  I am trying to load metadata from Oracle for Essbase.In the Essbase database server, to all the credentails are correct. In the model, I use OracleDIAgent (no local agent), context Global RKM Hyperion Essbase.

  I just this tablet and everything so far is ok, but it fails to connect to the Google server. He has no problem connecting to other servers however. Both laptops and another my Tablet connect to the Google server perfectly. I use ATT broadband. So I guess that something in the Acer Iconia tablet is the origin of the problem. Any suggestion?

  1. go to setting-> Applications-> shop game Google-> erase-> empty the Cache.
  2. go in setting-> Applications-> Service Google Play-> erase-> empty the Cache.
  3. Enter your Google username and password after opening Google Play Store again.

• How to connect to the Essbase Server?

  This question may seem a little on the vague side - so apologies for that.
  
  From a point of view version 7 - the Essbase server interacts with the database server (where you load the data into Essbase of) through the defined system DSN & the TNS. But how a typical user connects to the Essbase server when using excel add to recover data?
  
  To expand a bit on this - in our environment, when a user attempts to recover data using excel add in - a box "Essbase system Login" initially appears, where the user enter the name of the essbase server used, with their own username and password. But to enter the name of the server - how excel add in physically know where to go to get data? Is there something else on the client computer where the server details are stored (ie the ip address) - a sort of equivalent DSN?

  I am currently working on Hyperion 11.1.2.3 and have installed Hyperion essbase and planning for the same thing. Until a few days back I was able to connect to my server essbase in environmental assessments, but now it gives me error that says: error: 1042006: Network error [10061]: unable to connect to [WIN - 1K6GBOF63C0:1423], where WIN-1K6GBOF63C0 is my machine name.

  The error being generated using relates to Essbase is not able to connect to the registry of SSP database, or the database is corrupt.

  Are a set of services to automatic, maybe that the database has not increased and running prior to Essbase trying to boot against the register of Shared Services.

  Confirm the relational database is finally up and running and you can connect, then clear the Essbase logs, start Essbase, and post again the same newspapers.

  It is probably part of a larger battery error (if you can download the zipped file of complete log we can see if something is visible).

  This is a new installation or and upgrade or displacement of FMS? What version do you use?

  Have you tried to stop the foglight server, make sure that the DB is down too and then restart?

  There are articles describing errors as part of a larger pile of errors.

  I installed 11.1.2.2 studio HFR (32 bit installed via the workspace) on my machine, and then you be connected in the Studio.

  When I try to create the Essbase inside connection, it throws me following error:

  "Unable to connect to the server.

  "Connection to the database connection login error: error: error getting CSS support for driver [com.hyperion.ap.aps.Driver] information".

  An idea to solve this problem.

  I tried following, but it's also not helping:

• opmn was able to start oid

  OID 11.1.1.5 (environmental cluster)
  
  When I use opmnctl startall to start the service, I'll say there a timeout error, I tried to open the error log, but I can't find anything in
  then I go to the following path
  / U02/app/Oracle/Middlewarre/asinst_1/Diagnostics/log/OID/oid1
  
  Open the log file and found the below error

  can someone help me understand what this error is and why it is impossible to start the process of oid

  Hello

  Almost certainly the password for the ODS, the DB user for the scheme from the OID. Please see the Note 1064334.1 for more details (and a solution) for this message.

• Question everything, get connect to the Essbase Server

  Hi all

  Get the network while problem that connect to Essbase sever in the console:

  Here is the error:

  Network error 10061: unable to connect server .the customer exceeding the timeout to connect to essbase TCP/IP agent. Check your network also make sure server and port connections are correct.

  I recycled all services and ping from one server to another server everything works fine. but'm high error.

  Please help me. All your suggestion and appreciated if someone gives the solution.

  Problem has been resolved after increased NET Retry count in the configuration file and restart all services.
