Export photos with background removed

I work with InDesign CS5.  I open a file in photoshop and removed the white background.  Then, I put the photo in my paper with a colored background, and it looks great.  Then I export and my picture is presented as a white square.  Can someone help a novice?

Saving Photoshop such as Photoshop PSD test. Do not copy and paste or drag and drop the image. In InDesign, choose file > place and select the PSD. Create PDF and display in Acrobat.

Unfortunately, you can only batch with commands in the option "treat multiple files" of the editor or the 'Export' one in the Organizer. Action would be able to combine several orders for a single file, but do not use the command given on a lot. You would need a script for this.

The two new orders to 14 elements (haze removal and shake reduction) can be very effective, but they can also produce strange artifacts... Their use in the batch may be undesirable.

I recommend the following solution to improve lots of files needing to increase the local contrast:

If you work with raw files, open a small batch of files from the Organizer in the ACR module. Use the cursor to 'clarity' to all files in the batch and add some sharpness.

If you work with JPEG files, use the editor and choose "open in camera raw" option for your batch chosen files from the file.

Who should provide a good improvement to most of your files. You can use two new orders than in the pictures with the specific defects:

-shake (common with telephoto lenses) removal

-mist removal (not only haze, but images softened with "flare")

I have been searching for an answer to this simple question on the web, but couldn't find an answer. Help would be appreciated.

I designed a page in indesign CS5 for publication in a magazine. I have a photo with a white background. The picture is a photoshop image. I put it in indesign as a psd.

On the screen, the white background merges with the indesign default color of white paper. No problem.

I wonder if I have to worry when the page will be published in the magazine: if not perfectly white, the color of the magazines pages will show the edges of the images in the magazine? What I have to work in photoshop to make the background of my photo transparent so that the edges of the image do not appear?

    On the screen: no problem

    Screen Shot 2015-05-28 at 10.21.58 AM.png

    On paper:

I'm afraid that the page will look like this with the edges of the photo showing if the paper is not perfectly white. Here, I changed the color of the paper in indesign in gray (color on the left). You can see the edge of the image with a white background:

    Cheers, Remi

White is the absence of color and, consequently, ink. Make sure the background is perfectly white and you should have no problem because nothing will be printed.

  • I get error messages when you try to edit or print some of my photos. "Unable to open the photos with the unavailable original files."  Some have been transferred from iPhoto, and some have been rewritten in photoshop elements. Any thoughts?

When you try to edit or print some of my photos I get the following error message: "Photos with the unavailable original files can't be op it gives you a drop-down list to find the original, but I had no chance."  Is there a way to 'do' an original or at least modify so it can be edited?

Pictures needs the original image file. This is to show you a preview in the browser, but to edit or export the photo of the original, file full resolution must be found.

What's happened before the photos have disappeared?  Photos crashed? You run an application to remove duplicates or to clean your Mac?  You have restored the library from a backup?

What version of Mac OS X you are running?

  • Do not export photos

Then, when I was first with Lightroom, I didn't it was a difference between simply drag and drop photos to another folder and exporting in fact with all the editing work.  I have pictures I'll order prints, and I realized that none of them were exported, so all my removal button, and other settings are gone!  Is there a way to get that back?  Is there that a second copy of files secretly stored somewhere?

When you the library mode, you can see the image and there is a question mark on this topic, click the question mark, you will quickly locate the file, click the Locate button, a window will open showing where the file was before, now what you have to do is direct LR to the new location of the file you're working and you just like it was before back. If you want to locate the entire folder it just click on the folder with the right mouse button and go to the 'update file' location then follow the inctructions on screen is the sane than searching for a single image, hope that will help you.

  • Transfer photos with custom metadata

I have all my photos on my Macbook pro (Photos app) and held them with faces and custom metadata.  I would like to transfer most of them to my iMac (photos app).  I tried various methods, including parachuting, but I lose the metadata.

is it possible to keep custom metadata?

is it possible to keep custom metadata?

The only way to EVS all the metadata transferred another Mac photo library. Make a copy of the photo library on an external drive and copy the complete library to your other Mac.

If you want to only copy the selected photos to a library on the other Mac with included metadata, export photos using the "file > export". Who will save most metadata (places, keywords, titles, descriptions), but you cannot transfer the faces in this way.  Photo library not even iCloud will now synchronize albums faces between macs or mobile devices.

  • Photos of webcam remove after 28 days of my pic folder

I take a lot of photos with my built-in webcam...
When I take them it comes up with the snapshot and I close and they record on my folder of photos but they suppress the pictures automatically after 28 days.

    How can I change this?
Should I move the photos to another folder? Rename them? I'm stuck.

He deleted all 50 photos of me and my boyfriend so a little emptied and want to get this resolved as soon as POSSIBLE

    Any help appreciated :)

    Hi LizziiJayne

    Which is really strange.
I never had this problem, and I can't imagine that the image removes automatically after some time without warning or notification.

Do you use 3rd third-party software or tools that would be to clean the operating system?

Anyway, you can try to move the image to the second partition on the HARD drive.
Create a folder on the second partition and move the photos here.
In addition, I would recommend backup images on an external USB drive or HARD drive.

Then test whether images would be deleted again.

  • Missing export photos 2 photos

    Hello

I have all my photos stored in iCloud and have set photos on my Mac to 'download the originals '. I have an album in the photos app with pictures of 1912 in it I tried to export using the original unmodified export option. When I do that I get that 1910 pictures exported, but if I export them by copy - paste of the album I get the 1912 full.

I also tried to use the Flickr Uploadr and Upload Photos Google to see how they recognize and these too only recognize pictures of 1910.

Someone knows something similar? I can't work on why the numbers are different. I have only imported into photos and did not any changes/changes to one of the photos.

    Thank you

Export with "file > export > unmodified original export" can translate into less exported images that export versions published with "file > export > export... photos" or by dragging pictures from the browser to a folder.

If photos in your album are modified of the same original image file versions, the original will only be exported once, if you export the originals, but each modified version will be exported, if you export versions with "file > export" or dragging to the desktop versions.

For example, this album has three versions of the same photo:

When I export with "file > export > export original unmodified ', just one original is exported, because all three pictures are versions of the same original. But dragging three thumbnails on the desktop will create three files of different images, showing the changes.

  • Exporting photos - do not have the authorization

I can no longer export the photos of 'pictures '.  When I select one or more photos in pictures, and then follow the sequence of file > export > export a Photo unedited... (or even to export 1 Photo) then select a destination folder, I get a window of export performance with the message "IMG_8193.jpg could not be copied because you don't have permission to access [name of folder]". I can't even export to the desktop. I can move files such as .pdfs or excel or word using Finder to and from the same destination folder.  So why the blocking under the pictures?  Do not know what has changed, but it's for about 2 weeks. I don't use icloud.  And of course, I am not allowed to find the photo in the Finder, which would be a good idea.  I have OS X El Capitan 10.11.3.  Thanks in advance for any help.

I restarted my Mac and the problem disappeared.  However, if someone has a suggestion as to why it happened, I'd appreciate the input.

  • The photo with the Iphone

Pretty simple question on the "order of things" with phone removal of photo I.   I know pictures are 'saved' for 30 days so to speak before final deletion.

the issue has to do with how it's done.

If I take a picture with my I phone and instantly delete it without backup my phone is this deleted image saved somewhere somehow usable phone for up to 30 days and must be saved to 'Photos' before deletion to be recoverable.   If it is recoverable and how this is done.

    Thank you

You use iCloud photo library or how you synchronize the phone for pictures NSB your Mac?
