Fireworks paste the image 0,0

Hello

I always thought it was a bug in FW CS3 and have lived with him for a long time.

However, FW CS5 does exactly the same thing, so either it's a bug or there is a method in the madness that I'm unaware of.

On a windows XP PC, I press "Print screen" to take a screenshot I want to crop, add notes and email to someone.

In FW I do file > new and the screen resolution is recognized automatically, so I press OK

Press CTRL-V and the screenshot is pasted into the FW - great!

However, it always fits the image X - 183 Y-158 and I have to go and change the Properties X and Y each time.

Why would he do that? I don't see any explanation reasonable for a new file and newly pasted image will be compensated (fair enough - glued subsequently offset images)

Thank you and hope someone can shed some light on this inconvenience

When you take screenshots and create the new doc, size for the 100% zoom mode does not any screenshot in the visible area.

Try to zoom in to 150% or 200% before you paste the screenshot.

Thank you

Takashi

It would be the default path to wrap the text with the image when you work in Design view.

now I can paste into mspaint, word, photoshop, etc. It works very well...

but when I try to paste the image into Illustrator, it sticks instead of the image url link.

I know that this problem comes with IE10. When I go down to IE9, it started working fine.

    Any suggestion?

  • When I use Paste the Image to the Clipboard as stamp tool, I can't resize the image.

Add a picture as a stamp of release in our .pdfs. Normally I can resize the image to fit what I need.  Sometimes, it works fine and I can resize the image.  Other times I can't.  I used "Ctrl-V" to paste.  I used paste the image to the Clipboard as stamp - and sometimes it works and sometimes it isn't.  I have not been able to find a consistency in when it neither does not let me resize.  Thank you!

Resolution: Do not cross the Clipboard. This path does not support maintain them quality image files.

  • How to copy / paste the Image

I received a PDF file with an image only - no text.  I would like to copy / paste this image twice so that I find myself with three of the same image on the page.  Adobe TV makes it look so easy, but I noticed that there is an area of text around the image. The image I have is not in a box.  I can put a box around it somehow, or is there another way to copy and paste? Help, please!

By copying and pasting an existing image in the same PDF are not really simple in Acrobat X. First, select the image with the selection tool, then right click and select copy the Image. Next, you'll need navigate to the comment pane and click the stamp tool. and select Paste the image to the Clipboard as stamp tool.

  • Add icon for 'paste the image to the Clipboard as stamp tool' in the toolbar.

I had to configure Acrobat 9 all over again after getting a new computer and I swear to you that I remember having a quick access on the toolbar icon for "paste the image to the Clipboard as stamp tool.

Now I have to go to the dropdown for the tool to access when buffer before having its own icon in the toolbar.

How to get set up on my old computer?

    Thanks for the help.

    I found the answer.

RT-click on the comments (I rt-click on the stamp tool) toolbar

Select Show all the annotation tools.

There you go, now just to rt - click again in this area and remove the additional tools that came by deselecting them.

Now you will see him stick the image to the Clipboard as a tool as a quick tool.

  • How to cut and paste the image of the body of the received email

I'm trying to cut and paste an image included in the bottom of an email and insert it into a Word document so that you can size and print. I can highlight, cut it with Ctrl C, paste it into the document Word with Ctrl V, but the image doesn't show, although the picture frame appears when I click on the place where the photo was pasted. Framework, but empty, no image. Any thoughts?

Thanks to everyone for their help.

The problem has been resolved - to try and finally understand everything.

If you encounter this problem, it is perhaps because, unless you know the file format of the inserted picture, programs can not figure it out for you. Place your cursor on the image, right click and save the image under a .jpeg instead of simply copying. Then work with the file .jpeg in any photo management program you use normally - or even insert it in Word.

  • Copy and paste the image in apple mail

When I try to copy an image from the web and paste it into the body of an email from apple that I'm composing, everything seems OK.  But when it is sent, the recipient gets a little blue square with a question mark embedded in it.  Apple support can not yet explain that.  I use El Capitan 10.11.5.  Any ideas?

Paste a picture in E-mail does not create a file of the pasted image. It's just a little creates a thumbnail low-resolution. While it may have worked in the past, it seems not yet.

You must download the image and attach it to your message if you want full resolution.

  • Copy and paste the Images NOT working.

  • Cannot COPY and PASTE the image into the image folder in PICTURE IT. How to do this?

If you can't find the file in Picture it, drag the file in Picture it.

  • Paste the image into the text stream

In the past, my understanding is that you need to copy your image to the Clipboard, place your cursor about to insert and then when you paste, your image will be placed there in the text as part of your text... but you have to drag the image down, so it is not to overlay text above it , and then add a bunch of CRs to move the text that should be on the bottom, so it moves down below. The image is in place, but not move the text.

However, I was just putting some images, and I stuck in some photos that pointed right where I wanted them (below the para, I'm stick under) and he pushed automatically the text of subsequent of the road, while he has appeared in the lower edge of the picture. The image has been effectively * in * the text flow and there is no need of this usual positioning or additional CRs to do things correctly positioned. Needless to say, it's a LOT faster when I have a bunch of images in place... but I have no idea what I did which actually behave this way. Now, when I paste a picture, does it the old way again, I have to manually create the right space/positioning for each photo.

How to look pretty * in the stream * thing again?

How to look pretty * in the stream * thing again?

The back that has the chart must have Auto leading. It's the only time wherever I use it. If you have, say, 11/13, then your image has 13 points to display.

Returns free of charge, without dragging, just auto leading. Then put shaped back with space above and below, paragraph alignment, etc.

  • Paste the image into the new framework with the same offset

InDesign CS4 - I'm trying to copy an image of a frame and paste it into another frame on the same page and do appear in the same position in the frame. I want that he respects the details of previous image shift, but instead, it uses the page offset coordinates or the image in the new framework centres. I remember well, CS2 or CS3 has a feature that allowed me to do this, but I can't understand it in CS4. Help, please! Thank you.

The script in the thread referenced Nina is here. It should still work with CS4:

    http://www.zenodesign.com/scripts/PasteIntoCS3.zip

I attach a key command to it. Note that you must select the image of the source (not the image itself) when you copy and then also select the destination image before running the script.
