• 35.0 Firefox uses 100% cpu on Mac Yosemite 10.10.1 then either breaks or needs force quit.

  I had this problem since installing Yosemite and using 34.0.5. I upgraded yesterday to 35.0 but still the same problem. Firefox will work happily for a while and then all of a sudden will use 100% cpu. I disabled all extensions and plug-ins and that made no difference. If I use Java (8-25), it will usually make it crash but not always.

  To make things worse, the accident report appears in Greek (which is considered in another question already).

  On Mac OS X 10.6.8.
  When I start TB he moved to processor low use (0, 0-0, 1%) after the initial activity. There are some file access.

  Also, I was amazed how many fonts are opened by the CT (guessing almost everyone, I opened, several 100) which seems a strange thing to do if it is not really needed. I wonder if a file handle limit results in the problem of contacts.

  For a few months now, I got the above problem. For example, the site below when you select "client connection", you enter your user name and then a separate window opens (or should open) to the top where you enter the password. I have now to access this account using Chrome. When I quit Firefox it will not restart so I have to delete "firefox.exe" in applications. Often, when I restart, I receive one of your messages of 'oops '.

  I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "having the autostart DVD." I guess you are talking about having a game of particular film, or gave you the answer later, for the program 'play together' (film/playlist?) start.

  Select the first menu of the game. In the properties panel, in the query tab, deselect 'keep forever,' set the duration to 20 seconds (or other), then on the standard tab, set the end action of the movie/playlist you want to play.

• I was using Firefox for some time this morning when Firefox has suddenly shown "not responding".

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.
