is, I have an existing site that I'm completely redo in Adobe Muse. I want to use the Google Analytics code on my new site, but write new descriptions and keywords for my new website for better SEO.

  So, I don't know if my above assumption is correct for the subpages, and I'm not sure what should go in HTML for < head > on the Page of the masters - is this code just GA too? Any comments would be great! Thank you!

  If you want the google analytic code inserted in theall pages (which you have probably) you should put this in the master page's HTML for"section.

  Description & keywords should be different for each page if you want that engine research to rank highly your pages, so you can fill those on each page. You can add them to the 'description' and the 'Keywords' tab of page properties metadata section, and Muse wrap themselves in the correct HTML tag to the output.

  You just need to make sure you field points to the folder root of the server hosting were you will allow the download of the site.

  Now the question is where you will host the site?

  1. the Business Catalyst:

  If you host your site on Business Catalyst, then you must publish your site in Muse of file > publish to Business Catalyst and field adds the link that is created as shown in the link below

  Add a domain name to your site by using an external DNS service

  2 on a third-party host:

  If you host your site on a multitude of third party, then you need to download your site to host using file > load to the FTP host, as shown in the link below

  Adobe help Muse | Download a Site from Muse Adobe on a third-party hosting service

  Once the site is transferred to the server, contact your hosting provider and domain registration for the area highlighted in correct folder and you'll be all set.

  In the case of any confusion please let me know where you going to be hosting the site and I will try to give you specific instructions.

• Someone has a problem with links in Adobe Muse CC 2014.2

  I installed Adobe Muse CC 2014.2 in December, start update and new pages. Everything was OK. Now I'm updating these pages yet, as none of the links work, neither internal nor external.

  
  

  Had a discussion with Adobe. I was aksed to uninstall the private beta and install Muse. Keep the stupid webpage just reinstalling the same version (2014.2.1.10, CL 787362, Dateformat 284) and nothing works.
