Firefox warns that an update is available in the latest version

I use Firefox on OSX El Capitan 50.0. I lived the same question on 49, so I upgraded to 50 beta to see if it can help, but it's not. Whenever I start Firefox, I get a notification update to the latest version, even if I'm on the latest version. If I select "Restart Firefox" from the notification, Firefox restarts and illustrates the notification again. When I choose "Restart later" I can navigate normally.

I tried to get help on this thread started by someone else (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1141443), but no solution has been found.

I have an idea that can help. I use 2 accounts on OSX, one for work and one for home. I'll call these accounts and B. OSX account B was the first to show the problem, to launch Firefox 49. I followed the instructions here (http://osxdaily.com/2014/07/31/manual-complete-app-removal-mac-os-x-terminal/) to use mdfind to delete files of firefox, but that doesn't seem to help. Finally, with account B, I upgraded to Firefox 50 and stopped making the notifications. However, now I get A notification of account. Into account A, Firefox reports it as version 50.0, but still asks for updated. I guess there is something OSX causing specific account of the problems, but I don't know what that might be. Any help is appreciated.

I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed version of 50, and all seems to work very well. I'll go ahead and mark this as resolved issue. If all goes well, everything will be happy.
