F55 Freeze Mix
Hi Peter,.
Could you please add Mix freeze to the list of things that we would expect to be able to do with this camera.
It is a valuable tool which was available in the previous Sony camera, and with the option of shooting in 4K, it would be a good valuable feature for the F55...
Oh and can we please have it before the update of the firmware of December, I could use it now!... it would make the difference in what format, we chose to take, and I would really like to be able to use my new F55!
Thanks for listening.
Hi Brad,
I know gel mix of XDCAM shoulder mount cameras, agree it is a nice feature.
How would you use with the F55? Curious...
Concerning
Peter

Mixer brush on hidden layers causes freeze on Mac OS
Hello
If this has been a big problem for many many months now and still no sign of improvement.
Photoshop crashes almost every time that I chose a layer mask with the mixer brush on. It's a miss-not that it is impossible to avoid.
Please fix this. It has been a problem very very persistent for a very long time. And you know exactly how to reproduce. Shouldn't be too hard because it worked very well on CS6.
Adobe is aware of the issue.

Mixer brush FREEZING Photoshop
I try photoshop before you buy, but I'm sad!
If I created the mask layer and next step press B (under keyboard) on the mixer brush, put an end to the stop photoshop and my work.
It's bug or my computer is something wrong?
Thx for the reply and sorry for my English.
Put an end to Photoshop. Start Photoshop and use the Edit > Preferences > Performance... uncheck use a graphics processor and click OK. Close Photoshop and restart Photoshop. My guess is that still you need to update your display adapter device driver.

4K mixed with 1080 in 1080 chronology freeze on export. First CC.
Im working with GH4 4 K files mixed with files Blackmagic 1080. When I put in files of 4 K reduced to 1080 in the timeline, everything works fine until I return. The gels to render at 4 K reduced.
My computer specs are i7 3.5 GHz Haswell, GeForce 760 2 GB, 32 GB RAM, Windows 7 Pro
Well, I did support screen sharing with Adobe and discovered that Magic Bullet Looks was the issue. Even if I was not using it, the plug-in folder was causing problems with the encoder.

Why my volume mixer keep freezing?
I keep getting the little blue circle! It's not even when I use the sound or music programs... it just seems to happen when I go to higher or lower the volume. I've been in Control Panel services and the audio is to "started"... I'm tired of having to restart all the time! Any who... Please?
What I have to redownload the sound or something, I have updated the drivers... nothing... still the same... it makes me nutsss... I have no sound at all when this passes... either restart or cnt-alt-delete is all what I can do... only later stops the circle, I still get no sound until I restart.
I'd like to get this resolved
Thank you
Lori
Hello
You did changes to the computer before the show?

Freezing / sluggish: Logic Pro 9. Mac Pro; Yosemite
As the title suggests, I am experiencing sluggish controls and performance in reading with Logic Pro. My specs are:
Mac Pro (round) mid-2010; 2.8 GHz Quad Core (Intel); 12 GB OF RAM
10.10.5 Yosemite
Logic Pro 9.1.8
Everything is apparently fine with the performance, however, I randomly and almost inevitably experience the app 'snap '.
Never quite completely, it freezes, will get rather unresponsive in functions such as when I'm in the reading, he will just continue to play while any activated button will be delayed for a few seconds until the number of seconds before he answers. This does not happen with the launch at the beginning of a session and a cool app, but wire time, it will be unless I have close / restart the application.
I recently created a new installation of Yosemite on his own internal drive - using a stock of Apple HD (Western Digital, Black Label, 1 TB, 7200 RPM)
The only thing installed on the OS drive is Logic Pro and a few plug-ins. I watch performance monitors, nothing appears close to overload (this is both logic and Universal Audio monitors CPU usage). My sessions are not complicated: consist on average of about 4-5 stereo Audio tracks / track Instrument 1-2 / 2-4 Bus titles. Plug-ins averaged around 2-4 per track.
I use a writing another drive internal (2 TB) and save the files of session while recording / mixing. My plan was to spend the end sessions at the coast by car after completing their but I suspect that it is the source of performance problems.
My question is, I'm pretty committed to get an upgrade of RAM max (32 GB for my system). I hope that this will add enough buffer space to avoid blockages in the performance.
• It is, 12 GB sound like a stretch to try to run the logic without any problems?
• Would a 32 GB upgrade be important?
• Logic Pro (9) have known problems with hang up and becomes unresponsive / slow over a period of time with a running period session continues?
• Any other use?
• Is it I better off working on and recording of current session to the local operating system drive rather than another drive?
In fact... I think you will find that much of this is related to graphics performance. Are you running one of the EQS of channel mode Analyzer, medium or hi res? This will certainly lead to delays, even if they are not displayed. Logic 9 graphics routines is quite old and showing their age with newer operating systems. Using a dual monitor system (display)?

Fort to freeze during the games with Windows 7 64 bit.
I got Windows 7 64 bit on my machine, with a nvidia gtx260 graphics card, with the most recent driver. (All other materials and drivers listed below in the dxdiag text). Since installing win7, virtually any game I play system will make hard-gel duration indeterminate (sometimes an hour or two, sometimes 2-3 seconds). Everything that is currently on the screen freezes in place, the speakers make a buzzing noise / growling midrange and the system becomes completely insensitive and requires a hard reboot (press the reset button on the case for the power of flash). The system power settings are set on "high performance". Nor my CPU or GPU run hot, both are well within their limits. The system does not generate error messages, it freezes just. Any help would be appreciated!

dv2500 screen flashes and freezes and the white bars (oh my)
Have a dv2500, (or dv2530ea if you want really specific). The screen flickers and freezes of once power is on. I also get random horizontal white bars. When the screen freezes happening slowly in white. A small amount of pressure to parts of the monitor case can return to the normal screen that will it stay like that without maintaining a constant pressure can be difficult.
It is out of warranty.
This can be corrected? Should I open up? Just a bad connection somewhere maybe?
-All right, so just in case where any googling leads anyone here I thought I should give the solution, (I have found elsewhere ¬). The problem got worse, anyway. The screen shot for this fade to white mixed with white lines problem to have color of the horizontal lines. The colored lines seemed corrospond to what should be displayed on a single line of the display. Unfortunately, this single line has been posted on all lines of the screen, which gives these horizontal lines. And not intermittently, constantly. Fixable by applying pressure to the screen, but it means to have a screen of work I could not take my hand off the monitor case, not an ideal scenario by a stretch.
Anyway, it turns out the circuits at the rear of the Panel led made a bad contact somewhere. There was something communicating with display circuit which should not have been in contact with led back panel, give me my damaged screen. To resolve this issue, open the window of degonder the display panel and find the offending area. I did it by applying pressure in specific areas and slide the paper behind the circuit on the rear panel (this obligatory sheet of aluminum at the top of the screen, which was not a problem of lifting, it's just paper). With the bad identified contact area, I could get some plain paper business cards and stuff (quietly) between the plate and the rear panel. Solve the problem. One to the down and dirty round, but very effective and - I believe - very stable one.

Sound engineer freezes when I try to adjust the audio levels
I have Windows 7, and occasionally (1 of 5) when I start my computer, the volume mixer will freeze everytime I try to adjust the volume until I restart the computer. When I try ending the process via Task Manager > administrative tools > Services > Windows Audio, I get the error "the program has not responded in time."
I have no sound card, my active audio device is my Logitech G930 USB headset. When I try to turn on/off the headset, nothing happens. The only way to solve the problem is to restart my PC.
Is there a solution for this?
Hello
Did you change to the computer?
Method 1:
I suggest you to see link and check.

How to freeze my application until the dialog box is closed?
Hi everyone, I wonder how to freeze my application until the dialog box is closed.
Please look at my code first:
inputDialog=new InputReadMessageNumberDialog(selectedGroup.getName(),msg,numPost,choices,values); UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeLater(new Runnable() { public void run() { inputDialog.show(); if(inputDialog.doModal()==Dialog.OK){ System.out.println("FROM: " + inputDialog.getFrom()+" TO:"+inputDialog.getTo()); } } });
As I throw the runtime exception, then I tried to do this:
inputDialog=new InputReadMessageNumberDialog(selectedGroup.getName(),msg,numPost,choices,values); UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeLater(new Runnable() { public void run() { inputDialog.show(); } });while(true){ synchronized(this){ if(inputDialog.isClosed) break; else wait(500); }}if(inputDialog.doModal()==Dialog.OK){ System.out.println("FROM: " + inputDialog.getFrom()+" TO:"+inputDialog.getTo()); }
She also throws an exception too. Now I don't know how to solve this problem.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Steve
While I have deep religious convictions against the complicity of an author of the modal dialog box,
I can say that this code seems to work and these dialog box classes are easy to use. If you
Look at the API these altneratives will be pretty obvious.
but there are two usages mixed with a be commented (both
Work as much as I KNOW).
String [] ch = new String() {"ACCEPT", "REJECT"};
int [] vx is new int [] {Dialog.YES, Dialog.NO};.
D = new dialog box dialog (m_tc, ch, vx, vx [0], new Bitmap (1,1));
D = new dialog box dialog box (Dialog.D_YES_NO, m_tc, Dialog.NO, Bitmap (1,1), 0) new;
F = d.getFont (police);
d.setFont (f.derive (Font.PLAIN, f.getHeight () - 1));
int x = d.doModal ();This will block your thread until there is something to "xx."
However, I must reiterate that you evaluate the options before deciding that you need
to lock all the other options. This is especially true in this environment where things
might take some time and resources are limited.
If you want to hang your entire application, no doubt you
can define a volatile indicator around the doModal call and have other threads check it.

The volume causes Windows Explorer to freeze
Hi all
A question I continue to meet is one which concerns the volume on my laptop controls. Every now and then, when I try to adjust the volume of my computer, Windows Explorer will freeze. When I try to click on the bar of Solution Explorer, I was informed that "Windows has stopped working", and I give myself the option to restart, closure or waiting so that he could respond. I can shut down or restart and will unlock the bar, but any time I try to adjust the volume after this first occurrence will result in another gel. Volume control by physical on my laptop volume button or the virtual volume mixer will produce the same result.Here are some specs...Software: Windows 7 Edition home premium (32 bit)Material: Toshiba Satellite A205-S4577It is a problem that happens erratically, but tends to occur more frequently when the laptop is unplugged.
Can anyone give advice?Thank you, Pranav.
I actually received a response from Technical Support for Windows earlier and it solved the problem!In this case, they said that i:First, back up all files.Then make a quick virus scan to search for threats. A few should be ok, but 10 or more are a problem.Then, do an analysis of the file system to find all system files is damaged. The scan detects and repairs. To do:- Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
- At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow
And that solved it for me! -
Developer SQL v4.0.3 on Windows 7 64 bit freezes
I use 64-bit SQL Developer 4.0.3 with the JDK included on Windows 7. When you change the body to a package, SQL Developer stops responding and I have to end task. I tried to rename the APPDATA folder, so it will create a new and not import my settings (only copied connections.xml), but that did not help. Version 3.2 works fine, but all 4.x versions, that I tried to do the same thing.
Help, please.

If you cannot avoid using shortcut keys for cut/copy/paste in the PL/SQL Editor, then you must wait for a fix. Here is a relevant discussion...
Developer SQL 4.0.3 freezes often irreparably
Try the production version 4.1 when it comes out. Article 4.1 of the last is ai2 (Early adopter 2), but some corrections of editor-in-Chief of the JDeveloper team don't have become available until after this release. We get close to having a RC1 (release candidate 1) and hope that the type of blocking you encounter will be finally fixed. Another recommendation is to disable see breadcrumbs in Tools > Preferences > code editor > display. Who can help in some cases.

How can I control the size of the BMP file created by freeze frame tool?
I use the first 13 items on Windows 7
When I run the tool freeze frame it creates a still image (bmp file) from an image in my video clip.
The bmp file size can vary from 6076 KB, 2701 KB or KB 1013 and seems to be independent of the type of item (MPEG, MOV, AVI), size (1366 x 768, 1280 x 720, 1920 x 1080, 320 x 180, 720 x 480) or rate (29.97, 29,55. (29.04 25.00, 24.00) video.
The size of the image seems to depend on the project folder, in which it was created. The same clip can produce a 6076 bmp or bmp file 2701 whereby one project (prel) the tool Freeze Frame files was performed.
I searched everywhere for a project setting that could establish a size by default files for output, but it seems not to be.
Is it possible to control the size of the bmp file generated by freeze frame? I need consistency,
Thank you.

Re thinking, try a few things and this sentence convinces me that you mix dimensions of the image in pixels and the size of the file in KB. In addition, digital images have in. up to put on paper or screen. All they have is the pixel dimensions. Each pixel can have a lot or little information based on the color, brightness, etc. so the KB of size can vary even if the pixel dimensions only.
I've set up a project in 640 x 480, put in a clip and freeze box a. BMP. If you look at a file in Explorer and you pass the mouse over it, you get a date, size in pixels and size KB. The result (you can see in the picture as an attachment) is the file with an image of 640 x 480, as the setting for the project. In this case, a 900KO file size was necessary to store the data of this particular framework.
If Visio is happy with JPEG files, there is a way through the publication & share > Image to better control the dimensions in pixels with settings under the Advanced button. Using this method, I made a jpeg from the same exact with 1920 x 1080 pixel frame and 1,2 MB in file size.
I am convinced that your changes in the size of the text are due to dimensions in pixels and have nothing to do with the size of the file. Of course I was wrong more than once and tips can be useful what you actually pay!

Dreamweaver cs 5.5 freezes b/c of page errors
When you work with a local html file which has pointers to external files on servers external (that I do not master) that have errors, such as missing goods or mixed content page questions or js errors, DW freezes on the open file.
I do not work w / Live Preview or Code Live, but the Editor still seems to detect these problems and freezes, becomes available, then quickly freeze and repeats.I tried to remove my configuration file based on the support articles that had no positive effect. I hope that there is a setting I can change to stop DW trying to pull in these external files.
Except for this issue, the editor works well and I never received specific error codes, but this question makes it impossible to work with some files.
Thanks in advance.
Windows 7
Have you tried the deselection of view > display external files? Clicking on it activates / deactivates the power on and power off. Make sure that there is no check box next to the menu option.
