  I have attached a screenshot showing how to select restore automatic session just above the setting of the Home Page where it says "When Firefox starts".

  With this set, you can restart Firefox manually out using the menu-

  • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
  • (menu bar) File > Exit

  -and then restart Firefox.

  You can disconnect Sync and restore bookmarks from a backup in the folder bookmarkbackups.

• Cannot open attachments in firefox. OK in IE and iPhone and outlook

  When using firefox for the email, I'm now unable to open attachments. Happened over the last week, before that, it was fine and I have not changed any settings (that I know).

  I have firefox running 24. Gmail and google calendar will not charge not except in basic mode. This is true when firefox is in safe mode as well. If I reset firefox I can enter the sites until I restart the computer, but then I can't load the sites once again. I tried firefox uninstalling and reinstalling, same situation. Whenever I restart the computer I can't get Gmail or google calendar except if I reset firefox.

• I just spent 2 full hours trying to synchronize Firefox on my desktop pc and my android phone. Won't work, even if I follow all the instructions correctly.

  I've finally updated Java of V6.x to V7 and it seems to fix the problem. (I noticed that FF disabled Java due to the incompatabilities).
