Extract the lines of VO

Hi all

I'm dealing with a question about extraction of VO lines. My situation is as below:

I run VO1 and serched about 20 records, but a single page display 10 records. When I updated the first 10 records, then I update next 10 records. Then I click the button Save.

But I found only 10 next set records up-to-date.

I used the row [] rowall = vo.getAllRowsInRange () to fecth all lines. But I found it just go get next 10 records. So, how can I get all the ranks?

Thank you and best regards

Allen

Hi Amey,

Thanks for your reply. I use pagination to go to the next page. And I used vo.setRangeSize(-1) to get all the lines. and it works.

Kind regards

Allen

    Y at - it an easy way to extract a two table row Dimensions? I have two lists of table to a dimension that I consider a pine table, where each pin list is a table of numbers. I want to go through it and to extract a line at a time to send in a vi. Currently, I'm looking to do a bit of a long way, and I was wondering if there was an easier way. The long way:

    GetArrayBounds (Locals.ArrayOfPinsToTestAtOnce, Locals.BogusString, Locals.ArrayBounds), / / enter the quantity of lines and columns Locals.ArrayBounds
    Locals.ElementsPerList = Val (Mid (Locals.ArrayBounds, 1, 1)), //Get number of bowling by list
    Locals.NumberOfLists = Val (Mid (Locals.ArrayBounds, 4, 1)), //Extract number lists
    SetArrayBounds (Locals.OneRow, "[0]", "[" + Str (Locals.ElementsPerList) + "']" ") //Set table defines for a line chart

    In all honesty, I just want to do in LabVIEW.  You can try to add to the list in this idea.

  • How to extract the lines at a time?

    I know that I can use rownum back n rows at a time, but the rownum function will apply after that all rows are returned by the query, which is bad for performance, because my table contains many rows. What I need, it's really get n lines both of the DB.

    Concerning

    I'm not sure what you mean by "the rownum function apply after that all rows are returned by the query", but this seems to be a wrong statement. If you have a limit of ROWNUM in a query, Oracle knows he has only fetch the first rows of M.

    If looking for an ability to paginate the results of a query, there is a thread of AskTom on paging in SQL.

    This would be appropriate, however, if you expect that users will never want the first pages of results (i.e. Google users do not have to browse all the pages of results for a generic search term, they're going to look at page 1, may be page 2 and page 3 and then stops). If the application must process all the rows that the query returns, you would need another building, and we would need some additional requirements. Your client application can probably fetch N rows at a time. If the customer is PL/SQL, a COLLECTION in BULK with a LIMIT clause may also be useful.

    3 4 4

    Business rule:

    We need to identify these roll numbers that are:

    1 AB brands in a single subject.  If the student is AB (Absent) in more than one subject then it is unnecessary.

    2. If there is high marks then also these lines flucuation, as in example above, topic 3 4 roll number, there are only 4 points, while he had good grades in other subjects.

    3. we need extract the lines which the corresponding brand values have values of very high/low i.e. assume a number of specific role is there which have markings about 20-30 but in a subject, he got in circulation 80-90, even as there are a number of role, one subject, he got 10-20 While in the other topic, he got 70-80.

    So I do not know how to identify these rows.  Table have about 15000000 rows.

    Even I don't know what is the technical name for this problem, otherwise I would have to search the forum.

    Is not a student or a home project, is our real time requirement, because usually, when I see something like student, roll number, brand etc. in question, it is considered as project for students.

    Kindly help me.

    Thank you.

    Thank you very much for your answer.  As always, it is really useful.

    > Maybe if you mean no more than '1' which would then be ok.

    Yes Sir, that's correct.  We are the lines where the student is absent from more than one topic.

    > You have Roll No. 3 with no AB at all, still rule 1. States 'AB marks in 1.

    Roll No. 3 is necessary output because it has 4 brands in the 4th topic while he got good grades in other subjects.  So that's the big difference with other brands of subject.

    > That means 'large fluctuation '?  There is no logical function for 'high fluctuation.  It must be clearly defined.

    Thank you so much for asking the question.  Fluctuation really means, if there is any subject whose marks are not in the range with another topic then this line is to have high/low difference.  For example in the other topic there are 30,35,40 brands exist but in 4th or any other he got say 3 or 5 or 0, then it is the line that have 'strong fluctuation' it please.

    I think it must be a column in the table that will contain a value from 0 to 9 for lines that have fluctuations.  Then it will be probably easier to select higher values of fluctuation; something like:

    Select * brand where fluctuations = 9; means here are the first few lines required, these lines have a difference higher for a topic to other brands of subject.

    Once again thank you Mr President.

    You have not yet responded to what 'large fluctuation' is.

    Computers do not work on subjectivity, they work on fixed logic.  Tell me that a student who scored 5 in a subject and 20 and 30 on two other subjects has strong fluctuation, but another person may say: "well, the marking is on 500, so 5, 20 and 30 are all a note very low and not really important fluctuation."  That is why we must be clear, what you mean by 'high fluctuation'.  As in my example, I specified it as the ratio between the minimum and maximum marks in less than 20%, but you have to tell us what the actual logic is desired; not a fluffy subjective idea.

    What are the changes from 0 to 9?

    Requirements must be clear in the calculation, not the ambiguous words.

    How about something based on average scores?

  • Extract the first line containing "critical" or "E-Stop" of the last avalanche of line

    Hi all

    I'm watching some test systems by analyzing their audit files.

    In this case, the platform generates several line 100 files in a specific folder. The code below is to find the last file and extract the contents of the last line of the last file.

    Unfortunately, when an error occurs, the main software generates not only one entry, but an avalanche of lines [not a specific quantity of them, depending on how much the alarms are resolved] and I'm now ideas of how I could identify and the contents of the first line containing "Criticism" or "E-Stop" to exit from this avalanche [line avalanche started 22.27].

    As an example, the above program is extract the yellow line, while I need information from the blue line.

    Any idea on how I can do this?

    See you soon,.

    You can add this snippet to the top of your existing code.  I changed the indicator table to a table so I could highlight the line.

  • Simply extract the unique rows in table 2d

    Hello, I'm sorry for my English. I have a chart 2D with thousends of rows and 2 columns. I want to extract only the unique rows in the table. So I need to exclude all lines have that / which (?) duplicate (s) and exclude the duplicate (s) too.

    Simple example:

    Input array:

    0 0 ---> single

    0 1 ---> D1

    1 0 ---> single

    1 1 ---> D1

    0 1 ---> D2

    2 0 ---> single

    1 1 ---> D2

    2 0 ---> D1

    1 1 ---> D3

    2 0 ---> D2

    2 2 ---> unique

    Desired output table:

    0 0

    1 0

    0 2

    2 2

    Can someone help me?

    Hi Werty,

    To do this is to compare each line with the entire table and count the number of matches.

    If there is only a single match, then the line is unique.

    Here is an example:

    Outside for the index of the loop through each line.

    Inside of the loop compares each line with the entire table and counts the matches.

    Then, a check is made to see if this line is unique.

    The case statement adds unique lines in the output array.

    Note: Use a table function build in a loop like this could cause problems if there will be a large number of unique lines.

  • Draw the line or point to a specific pixel on the image

    Hi all

    I have an image in 8-bit grayscale, I extracted the Image column indeces who have defects. I need to mark the defective pixels with an indication of line or a point on the image. Can anyone suggest me how to go to that topic.

    Hello

    first of all, I do not know how to interpret 'column clues', but in the entrance to overlay you pass it as a coordinated 'y' - it should be "indices of lines? You use image rotation?

    Secondly, why you pass an array empty for loop for coordinates 'x '? So that the oval of overlay to work, you must enter valid "x, y" coordinates of the location of the oval.

    I guess you should be more specific about your question. If you have decided to find values that are present in the 1st column, you can use search table 1 d and pass the index to the 2D array index so you will get a table 1 d of line then build the table by searching for the element.

    QList weatherList = dataMap..value("weather").toList();

    QVariant firstWeatherEntry = weatherList.at(0);

    QMap weatherDescEntryMap = firstWeatherDescEntry.toMap();

    QString value = weatherDescEntryMap.value("value").toString(); // "Sunny"

    Also, you can check intermediate outcomes at each stage by calling

    qDebug()< weatherlist="">< "\n";="" and="" so="">

    < link rel = "stylesheet" href = " " http://AJAX.googleapis.com/AJAX/libs/jQueryUI/1.7.2/themes/

    "Redmond/jquery - ui.css" type = "text/css" / >

    " < script src =" http://AJAX.googleapis.com/AJAX/libs/jQuery/1.4.2/jQuery.js "> < / script > .

    " < script src =" http://AJAX.googleapis.com/AJAX/libs/jQueryUI/1.7.2/jQuery-UI.js "> < / script > .

    < script type = "text/javascript" >

    $(function() {})

    autoOpen: false,

    Width: 600

    buttons: {}

    Back: function() {}

    closeForm();

    } ,

    Approve: function() {}

    addPerson();

    },

    Return_For_Correction: function() {}

    addPerson();

    },

    Reject: function() {}

    addPerson();

    }

    }

    });

    });

    function openForm (TrxId)

    Alert (TrxId);

    $s ('P3_x_trx_id', TrxId);

    $('#ModalForm').dialog ('open');

    }

    function closeForm()

    $('#ModalForm_input[type="text"]').val (»);

    $('#ModalForm').dialog ('close');

    }

    function addPerson()

    {

    var ajaxRequest = new htmldb_Get (null, & APP_ID., 'APPLICATION_PROCESS is updateStatus', 0);

    ajaxRequest.add ('P3_status', $v ('P3_status'));

    var gReturn = ajaxRequest.get ();

    If (gReturn)

    {alert (gReturn)}

    on the other

    {ajaxRequest = null;

    closeForm();

    doSubmit ('SEARCH'); }

    }

    < /script >

    2. static html Id - ModalForm region

    3. region html Header-

    < div id = "ModalForm" title = "View details" style = "display: none" >

    4.footer-

    < / div >

    5. in the same page created 'extraction of line auotomatic' process by using the value of key PK P3_trx_id

    6 Jquery modal region is created but not showing values.

    Hi Dan,.

    You must create a separate page for your modal dialog box,

    Call this dialog in the parent page and pass the value modal page in some hidden item and use the value of the element to retrieve details on the modal dialog box.

    1. change your report Page-> under the header HTML

    2. change the link from which column you want to call the modal dialog box.

    Target: URL

    URL: javascript:f_modalDetails(#ID#);

    instead ID, pass the value that you want to pass to the modal dialog box that shows you the data associated with the selected line.

    3. go to the page of the form (modal dialog)

    Change your close button that closes the modal dialog box.

    Action: Redirect URL

    Target URL: javascript:window.parent.closeModalDialog();

    Close the Model dialog box using the "submit" button press

    4. create a branch on the processing section of the Page of the page of the modal dialog box

    Branch point: After Processing (After computation, validation and Processing)

    Target type: Page of this Application

    Page: Redirect to the same page

    Request: CLOSE_MODAL

    When you press the button: select the Send button

    NOTE: Branch must be before all the unconditional branch on this page

    5. create a dynamic Action on the Page modal dialog box

    Event: Page load

    Action: Run the JavaScript Code

    Code: javascript:window.parent.closeModalDialog();

    Kind regards

  • extract the child records of their specific parent folder

    Hi all

    The following query shows these records that I wanted to but I want to extract the child records with their specific parent folder for the new scenario. I want to choose which set of these documents that belong to store under inventory.

    Select rt.transaction_id, rt.parent_transaction_id parent_id, trunc (rt.transaction_date) receipt_date

    (, rsh.receipt_num, rsh.attribute13 grn_num,rt.subinventory,SYS_CONNECT_BY_PATH(rt.subinventory,'/') "road".

    of rcv_transactions rt

    rcv_shipment_headers rsh

    where rt.shipment_header_id = rsh.shipment_header_id

    start with rt.parent_transaction_id =-1

    connect prior rt.transaction_id = rt.parent_transaction_id

    Brothers and SŒURS of ORDER BY rt.subinventory

    .

    child-parent_records.jpg

    Please help to extract.

    Hello

    If all you want are the lines with sub_inventory = "STORE", and their ancestors, then you can simply do this:

    SELECT *.

    OF subinventory

    START WITH sub_inventroy = "STORE".

    CONNECTION BY transaction_id = parent_id PRIOR

    ORDER BY transaction_id;

    No need of subqueries or analytical functions.  You can even no need for the ORDER BY clause.

  • Extracting the data from relational tables in 11.1.2.1

    I want to extract the following data sets from relational tables
    1 attribute and his partner basic member
    2 Smartlist value of an account

    Have a code to extract such data? It will be useful in pointing to the correct table names.

    Thank you

    You will find the table schemas in the [documentation for EPMA | http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-foundation/epm-data-models-11121-354684.zip]. If this does not work, there are other options to export hierarchies in text files. You can use the lifecycle management or the [EPMA line Generator | http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17236_01/epm.1112/epma_file_gen_user/launch.html].

  • Extract the contents of an XML string in offline mode

    HI gentlemen,

    Could you help me solve this problem? I had a string of Java (see below) read in a smart German eHealth card. I have to extract the tag values and put them in local variables for further processing in my Java module. How to move forward without connecting to a database, it is enough to analyze the source - the string variable? Note that the lines are separated by only 0x0A.
