Filters of Photoshop in Fireworks?

Dear Sirs
I installed the trial version of Fireworks cs3 and Photoshop cs3. I put the plugin > file filters in the Panel files preferably, I restarted Fireworks button no new filter appears. Why? Maybe trial versions don't allow this?
Thanks in advance for your answers

Only 5.5 PS or lower filters will work with FW so far. However,.
There are many other third-party filters out there who will work with fw.

You can read this article on CMX that lists several
third party options:

  • Use themes with Adobe Illustrator®, Photoshop®, InDesign®, Fireworks®, and Flash® Professional

Creating cloud users can access all their themes directly in Illustrator CC. To access your themes, open the color Panel by choosing window > color themes.  You can also access your themes and create new ones in the latest version of Adobe ideas, Adobe draw line from Adobe, Adobe sketch and more.

For users who prefer to explore and browse themes created by members of the community of color first, we recommend the use of the web site, where you'll find robust search, filter and navigation features. Once you find something you like, simply mark it as a favorite and then refresh your color Panel in Illustrator.

    For Photoshop®, InDesign®, Fireworks®, and Flash® Professional:

Find the new color Panel by choosing window > Extension > color themes. This new panel displays all your public themes.

For users working on older versions of the software (CS4 and CS5), color themes can also be downloaded for use in Adobe software in the Adobe Swatch Exchange (.ase) format. To download a color theme, first make sure that you are connected. Click the theme you want and click Download. This downloads the theme as an .ase file to a location of your choice.

Note: The Kuler Panel is no longer supported in CS2 and CS3.

    1. in InDesign CC, kuler menu is in window > Extensions menu.

    2. the site Web Kuler, ase download option is present in menu hover theme and on-site 1 page (see screenshot below). You must log in to download a theme as an .ase file.

    3. download ASE option is not present on devices that do not support iPad for example .ase file format. What browser and OS are you using?

  • Are there downloads to add generators of flames and tree under filters for Photoshop CS6?

I have Photoshop CS6 independent software and want to add the ability to produce flames, trees, etc. under the filter > Render tab.  Not at the moment, I have this ability.  Are there updates that I can download to add this option?

    Thank you

    Lennie

    Hi LenWaugh,

Flames, tree and these filters are not available in Photoshop CS6. They got introduced in Photoshop CC as reasons scripted and were moved to the filter > render in CC2014 and beyond.

There is no update available to CS6 to obtain these filters.

You can upgrade to the CC version to get these filters.

  • Why Photoshop 2014 CC installed on a computer, Windows Pro 8.1 has several rendering filters when Photoshop 2014 CC is installed on a Windows 7 Pro computer?

Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers have detailed applications of CC installed.  Both computers are completely up-to-date in CC updated. But Windows 7 computers are missing three filters from the selection of rendering.  One is tree... another is flame. How can I get these on Windows 7 computers?

    Thank you

These filters have been added to a later update of Photoshop CC 2014.

Check the version number in help-> System Info.

  • Photoshop or Fireworks for Web Logos?

    Hello

I recently designed a logo for my friend Don Demaise's Web site: http://www.landcreationsnj.com

I used Fireworks for the logo. Photoshop would be a better choice for web logos?

    Bob

Pixels are pixels. Nobody care about how they were created, especially just for web use when nothing else needs to be considered. Use what you're comfortable with and spend your time on learning design rather another graphics program. If I can be frank: this 'logo' isn't bad...

  • Question about the menu filters of Photoshop, and how he orders the elements

I'm in my Plug-Ins in Photoshop CS5 folder, and everything is in order, it. Alien Skin has its own folder, with subfolders for 4 different plugins.

However, inside Photoshop, under the menu filters, plugins aren't as orderly. On the one hand, the higher level is completely ignored, and all 4 plug-ins are immediately visible (not grouped under a "Alien Skin" level). In addition, one of the plugins is not grouped with the other three. It is at the end, AFTER the option "Browse filters online", only.

Is it possible to customize the menu filters so things are ranked higher?

No, there is no way to customize the order, and the records have nothing to do with it.

The plugin manufacturer decides where their items are displayed in the menus.

  • Layers in Photoshop to Fireworks

    Hello

I work with Fireworks and Photoshop CS4 on a MacPro OSX 10.5.6.

This should be so easy (and I guess it is) but I can't get there.

I have a Photoshop file with 15 diapers I want import or open in Fireworks to create an animated GIF. When I open the psd file in Fireworks, no layer appear. How can I get there? I messed around with the import preferences (nothing is set to flatten) but nothing seems to make any difference.

I thought that the layers in Photoshop would come as images or layers inside FW.

Please explain the steps needed to convert a Photoshop file with layers in a gif animated with Fireworks.

    Your help is appreciated.

    Thank you.

States are what FW used for an animated GIF. Assuming that you don't need

to do anything else for imaging, simply choose the animated GIFS of the

Optimize Panel and then export the file.

Fireworks does not use a timeline as IR did. You can change the

screen delay time of each State by changing the value of the right side of

the States Panel. The default is 7 (7/100 of a second). Increase the

Number for a slower animation, it decreases for a faster animation.

  • Synchronization of Dreamweaver with Photoshop not Fireworks

When I upgraded to CS3 to work, my fireworks and dreamweaver remained together in the properties bar. When I upgraded to CS3 home, I now have Photoshop in my property bar. How can I change this back to Fireworks, my first choice. ?

Thought about it all now. In the types of file/Preferences /.
For some reason, he had two Fireworks and a photoshop associated with all of the different extensions. But the Fireworks has been marked as principal. So I deleted all the associations. Closed and then reopened, so I associate the correct extension the file editor I wanted with only a Publisher by extension. Everything is looking good.

    Hi Jacquess,

Photoshop 2015.5 CC is a major version update it will install completely separate from the current version of Photoshop CC (version 2015.1.2) and have a separate plug-ins folder.

Then, you must reinstall all of your Plugins, check the Web site or updates to plugins manufacturer and install your plugins.
