Export the Source settings

I was corresponding to my video source, which has the lowest audio quality (128kpbs, 4100Hz usually) and audio quality that comes then overlap in my sequence in my sequence settings.

I noticed when I go to export my video, it says that my source is the lowest audio quality despite my release being selected for audio quality.

My question is, when the first export a video, do I need media sequence, even if it is downsampled?  Or will it directly from the source files.

Thank you

-Zach

If its downsampeld on the timeline, that's what will first export.

    Thank you, Tom

There is no automatic way, but this might work: in the "Customize toolbar" window, select "Save Preset," save your settings to a file and then move it to your laptop through the method of transfer of file of your choice. Then on your laptop, simply "Load Preset" from the same window.

  • 'The source settings' is grayed out

I have Windows 7 and using of up-to-date first Pro CC. But not to watch that kind of video I import a right click on the video on a mounting Panel or project 'the source settings' is greyed out.

Impossible to find the solution to this problem. If you know how fix it I would really appreciate it.

You work in one of these formats?

  • Export the video settings

I have a video of the source that is 1280 x 720 29.97 FPS, progressive. Normally, I use the default codec DV NTSC with output @ 720 x 480. It seems that with this codec it doesn't let me change the output dimensions. I don't want an output video with the compressed size and black boxes on the edges. Should what codec and settings I use for my video in 1280 x 720 output? Thank you!

  • Why is it not the Source settings... option available for my 6K. R3D clips?

I just upgraded to the first Pro 2015.  I have not tried using 2014.  I load my clip of Red R3D believed in my project.  Playback is fine (reading resolution 1/4), but when I right click on the clip, settings of the Source... is gray out and not selectable.  In various tutorials I looked on red workflow, they all see the clip of loading, then access to the settings of the Source...

No idea why it is not accessible to me?

    Hi G Barnett,

You can check the effect controls panel? The RED Source settings are there now. Updated from 2014 CC projects will always have Source RED Panel available settings.

    Thank you

  • "The source settings are invalid", why?

I am trying to import a backup of 3rd party image (file *.sv2i of BESR) with vCenter Converter plugin.

I dutifully look for and find the appropriate *.sv2i file and allow vCenter determine its NAS UNC path where the files are stored.

Entering the id and password credentials quite right, I get the above error message.

Try different credentials also raise errors.

Why this happens and what I do about it?

It does not matter where I use vCenter client and the converter plugin.

    Thank you, Tom

Maybe a problem with the converter that you use:

  • You cannot change the settings of the source of #R3d

    Hey guys,.

I did a project on the 5K EPIC and modified by means of frame rates, now I'm trying the RAW settings and 'the source settings' can be clicked.

    I'm doing something wrong?Screen Shot 2016-02-22 at 2.18.38 PM.png

These settings are now loaded the clip in the Source monitor Panel, switch to tab effect and then Options to pass on the master sub-tab.

  • How do I get the settings of the source to go after effects

    Hi all

Premiere Pro last CC - video editing raw R3D (RED). I applied a quick look in the settings of source code in first (basically just a few curves and desaturation) and when I send to After Effects, it gives me the raw file, but with no applied look. When I jump to first of the clip is more the look asked.

Anyway to get the settings from the source to transfer to AE or be re-aplied when she returns?

    Thank you!

Before you send the clip to the AE, click Save for MDM in the Source settings.

  • Memorize the settings of the source on the RED images? Where is this feature?

I heard that the color lumetri effects Panel includes that part of the software, and even if I don't like, I can live with that. My real problem is that I had the old settings implemented through the function source settings on an earlier version of first pro that I now can't change because I can't access the source settings.

I'm doing a short and I test West two shots with different colors in time. Now that I've updated Premiere Pro, they are stuck color corrected in two ways different and sunk... unless I can open the original source settings and tap on restore.

For new projects by 2015 of CC, the Source settings are now Master Clip effects.

  • Can you change R3D Source settings AFTER a fall in the timeline?

I take more than one editing tool that's been set up by someone else. They imported R3D images directly in the creation and dragged into the timeline without changing the settings of the source.

My problem is that I have a minute thirty-five long edit lots of images that cannot be color corrected from scratch. All this has this base of R3D top rank. I'm trying mode gamma on the set of clips already on THE TIMELINE.

Is there a possible way to do it?

Just follow the steps below, please do not use exposure on Lumetri color Panel.

First to use exposure on the Source settings instead, it works for me hope it will be useful for you

  • Settings of the source is now gray for each new r3d imported clips

At some point, I'm now impossible to import a new clip of r3d (old and new project) with the Source not grayed out settings. Relocation of REDCINE-X has not been set. Reset has not been set.

Previously imported clips are clickable Source parameters. A same re-imported clip will also be grayed out option.

Question was not existing yesterday on Premiere Pro CC 2015...

For any clip of R3D (or another format that used to have the Source settings) imported CC, 2015, the settings feature moved to Master Clip effects. If you import a clip of R3D CC 2014 project, then the Source settings will be enabled in the project Panel.

Excerpt from the doc for help:

Parameters of source code available in the effect controls panel

For RED, ARRI, CinemaDNG, DPX and Sony F65 media files, you can set the Source settings using the master tab in the effect controls panel. Previously, the settings of the Source were available in a modal dialog box.

  • export plugin: how to learn the path of the source of the exported files?

Short version: an export plugin to determine the path of the source of an image that was exported as a copy in a temporary directory?  If so, how?

    Long version...

I am a user SDK newbie, writing a plugin which implements multiple images to my own external program which them melts and produces one or more new images that the user probably wants to reimport into Lightroom.

I have the plugin works OK with export to a temporary directory.

Now I would like to add a feature in which my program gets access to the path of the folder to the original image, so that it can offer the user the ability to record images of result in the same directory.

Is it possible for the export plugin get the source for an exported image path, say an object of rendering?

Can also export plug-in information identical or similar, otherwise, for example by determining the path for the folder that is currently selected in the Lightroom Catalog?

    Thanks for your suggestions!

    -Rik

I don't think that the metadata for source path are in the exported file.

Once I manually coded the source path in the jpeg file to export, but I stopped doing that, now I just save some info I need as part of the ID "at a distance" (assuming that to publish the service).

But maybe I misunderstood. I mean, when export the source path is readily available as rendition.photo:getRawMetadata ('path') - is that what you mean? (I thought before that you were speaking after export, possibly loooong after export...).
