Export of Lightroom Photo :(

Hello
My crazy of Lightroom. He wants not to anything export as image 1030 x 578 . Why?, if I want to...

Help, please

Chris Zatycki

The image must be cropped to the correct front aspect ratio export you it. 1030 x 578 is equal to 1:1.782.

Most digital cameras have an aspect ratio of 2:3 or 3:4.

If you need to crop the image to develop for a lengthening of 1030 x 578 before you export it.

In the culture Panel, click Original beside the padlock and choose "custom" enter. Then enter 1030 x 578.

Note that the crop cultures only in certain proportions tool, not to the pixel dimensions.

Pixel dimensions are defined in the export dialog box. (you will only need to value Long Edge 1030 pixels)

When I export a photo from lightroom on my Mac on my external hardrive, they are very good. I can then open it with mac, etc. When I plug in my external hardrive to my PC and open the pictures, some of them only are visible. It looks like 2 different collections of photos. One is. _IMG_xxxx.jpg and the other is_IMG_xxxx.jpg. the. _IMG_xxxx.jpg will open on pc. When I check the properties of the photos that some are newer once I exported from lightroom and some of them are those of an earlier date, and yet I exported just as the exact photo on MAC, Hung my outside up to PC and checked. Did I miss something in my export options? I can export or "save for web" in photoshop (as a jpg file) and have no problems with opening the photos on a PC. Why is lightroom sends me in trouble? Thank you!

FAT32 should work OK for this purpose I was just curious to know if it was something different.

I think that what happens is that Lightroom is not correctly check if the image already exists in the folder. Remove the images from your PC or your Mac after you transfer? You might want to try to do only for the Mac (which will remove the dot files too). You can also reset warnings dialogs in Lightroom, which is done in the preferences-> general section.

    Hi stever25146025,

According to the request, I understand that when you export images from Lightroom it shows only the crops, is not editing.

It is specific to a single image or all images in the catalog?

Could you please let me know what file format you choose to export the images and also what version of Lightroom are you using?

    Kind regards

  • Issue of import export/photoshop Lightroom

    Hello.

I write this question here because I don't know if the fault is 5.5 to Lightroom or Photoshop CC 2014.

Since I did the upgrade yesterday night, I can't export images from Lightroom directly in Photoshop.  The correct options are selected and when I try to export/edit the photo in Photoshop, Photoshop CC 2014 opens - but nothing is loaded.

This is true regardless of whether if I select one image or several.  It happens also regardless of whether I selects a feature in photoshop (for example, fusion photo) from Lightroom.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

The only way for me (for example, use photomerge) is to find the images on my hard drive and then open them directly in Photoshop CC.

    Thank you very much

    Florian

    Thank you socerfrek99,

I searched the net to find an answer and maybe found a.

Many sites report that they too experienced this problem and the solution was simply to uninstall Photoshop and do a complete reinstall.  Lightroom can stay as it is, but do not forget to save your photoshop plugins.

My guess is that because Photoshop CC 2014 is a new version, i.e. does not replace the original CC of Photoshop, it can be a shock. After that 2014 CC Photoshop has been installed on my computer, I removed the old CC version. Perhaps this something removed as 2014 CC necessary.  In any case, I have removed Photoshop now and am trying to download a relocation.  My internet access here in Wales is incredibly slow, so it's going to take several hours to complete.

I'll let you know what happens.

    Kind regards

  • How to export of Lightroom 3 for an Ipad 2 to show pictures?

I want to use my Ipad 2 to show people the photos I've taken.  I'm not sure that the best workflow to do this.  I store all of my photos on external hard drives and am hoping to avoid to bring pictures turned on my hard drive of the computer.  I did a search on the forum and have not seen a recommended workflow.  I would greatly appreciate some advice on this.

  • Export of Lightroom and copyright symbol

Why copyright symbol of my metadata preset looks like (c) in the menu of the file properties after the export of the photos? (I can see this (c) in the properties of the menu-summary of the file)

I use Lightroom 3.2. and Windows XP.

    Thank you.

EXIF allows that coded in ASCII 7-bit terminated by NULL strings, so the © symbol cannot be represented.  So, LR needs to take * something *. One wonders if (c) is the right thing to set up, such as the Copyright Office seems to us only recognize the symbol © or the word "Copyright". Other countries may vary.

  • How to export all the photos of Photos with the folder structure

    Topic says it all...

I found tons of posts on how to export pictures from Photos, but clearly an important feature is missing. How to export one or more folders, subfolders, and albums to the breast?

I need on a regular basis (read: scripted) to export all my photos for use on another platform. But I need to keep my organized all files as they are in the pictures.

Anyone know of a script that can do this? Opening could [R.I.P].

    Thanks 1million in adv.

    Björn

Photos can export using the subfolder structure to give you the files corresponding to moments

a user has provided a script for this for albums - Albums export records - Script of Jacques Rioux

and old toad has planned that the script compiled as an app - http://www.oldtoadstutorials.net/No.P01.html

  • export to iPhoto Photos

I have a folder of iPhotos events in my conversion in Photos. I would like to export all the photos of 25K back to iPhotos using the same organization which is represented in my file of events iPhotos. Is this possible and if so, how it would accomplish this?

This is just a step towards abandonment iPhotos so many Photos and move on to another dam/Editor, but I hope that maintain the organizational structure I had in iPhotos instead of what is happening in most recent Photos.

Thanks for any help or instruction.

There is no direct export photos to iPhoto, back only at the opening. So are you opening?

To create a new iPhoto Library export your original images of pictures into folders, a folder for each album 'event '. Then import them into a new iPhoto library.  To export albums in folders, you can use an Apple Script - see this user Tip: Export of Albums to records - Script of Jacques Rioux

Or restore your iPhoto library from the last backup that you do, so you simply add more recently added pictures from the migration to the Photos.

  • Why don't more export from Lightroom using all methods at all after update?

Hello, I scanned the community to see if there is no response yet, and couldn't find anything, so I apologize if this is a repeat, but I have a job in which I introduce pictures tomorrow, but I can no longer export from Lightroom after the automatic update of the CC. I tried the shortcut (shift/control/e) and I tried on the file menu, but all nothing happens. I also tried resetting preferences, no dice. I work on a MacBook pro with the latest version of Yosemite installed. Help, please.

If this does not work, your best bet is probably to roll back to 2015.1.1
