  You shouldn't do anything with the file JSCache; Leave it alone and add the folder "Directory Users\ (username) \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Privileged\10.0\JavaScripts", or whatever it is for the version of reader that you use.   Wear programs rarely work.  This is because programs these days are usually consisting of a number of different, not all components that are in the program directory.  Some components are installed in directories shared, other components go into the registry.  So when you move you can see as you move only a portion of the total.

  Uninstall and reinstall to the desired location.  It is the only way which will not fail to work.
