Fill and sign Fonts
I have trouble getting fonts seem consistent in Acrobat Pro DC. Specifically, I'm filling out a PDF of my insurance company. And when I use the "Fill & sign" tool, I begin to add text in the PDF file. For starters, you can even change the font type. That makes no sense at all. Then, worse yet, as soon as I find out the PDF file with my own text, I leave the filling and signing, tool (or print), and the police are completely different. See the pictures attached, before and after. Refer to the section of the identification number. The text sizing and spacing is completely different. Any ideas?
Hi pjbarbour_rotor,
Sorry for the inconvenience posed for you.
You will need to fill out the feature request regarding the change of fonts when you use add text under "fill & sign.
Reference: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform
Now, once you add text, save the PDF file and the output of the tool to fill & sign, please make sure that the zoom settings are not changed.
For example: if I add text to a file by using fill & sign, it will appear like this:
But, if you have changed your settings for zoom (such as 100%), the text will appear smaller (as shown below):
Please check the same thing on your side and made me know.
We hope to get your reply.
Kind regards
Ana Maria

Why are my tool fill and sign not appearing is not on the bar and how do I solve this problem.
Salvation;
What version of Acrobat or Reader are you using? When you open the form are the fields highlighted and "complete" without clicking the 'Fill & Sign' tool to open the bar fill tools & sign?
I suspect that the form that you opened is already ' to fill' so the fill tool & sign just offers you the possibility to sign the PDF and all filling out forms is managed the the Acrobat/Reader native app. In the view below, I opened a 'Acroform' which is a PDF file that has form fields to fill and so the bar fill tools & sign has only 'Sign' button - it's what you see?
'Fill & sign' tools are to fill PDF documents that have no form fields real (they are flat and not fillable) and is able to add text fields, annotations and signatures for the "flat" PDF

When I used to press the fill and sign that I'd get a drop down add initials, place check, create a signature now when I click on fill and sign all the I can do is to fill in information and create a signature digital-how can I pick up my old options? Thank you
It seems that you have empty fields of Digital Signature in the form. Acrobat Reader DC complete and sign will add a signature of annotation with a PDF file that has Acrobat form fields or fields of Digital Signature in it. Test it by opening a PDF file that has no form fields or fields of Digital Signature in it and who is not protected by security permissions.

Fill and sign of performance issue
I do the test for our business environment before deploy us our software users. Complete and sign is a feature that was for a long time and it's finally here. While I'm pleased with the performance of the new single CD drive and DC Acrobat opening and loading documents is much improved, but there is one area where I don't understand why there is a significant difference between DC Acrobat and Reader DC. I test using a Tablet Surface Pro with Windows 8.1 and it included the stylus. When you use the tool fill and sign, a drawing in Acrobat DC signature works beautiful. The signing of drawing out great and it's very natural to draw, sign and use handwriting. However, in CD player, using the same exact document, the signature of drawing has a terrible lag and missing stroke, so the signature has hardly any resemblance to what it is supposed to look like. It's that if you draw the signature really really slow give time to the software to catch curves that you draw with your tablet pen. It makes the fill feature and sign virtually unusable. I tried the same thing on my PC using the mouse of office and I noticed the same offset on CD, but on Acrobat DC there is no lag and works very well. I hope that the software engineering team is aware of this issue in the CD player and a solution is on the way, unless it is somehow a conspiracy to steer people away from the free reader software and force them to buy the license for Acrobat DC. Ironically, the web plugin to Adobe Reader of cloud doesn't have this problem of mismatch. I just thought it was strange. Anyone else noticing the same problem?
Error of grammar in a sentence has been corrected.
Well, the good news is that I've reproduced the problem on another machine, however you have noted that it is very strange where and under what conditions it can be reproduced, it can be a difficult challenge, but we're investigating it now.

Forms and fields in the application 'fill and sign '.
I created a PDF with forms and fields to fill in, but when you open it in "filling and the sign" App, all fields are missing? But they are present during the opening in the application 'Adobe Acrobat'.
Please notify.
Thank you very much
The app fill & sign does not even existing form fields like saying Adobe Reader on the desktop, or Acrobat for iOS. Existing fields are not 'clickable '. The app fill & sign creates new fields on the page where you click and enter the text if the form has already been fields to fill in those who are "flat" and new content is added on top. This could be what you are referring. It is really designed to work best with shapes that have no real fields on them--a major issue for many users, as there are so many PDF files out there that looks like forms, but do not have to fill in form fields.
Thank you
Josh
PS - I will contact you offline to track.

How can I remove this Panel on the far right of the screen? It takes too much space when I move the Adobe window to only the left or right of my screen. Can it be shrunk as bookmarks, attachments and thumbnails?
Thank you ~ graffiti. I was halfway there. I want only the toolbars on the right away. I like the toolbars on top.
I found if I have "Hide toolbar", then "view the toolbar, the toolbar tools fill & sign comment is reduced to a minimum. The shortcut key is F8. I'll have to remember the shortcut so I can turn off quickly and then display the toolbars.

Cannot fill and sign the constant blue circle on the mouse.
Hello
I am writing today because my ticket 0188187579 have not yet been resolved. I am currently under the latest version of windows 10 that began to cause problems with Adobe Acrobat DC. This causes many problems for my end users. They were unable to save documents (disabling cloud save fixed that issue). They are unable to sign documents. This continued blue circle NEVER goes away. We are using Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006.30201. If I run the program as an administrator all these questions goes, but this isn't a solution for my end users. I followed all Adobe asked me to do after spending 3 hours with tech support. Their solution was to use cloud.adobe.com. But this isn't a good solution just a work around. Please help if I can get my users end operational return.
Thank you
Drew Parker
Can confirm that the new Adobe update fixes this problem.
