• What can you do to access the password options in the Security window if your Firefox browser does not display the options?

  I want to stop and prevent my Firefox browser to save passwords of Web site, I understand can be done using the Security window.

  In order to exclude extensions as a possible culprit in the dysfunction of the dialog, could you try to open Firefox Safe mode? It is a standard diagnostic tool in order to avoid interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • 3-bar menu button > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • (menu bar) Help > restart with disabled modules

  Firefox has to close, then displays a small dialog box: click on 'Start mode safe' (not Reset)

  I have a problem with a web page that does not display right. What was my client has a new web page that is updated once a week. How I update it changes the content on Dreamweaver and copy the codes and sticking them on the interface of server and re-register the. Thus, in the course of riding the old news page.

  This looks like a cache problem. When you view the page, this page is loaded in your (or your clients) the browser cache memory. This is done so that when you return to this page it will load faster (because it is already loaded into memory).

  This will happen only if a person has visited the page recently. There is a limit on the amount of information that your browser will store in the cache. The more you surf, it is likely that the page will be replaced in the memory cache with some other information.

  You (and your client) can, depending on what browser you are using, set your preferences so that all web pages will be completely recharged each time you visit. In IE 6 for Win: Tools > Internet Options > settings > select "every visit to the page". You can also set your cache to the minimum amount of available space. Note: This works really well in IE 6 to WIN. I use firefox for the review of the changes because I found that IE 6 is completely reliable to view later.

  Most of the other browsers will let you hold the SHIFT key and click "refresh" to throw the page cache and view later. AFAIK this is the operating mode standard for proofing of new pages.

  If there is a coding technique to force a browser to use only the latest information, I don't know what it is.

• stock browser does not display the tabs

  No matter who has noticed that the stock browser has occasionally tabs disappear. all I see is the blue line of the page loading. I can't scroll to the top to see the tabs. the web page displayed will completely to the top of the screen. the blue line load runs just below the bezel. I have to kill the browser back to the tabs. It happened a few times yesterday. Today, well. is this a bug or something I'm doing.

  If you have started experimental radial orders, then the tabs are not displayed unless there is more than one open. If you want to see them, bring out the radial control and choose the + to open a new tab. The new and the current tap water will appear at the top. In fact, it's one of the best features of the controls radial. With them is active, you can view your main pages in full screen without extra effort.

• PDF in the browser does not display the attachments Panel

  Hello. I work with a PDF file with attachments. I created to open with the attachments Panel visible. It works fine except for in Chrome, it shows the PDF document in the browser, but the attachments Panel isn't visible. This is causing problems for the users of our site.

  What is the solution here. I work my COMPUTER service to update the .htaccess file to force all of the PDF files to download, but this seems to be a solution too complex.

  Why don't the attachments Panel present you in Chrome?

  I see very well for Panel fixing 2013_EPP_RFP.pdf.

  My guess is that your Chrome is configured to use the built-in PDF viewer of Chrome. Would you please try following the steps listed here and see if that solved the problem?

• My Firefox browser does not display a footer, why?

  2. What is the type of internet connection you use?
  3. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
  4. You have security software installed on the computer?

• MOB (managed object browser) does not display information in the absence of VMware tools

  Hello world

  I have a pretty important question. Please help me to resolve this because it's an urgent priority on my list.

  This is in regards to the CROWD (managed object browser).

  I'm not able to see the details of the operating system in the "Guest" of the VM MOB. An additional comment I have is that VMware tools are not installed on these virtual machines.

  But this infromation can be seen from the VI client which is the management application for managing virtual machines, clusters etc.

  Also, I am not been able to get the information via the api of the VI SDK that the CROWD uses to display the information in the text format.

  Is this a limitation of the VI API sdk that they do not provide the prompt information related if the VMware tools are not prexsent or not installed?

  VMware tools must be installed in order to get accurate information on your guest OS. A virtual machine is NOT really knows what OS runs on it unless you install the VMware tool. This isn't in itself a limit VI SDK.

• photo screen saver does not display correctly the photos

  I've been running the screen saver of pictures on my Windows XP computer for quite awhile with no problems.  Recently however photos have been displayed too high on my monitor actually cut the top of the photo.  I don't know what changed, but I would really like to know how to restore it.

  I have my system dual monitors.  Windows allows you to drag you monitors around do them work together properly.  I had to drag the main monitor to a higher position.  It corrects the problem.

  Well Yes.  It's the behaviour expected of a local test server.  The reason is that the / drills all the way up to your hard drive instead of the site xampp folder.  If you publish your remote site, your root relative links will work as it should.  Just trust your code.
