  I just bought Adobe Acrobat Standard DC (Full, Windows, in English). When I clicked on the download button, I got a screen constantly refreshing with the message "there was an error loading your downloads.

  I then looked in my Adobe profile - I have not products registered under 'display your products '. Less 'see your orders' the item is listed, but when I click on 'Détails' and then 'Show all downloads' I get the same error message above.

  Please let me know if you have the same OS on your new laptop than the previous one because you cannot transfer a license of Acrobat on cross-platform. (as from Windows to MAC OS or vice versa)

  Also, let me know what version of the operating system are you using on the new laptop. Is this compatible with the STD version. XI Acrobat?

  Acrobat 7 is not supported and an older version of Acrobat.

  Also, it is not compatible with Windows 7.

  I recently updated my computer's hard drive and performed a clean installation on Windows 10 Home on my system.  I'm trying to reinstall my copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard XI (11.0.07).  However, installation is almost complete, and then the installation starts a restoration process and ends with "Installation interrupted".

  At first, I tried to install the Adobe software via download Dell digital delivery, as the software was purchased about a year with the computer.   That option has failed, so I dared to Adobe's Web site and downloaded the Acrobat XI installation files myself and extracts.  Failed to install with this option.  I tried to run setup.exe as administrator and in compatibility with Windows 7.  Installation failed with the same error.  My first conclusion was perhaps the installation of Adobe file has been corrupted or the extraction process has worked correctly.  So, today, I downloaded the Adobe installation once more and extract the files.  Same results.

  I even tried to use the troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows installation, this doesn't work anymore.

  I also disabled my antivirus software and tried to run the installer with the antivirus disabled, and even once, it did not work.

  The Adobe Acrobat installed through the installation process gets down to the last part where he goes to the copy of the new files, and then patch the files, and then at the very last minute, it turns into restoration and finally displays and error indicating that the installer interrupted.

  Currently I'm under 10 Home Windows, 64 - bit and MS Office 2016.

  Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

  You need to upgrade to Acrobat DC.

  I have a Lenovo T450s which is less than a year.  It came with Windows 7 Professional. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and had no problem installing. I've updated to Windows OS professional 10 and had problems recently with Adobe Acrobat Standard DC so I uninstalled the program to reinstall it with the same product key. Now, it will not install.   Although my agreement with Adobe Acrobat DC after choosing 'Edit PDF' Acrobat will automatically recognize the text on the first page to make it editable, even if for my user after choosing 'Edit PDF' they receive this error message:
