Failure of a file ISO in Windows 8

I'm trying to get my Windows 8 install via an ISO file, but when I go through the process via Installation Manager (installation by creating media, then ISO file), but every time I do this I get a screen to fail. Any suggestions?

It does not create the ISO file, it says that "we couldn't create the ISO" right once I selected the location of the file. I tried to create the USB, but it do not put anything on the USB as well.

Try the following:

http://techingiteasy.WordPress.com/2013/02/14/how-to-obtain-64-bit-Installer-and-create-install-media-for-Windows-8/

Then, use the following to create a USB bootable thumb:

Once we have the .iso file, they may want to use the Microsoft .iso to USB/DVD tool to create a DVD or bootable USB (requires a blank DVD or USB flash to at least 4 GB key).

I tried to fix this for hours, I hope someone can help me.

I downloaded the ISO "Win10_1607_English_x64.iso" (4.29 GB) file and with him came a "info.plist" (2 KB), so they are both on my 64 GB USB Drive (format: MS-DOS (FAT32)) called 'WINSTALL '.

I have the ISO on the USB key, and it is selected as the ISO image in Boot Camp. I also have the USB the disk of destination selected, and yet I get this error:

Thanks in advance for any answer!

What OSX Version do you have? This site gives the requirements of Bootcamp: minimum system requirements to install Windows on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support. And you did an upgrade? Could it be that the upgrade will not correctly for the OS?

Looking at the 10 Windows version you downloaded, is the update of birthday, which was released less than a month ago. It could be that Apple is not reconisgin the Windows version when reading the disk, because it is too recent. I don't know if you have access to the download of the previous generation and do a Windows update?

Make sure that the USB device is formatted in FAT32 first. If you use the USB/DVD tool, try connecting the USB on a different USB port on the system, avoid using USB 1.1 or the front panel ports.

    ====================== Keyless Install ================================

How to make a 'Keyless Install"of Windows:

Boot from the Windows 7 DVD disc, you create and launch the installation.

After you have entered the user name and password that you will be asked:
"Type your Windows product key", do not enter a key.
Also located just below the box where you enter the key is a box with a check mark
to "Automatically activate Windows when I'm online", remove the check box and click "next".

You now have a 30-day grace period to activate Windows.

During this 30-day grace period you can try to solve your problems.
After you are satisfied with all the problems have been resolved and then activate Windows.

  • Permutation of my HARD drive SSD, need a file ISO in Windows 8

    Hi all

First of all, sorry for the long story, I want to clarify.
I use a laptop ASUS ROG G750, came with preinstalled Windows 8. I've updated to windows 8.1 blue as it was released.
I am facing the load always full HARD drive problems constantly, tried several solutions but not worked so far (the parameters of maintenance, defragmentation...). Some have said probably the cause comes from the windows installation, the establishment did not leave 350MB partition C:... I have no idea, and all other stations have no training. This should be the last of them, as other people who buy the same laptop got a 30% rate to have this problem.
I want to move to a SSD, I got a Plextor M5S 128 G.  Now the new problem arises... I don't know how to start.
    1. I would like to install Windows 8.1 directly, but I think that my laptop have windows 8, and it wouldn't work like that.
    2. I don't have a Windows 8 or 8.1 version OEM to install, I tried an ISO from the site of microsoft retailer, but it requires a key retailer...
So it would be great and awesome if someone can tell me anywhere who can make me an official ISO file, Windows 8 legitimate. There are a lot of windows 8 / 8.1 preactivated out there to get it, but above all they are Pro or enterprise... version I don't want to use a cracked version of Windows, as I don't have a product key, why would I?
    -----------------
UPDATE: Im download an OEM of Windows 8 version from an unreliable source, it mentions that if my laptop has Slic 3.0, it would automatically add the product key from the Bios...
    If it works?
    -----------------
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks in advance.

    That's what you do:

    If you're running Windows 8:

    Press Windows + W

    Type: create the recovery disk

    Press enter

Insert a USB stick 8 GB or more space

Click next and follow the instructions on the screen

If you are running Windows 8.1:

    Press Windows + S

    Type: create the recovery disk

    Press enter

Insert a USB stick 8 GB or more space

Click next and follow the instructions on the screen

Connect the recovery drive and the start of it.

When booting from the recovery of Windows 8 disk (USB drive or optical disk); the Windows logo is displayed on a black screen for a few moments; in the background, the computer actually starts in the environment of Windows Recovery (called simply, Windows RE).
Windows RE is based on Windows PE (Windows Preinstallation Environment)

How Windows RE works, once a prompt asking the user to choose a keyboard layout; for example, we could choose available United States. However, if the layout you want do not appear; then, select,
    See more keyboards.
(There is a total of 16 pages of keyboard layouts, arranged in alphabetical order).

This next screen allows three important options:

Click the Troubleshootingoption: it's the refresh option. Reset the computer; or, use the advanced disk recovery tools.

Click the Reset the PCoption: this option will reset the PC and at the same time, remove all the files.
Windows RE will find and save all data, settings, and applications; It will then install a fresh copy of Windows and restore all data, applications and settings.
When the PC is restarted. Connect with the existing username and password and it will find all the installed data.

However, desktop applications that have been installed will not be backed up or restored. the reasoning is that it is possible that a recently installed desktop application might be the cause of instability.
Windows RE will create a list of applications that were not backed up or restored, so that a decision can be taken, if it need to reinstall them.

  • Find an ISO of Windows 7 Premium

I bought a laptop about 2 years that came with Windows 7. Over a year, I was forced to reformat due to complications, and when reinstalling, my friend suggested that I try the beta version of Windows 10. I did and was very happy with it, so I don't mind reinstalling 7. However, the evaluation period is in place so its forcing me to upgrade bu restart every 2 hours. I'd be more than happy to upgrade, but simply it is not allowing me.

My build 10162 me is not eligible for the free upgrade, so I thought I would try to use my Windows 7 key because he claims that the 10 is free if you have 7. Naturally he does not accept the 7 keys in 10 Installer, so I have to re - download Windows 7 and then you spend there.

I can't for the life of me find anyway download Windows 7. I went to the Microsoft store in my Mall, and the associate tried to help my email me a link to this page of links for me to download .iso. Once I got home, but I discovered that all the links are gone.

The closest I had a this site but who refuses my key on the grounds that its for a system pre-installed (pre-installed system would not be to the benefit of a service like this? looks like a strange reason to reject...) Anyway, I can't find an iso of Windows 7 Premium.

Is there anyway to go directly to Windows 10 and if not, how do I re - download Windows 7 upgrade from there?

If your Windows 10 build 10162 is enabled, you should be able to upgrade to the Public final build 10240. I guess that you updated from a Windows 7 activated when you started with the preview of Windows 10, right?

If so, download the Windows 10. ISO and perform an in place upgrade:
